Land cover is an important factor in geographic analysis, ranging from physical geography studies, approaches to sustainable planning to environmental analysis. Vegetation analysis according to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI 7645:2014) is classified based on density. In the technical aspect to obtain information related to vegetation, this can be done using remote sensing. Remote sensing uses two data to obtain information, namely satellite data and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) data. this study use UAV data with shooting locations in the Liang Anggang Protected Forest in classifying land cover. the method used is Convolutional Neural Network. this research is used the ShuffleNet v2 architecture on the CNN method. the comparison of epochs starts from 10, 25, 50, 75 and 100, which were tested with a number of different batch sizes showing the results that epoch 75 got higher results than the number of other epochs. the results obtained using epoch 75 on batch size 32 obtained 91.1% results, while the number of batch sizes 64 using epoch 75 totals obtained 91% results. Comparison of the results of batch size obtained different results where the results using batch size 32 were higher than batch size 64. By using the ShuffleNet v2 model with batch size 32, further testing was carried out using the matrix available in the Python programming language scikit-learn library, and the highest result was obtained at epoch 75 with a yield of 97.44%.

Learning styles, cognitive traits, personality, and learning preferences can vary greatly. that is why there is a great variety in how people receive and process information. Personalizing learning materials according to learner’s learning styles could enhance learner’s learning motivation and lead to better learning performance. this paper examines the relationship between learner’s learning styles and learning performance by proposing three different sets of documentation to test the relationship between the two learning styles of Felder-Silverman and learning performance. To test the proposed documentations and hypotheses, 182 participants in Multimedia University, Cyberjaya, Malaysia answered the Index of Learning Styles (ILS) questionnaire by Felder-Silverman and participated in a documentation experiment in Python programming. the data gathered was analysed using statistical Chi-square test. the results showed that learning performance was enhanced when the documentation was provided in a learning style that matched the subject’s learning style. the confirmed personalised learning styles model can be beneficial to teachers and e-learning recommendation systems when they provide students with materials that are personalised. © 2021, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Capturing the logical structure of programming languages poses a significant challenge for program analysis. Given the complex syntax rules, subjective code vulnerabilities, irrelevant statements, code annotations, and intricate structural information, related studies have explored various semantic comprehension and intermediate representation approaches to extract precise information for program analysis. However, most research in the generic domain ignores defective and non-defective program code, putting them in the same category. In this paper, we introduce a new program analysis method that combines WebAssembly (Wasm) instructions with a 20-billion-parameter transformer model and natural language processing. this approach aims to advance the capabilities of program analysis tools in computer science by jointly embedding Wasm instructions and natural language for more effective program analysis. Our experiments demonstrate that this fused embedding approach achieves state-of-the-art performance, and the accuracy reaches approximately 98 percent, better than traditional small-scale weight models based on intricate conversion tasks such as abstract syntax trees(AST). Moreover, it is more valuable to classify potential vulnerable and non-vulnerable programs in the formal verification special field. Our exploration enhances traditional program classification methods in software security and introduces the application of GPT to offer a more straightforward, convenient, and high-performance approach. © the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.

According to the rules and requirements of the handling project of the China engineering Robot Contest, an intelligent handling robot with Freescale KL25 chip as the core controller and capable of automatically identifying multiple colors was designed. Based on the completion of the hardware circuit and mechanical structure, the robot’s trajectory on the field is planned through software programming. Establishing a handling strategy allows the robot to efficiently grasp, transport, and stack objects. the focus is on the infrared tracking module, the color recognition module software design and the robot path planning strategy research. After the completion of the robot construction, through experiments in various links, the total number of loops compared to the traditional handling scheme has increased by about 11.1%, and the running time has been reduced by about 41.5%. the effect is good. © 2021, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Financial fraud is a widespread problem that can cause significant economic losses. Traditional fraud detection methods often rely on manual audits and rules-based systems, which can be time-consuming and error-prone. In recent years, machine learning methods have emerged as a promising approach to automating fraud detection by leveraging large-scale data analysis. this article explores the use of machine learning methods to detect financial fraud by using tax, invoice, and big data. We first introduce the challenges and opportunities of using these data sources for fraud detection, and then survey various machine learning techniques that have been applied to this problem. We also discuss the evaluation metrics and case studies of these methods, and highlight the potential benefits and limitations of using machine learning for fraud detection. Finally, we identify some future research directions and challenges in this area. this article aims to provide a comprehensive method of the state-of-the-art in using machine learning methods for financial fraud detection, and to inspire further research and development in this important field.

