this paper presents a controller design for magnetorheological (MR) semi-active vehicle suspensions, with the main objective of optimizing suspension performance while ensuring that the desired damping coefficients of the front and rear suspension dampers generated by the control law satisfies the physical constraints of the MR damper. To tackle these control objectives, a constrained quadratic programming problem is formulated within the framework of model predictive control (MPC). Integrated Analytic Hierarchy Process (IAHP) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm are then utilized to optimize the performance of the controller. the optimal control law is determined using the GRAMPC toolbox. Simulation results based on CarSim-MATLAB cosimulations are presented to validate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed controller compared to conventional control methods. © 2023 IEEE.

Interleaved parallel bidirectional DC/DC converters are widely used in various application fields due to their high power density and scalability. However, variations in the internal resistance of each module can lead to power switching losses and uneven load current distribution. Consequently, some modules with higher efficiency may operate at non-optimal points, which diminishes the overall system efficiency. therefore, identifying an optimal load current distribution scheme is crucial. By optimizing the current distribution, each module can operate near its optimal power output point, maximizing overall system efficiency and minimizing energy waste. this paper proposes an efficiency optimization strategy based on the sequential quadratic programming method. By establishing an efficiency model for the parallel DC/DC converter system, we utilize this method to determine the optimal load current distribution. this approach enhances the overall operational efficiency of the system. Simulation results indicate that, compared to traditional current sharing control strategies, the overall system efficiency is improved by up to 1.01%, significantly enhancing energy utilization. © 2024 IEEE.

the purpose of this research is to implement an automate shirt folding model that is more convenient and efficient. the proposed machine automatically folds the shirts without human assistance using embedded systems. Wood sheets, a plastic holding board, gear motors, Arduino-UNO, a relay, a power supply, and a mechanical set-up were utilized to construct this model. the methods utilized to create the machine include relay actuation, time delay, speed regulation, and Arduino programming. the overall strategy was to create a machine that folds shirts by moving a piece of the holding board with gear motors. An idea for a machine that can fold garments was provided here. Shirt was picked as a test focus among several categories of clothing. the process flow of laundry typically includes washing, drying, and folding. this concept was put forth as a tool to help individuals fold more quickly and move on to the next chorus. this equipment was designed to help those workingin environments where there were plenty of shirts involved, such as laundromats, hotels, hospitals, and many other locations. © 2023 IEEE.

Truck platooning has emerged as a promising solution for improving traffic efficiency on highways. this paper proposes an optimization model for connected automated trucks (CATs) that addresses the trajectory optimization problem for CATs as human-driven trucks (HDTs) merge onto highways from on-ramps in a mixed traffic scenario. To maximize the speed of the mixed traffic system, we propose a mixed integer programming (MIP) model based on a rolling horizon algorithm. the algorithm optimizes CATs' trajectories iteratively, taking into account real-time updates on their driving state, and guides HDTs to follow the trajectories of CATs. the numerical experiments demonstrate that the increasing number of HDTs on the on-ramp negatively impacts the overall system performance, leading to higher traffic delay and reduced system stability. Furthermore, accounting for the stochastic behavior of HDTs can lead to increased instability in the system. Finally, we show that the objective function that comprehensively considers the system speed and platooning time effectively minimizes the delay of all vehicles. © 2023 IEEE.

Productivity in open pit operations in the mining industry is conditioned by the manual assignment of trucks by the dispatcher, who does not have the ability to find the optimal policy by himself, having many variables that consider. To this end, an MIP optimization model is proposed that considers the scheduling of a discretized operating shift in smaller stages that consider positions and capacities of available trucks, and congestion based on a differential speed based on the number of trucks in different sections of the transport route. the model seeks to prioritize the transfer of material to crushers and meet material goals during the planning horizon. Preliminary results indicate that it is possible to reduce the violation of the production plan by destination by 12% and increase productivity by 46% with respect to the state of the art of similar solutions. © 2024 Elsevier B.V.. the Machine learning model learns from given input data and make decisions or predictions without requiring any type of explicit programming. Machine learning models can observe trends, gain knowledge from past mistakes, and gradually enhance their performance. the utilization of machine learning is increasing in daily life especially in medical field for diagnosing a disease. the incorporation of machine learning into the quickly changing healthcare landscape has become increasingly pivotal for enhancing diagnostic accuracy and personalized patient care. the study is all about the preparation of an ensemble model that is made for predicting various diseases, leveraging insights gleaned from a diverse array of laboratory tests. three potent models, including 'random forest, extreme gradient boost, and light gradient boost, are included in the ensemble model. the research highlights how machine learning is influencing daily experiences with healthcare in a larger way in addition to concentrating on the creation and assessment of an accurate disease prediction. the ensemble model developed intends to showcase the capabilities of machine learning in handling complex medical data and delivering reliable predictions. © 2024 IEEE.

