Aiming at the reentry trajectory planning of hypersonic vehicle, considering the constraints of no fly zone in the process, the reentry guidance scheme is designed based on the adaptive Radau pseudospectrum method;Firstly, the kinematic equations and various constraint models of the reentry section are established. Taking the minimum heat flow and trajectory oscillation in the reentry process as the optimization objective, the control and state variables are discretized by radau pseudo spectrum method, and the reentry trajectory planning problem is transformed into a nonlinear programming problem. Numerical simulation is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the method. the simulation results show that the method can plan the reentry trajectory that meets the constraints of process and no fly zone, and can provide useful support for reentry guidance of hypersonic vehicles. © 2022 IEEE.

the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways estimates that 158,964 two-wheeler road accidents occurred in India in 2020, resulting in 56,873 fatalities, some of which were brought on by the lack of a helmet. this is still an issue on Indian roads and puts the lives of the country's young inhabitants in peril, despite numerous campaigns that have been undertaken by various state governments and the imposition of numerous punishments. the usage of computer vision is a suitable remedy for this issue. An automated system is suggested that employs a state-of-the-art single shot detector (SSD) for detection, image upscaling and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to identify the vehicle's licence plate, as well as a database for e-challan records. Together with the payment link to clear the challan online, other Short Message Service (SMS) and mail Application programming Interface (API) is also utilised to notify about the challan's issuance. this paper explores a deep-learning-based idea that assures traffic safety and order on Indian roads and is a workable and useful solution to the highlighted issue. © 2023 IEEE.

the increasing use of IoT devices with multiple requirements has made it necessary to develop a new architecture that can support new features. While there have been developments in individual sectors, there are limited platforms available to support different features such as Machine Learning, Data-Analytics, Voice Recognition, Multi-device OTA (Over the Air) Updates, API (Application programming Interface) supports, and Data Storage support. Our proposed architecture for an IoT server utilizes Firebase real-time database (RTDB). It also provides efficient data storage and management capabilities that enable fast and secure access to data by hardware and software systems. the system facilitates instant reflex actions for data transmissions, allowing for quick and efficient control of connected devices. the architecture features two approaches, Reflex Processor, and Functional Processor. the Functional Processor contains modules such as machine learning support, data analytics, voice recognition, data-lake, online code editor with OTA (Over the Air) update functionality, and a secondary API for external websites or Android apps. Our proposed architecture provides a comprehensive solution for the efficient and easy creation of various IoT projects, making it an ideal platform for both IoT enthusiasts and students. © 2023 IEEE.

Recently the availability of Machine Learning(ML) algorithms through state of the art programming interfaces & tools has lead the research community to employ ML based object detection/classification algorithms & techniques for the research work with improved accuracy & performance. there is a significant amount of research work that employs ML based approaches for plant leaf disease detection & classification. A systematic study and comparative analysis of these ML algorithms provide a good insight to researchers and guide them to select & blend these ML algorithms for higher accuracy and performance. In this paper an effort is made to establish comparative analysis of the most recent work done in this domain, the ML algorithms have been analyzed against parameters like the data set, preprocessing techniques, feature extraction methods and accuracy, and the type of diseases that could be detected. Every analysis concisely discusses the characteristics and scope for further extensions of the proposed technique/method. © Grenze Scientific Society, 2023.

With the development of information and communication technology and the continuous improvement of power network automation, the traditional power grid has developed into a smart grid(SG) that integrates the communication network, computing system and the physical environment of the power system. the risk of SG attacks has also growd from simple physical attacks to cyber-physical coordination, which is called Coordinated Cyber-Physical Attacks (CCPAs). CCPAs will seriously endanger the safe and stable operation of SG. therefore, it is of great significance to establish a Coordinated Cyber-Physical Attack model and analyze the impact of coordinated attacks on the SG. the main research contents of this thesis are as below: aiming at the load loss caused by CCPAs, a Coordinated Cyber-Physical Attack effect model for transmission lines and generators is established from the perspective of attackers and defenders on the basis of the bi-rank optimization theory. Using Karush-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT) conditions and the Fortuny-Amat-McCarl (FAM) method, the bi-rank optimization model is converted into a single-rank mixed integer linear programming model for solution. Finally, the IEEE-14 node test system is used to simulate the simulation,which results illusrate that the CCPAs can effectively cause load loss on the power system and affect the operating state of the power system. © 2023 IEEE.