there are new diseases discovered in the 21st century which have identical and additional symptoms to the previous diseases but these new diseases are far more dangerous than the previous ones and have some additional symptoms. S o, In this work the new diseases can be identified by taking the input from the user and identifying the disease and displaying it on the users smart screen display. this work aim is to reduce the deaths of people by identifying the disease and cure it in advance. the Random Forest and Naive Bayes algorithms are used for predicting the disease. this prediction is done by considering and comparing the accuracies of both the algorithms and gives the predicted disease as output which has best accuracy. Its implementation is completed via python programming language and tkinter library. © 2023 IEEE.

Developing a software system from natural language requirements is a complex and delicate task that requires a high level of design and programming expertise. Increasing the level of abstraction used to describe these requirements is the most natural solution. Model-Driven engineering (MDE) also takes this route, using abstract models as primary entities to generate source code automatically or semi-automatically. Among these models, the UML class diagram occupies a privileged place in object-oriented systems because it not only serves as a basis for communication between developers but also provides a closely aligned static representation of the system implementation. However, creating a UML class diagram from a textual system specification poses a significant challenge due to the inherent imprecision and ambiguity commonly found in natural language expressions. In this paper, we propose a model-centric approach based on deep learning for the automatic extraction of UML class diagrams from textual requirements. © 2024 ACM.

With the widespread adoption of 5G and IoT, computers are extensively used across various societal domains, bolstering programming education. Numerous programming novices complete introductory courses through online platforms, generating copious programming-related data. Leveraging these data for more precise student programming ability assessments presents a new industry challenge. Cognitive diagnosis stands as a mature evaluation model in this context, enabling students to gauge their knowledge based on their answer records. Nonetheless, deficiencies persist in current programming ability evaluation algorithms. Firstly, deep learning-based algorithms lack interpretability, which is crucial for guiding students' learning in the education field. Secondly, the unstructured nature of massive programming platform data necessitates feature screening for cognitive diagnosis models. Finally, the relationship structure between programming knowledge points is often overlooked, resulting in inadequate exploration of the interplay between topics and knowledge points. In order to solve the above problems, we focus on the programming ability evaluation algorithm based on cognitive diagnosis. To solve the problem of low interpretability of the neural network model alone, we introduce the definitions of knowledge points and student ability factors in the cognitive diagnosis model to assist modeling. A cognitive diagnosis model combined with knowledge structure reasoning is proposed to model the structure of knowledge points. As an embedded layer, it is combined with the process of neural network training to finally obtain the mastery of students' knowledge points and understand the structural relationship between each knowledge point. Compared to the state-of-the-art NCD algorithm, our solution enhances accuracy and consistency by 3.5% and 7.2%, respectively. © 2023 ACM.

In enterprise software development, component-based front-end page technology is becoming increasingly important. However, traditional manual component-based programming is difficult to adapt to increasingly complex enterprise data table structures. this can lead to a large workload and slow down the development process. To address this issue, this paper proposes a method for automatically generating front-end source code for complex table structures based on Vue (AGT-Complex). this method uses hierarchical data structure recognition and expression to identify complex Excel table structures. It then forms a semantic mapping between business data tables and front-end program tables. Finally, it can generate code based on Vue components. Experimental results show that this method is effective and can greatly improve development efficiency. It can be used to develop complex data software with a high degree of automation. © 2023 IEEE.