Cereals are a significant and vital source of food for humans. To feed the world's expanding population, farmers must produce more crops. Plant diseases, however, have an impact on crop production and food quality. Wheat is among the most important crops consumed worldwide. Since Wheat Disease causes production loss, early disease detection and classification are absolutely essential. this research study has conducted a literature survey on studies published from the year 2017 to 2022 and summarized the three main types of Wheat Disease (fungal, bacterial, and insects), Wheat Disease datasets, and the current state of the art from the last six years of research. this research study has examined 24 studies on disease identification and classification by using various Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) algorithms. the proposed research analysis shows that the majority of the literature on Wheat Disease focused on fungal disease, and the majority of the datasets used were self-acquired. Many State-of-the-art models have already produced excellent results, and many more need to be developed. © 2023 IEEE.

With the development of China railway high-speed, the total operation mile of the network is making China the world's largest. Routing scheme is the basis for the operation of EMUs, of great significance in improving the efficiency of EMUs and to reduce maintenance cost. On the premise of train operating chart of the high-speed railway, this paper established an integer programming model for scheduling routes of EMUs, with the requirement of EMUs type, quantity for EMUs, servicing time, and time-space subsequent conditions as the operational constraints, with both mileage and time limit regulated by the inspection standard of EMU level-1 as the maintenance constraints, and with the least quantity of routes of EMUs as the objective function. this paper took the problem of 62 pairs of trains for Wu-Guang high-speed railway as an example and put forward a modified MAX-MIN Ant System to solve the model above. the result showed that the model and the solving algorithm could meet the demand of the route scheduling optimization problem. © 2021 IEEE.

Wildfires are a widespread natural disaster that affect animal and human lives around the world, and can also cause property damage. It is important for fire-prone areas to have effective measures for curbing the damage caused by fires. Predicting the spread of fires is a useful tool for this. this paper explores the use of state-of-the-art machine learning models, tools, and techniques for predicting the estimated fire area using environmental factors like weather and vegetation index as input parameters. Wildfire data of Australia from 2005 to 2020 is used in this study. the importance of different features is studied and the performance of various models is compared for different feature sets calculated using feature selection and extraction techniques. the accuracy and effectiveness of these techniques are analyzed through comparison of the results in terms of different error measures. Out of all the implemented methods, the Random Forest model has shown the most promising result with an MAE of 78.6 km2 © 2023 IEEE.

A revolutionary GYM Monitoring System that employs deep learning techniques, YOLOv5 (You Only Look Once) for activity monitoring, and state-of-the-art posture estimation with MediaPipe to potentially improve exercise precision and ensure compliance with social distance norms. In an initial phase of the system, bounding box information and Euclidean distance are used to evaluate user behavior and determine optimal exercise distances. In the second phase, keypoint detection is used to determine joint angles. the software accurately categorizes gym postures according to approximated joint angles, providing immediate feedback and paving the way for modifications to prevent overuse injuries. this cutting-edge machine revolutionizes the fitness industry by combining the benefits of digital technology and physical activity. © 2023 IEEE.

By 2030 greenhouse gas emissions should be reduced by at least 55%. Despite hardware becoming more energy-efficient (Koomey's law), the ever-increasing reliance on computer technology has increased the energy usage due to ICT significantly. In software engineering (SE), there are many choices from programming languages to development patterns that influence energy efficiency. Recent research inspired our work on incorporating energy efficiency into SE education. An international group of researchers formulated initial recommendations for introducing green and sustainable software engineering [4] to students. An EU-US team formulated more refined recommendations for introducing green thinking as modules in existing courses [3]. ICT4S'22 best paper addressed HES eco-anxiety when teaching sustainability [2]. In this work we report on the experience of introducing reflection on energy efficiency into the default requirements of a SE course, and how that influenced students to address energy efficiency in their projects. Out of 8 teams, 7 implemented at least a small energy-efficient component. However, as one group donated to a climate charity in bitcoins, we need more ways to raise awareness.