the state-of-the-art YOLO framework strikes an excellent balance between speed and accuracy and has become one of the most effective object detection algorithms. However, when performing dense pedestrian detection tasks, the network is computationally intensive, real-time is insufficient, and it is difficult to be applied to edge devices with weak computational power in practical use. therefore, we propose a detection algorithm based on YOLOv7-tiny improvement. Based on the GhostNetv2 network, we use the parameter-free attention mechanism SimAM to construct the GhostNet-tiny structure and propose the C3Ghost-tiny module to be combined with the YOLO network in order to reduce the network computational parameters. We propose a new neck network structure to extract richer information with a bi-directional weighted pyramid structure and weighted connectivity of features at different scales. We also use WIoU as a coordinate loss function to improve the network's attention to small targets. We tested the effectiveness of the proposed method on the public dataset CrowdHuman, and the results show that our method can effectively reduce the network parameters while improving the accuracy. Notably, compared to the YOLOv7-tiny model, our model improves the accuracy value by 2.13%, reduces the amount of network parameters by 5.9%, reduces the amount of floating-point calculations by 60.3%, reduces the size of the network model file by 27.7%, and improves the detection speed by up to 46.64%.

In this paper the modelling of the photovoltaic module has been applied through the experimental flash test data of industrial photovoltaic module. the theoretical background of the single diode model and the double diode model of the photovoltaic module have been described and similar procedures for the extraction and estimation of the unknown parameters have been proposed. the Levenberg-Marquardt optimization algorithm has been used to minimize objective function as a set of five nonlinear equations that were written for five equilibrium points on the current-voltage curve of the photovoltaic module. the single diode model and double diode model have then been simulated with the estimated unknown parameters and a very good matching between flash test data and a simulation data.

To reduce greenhouse gas emissions, volatile energy production from renewable sources is highly encouraged by international agreements. this leads to balancing challenges of demand and supply which can be addressed with smart grids or even smart city concepts. Demand side management control strategies for flexibility harvesting often include energy storage systems, like flywheel- (FESS) and battery (BESS) storages. To investigate different control strategies for a hybrid energy storage system with a flywheel and battery storage in an islanded microgrid, an existing flywheel is modernized with state-of-the-art components to support real time power hardware in the loop simulations. Testing a load levelling control strategy with this test bench showed that the cyclic lifetime of the battery storage system could be increased with peak shaving due to a reduced amount of charging and discharging operations. An excessive energy buffering control method could increase the islanded operation time by using nearly 10% of the otherwise lost energy. However, these results with the testbench showed limited use for research with the current setup due to low capacity and high self-discharge rate of the existing FESS. But due to the MATLAB-based programming interface, it is perfectly suitable as an educational setup for the demonstration of possible implementations of the European Green Deal.

CNC machine tools (Note: CNC’s full name is Computer Numerical Control, hereinafter referred to as CNC) is the core equipment of modern manufacturing, in the cutting and processing of moulds and mechanical parts, has an irreplaceable position. For a long time, CNC machine tools have been put into production processing individually or in bulk. In recent years, with the rapid development of new technologies, industrial robots have also been developed rapidly and put into use in various fields, and CNC machine tools and industrial robots are gradually combined into a whole. In CNC machining, the use of industrial robots maximises the inherent potential of CNC machine tools, making them simpler, more stable and more efficient. For the operator, the intervention of industrial robots makes the operation of CNC machine tools increasingly difficult, not only ensuring processing quality, but also improving processing efficiency. Robotics and CNC machining machine tools are a combination of robotics and CNC technology, enabling the machine tool to have a variety of features and functions of the robot at the same time, while the robot can have similar characteristics to the operator. this makes the combination of robotics and CNC machining machine tools more functional and powerful. It also reduces the manual labour intensity and improves the safety of industrial intensity. the use of industrial robots in CNC machining technology allows for better performance in the programming and manufacturing process. Not only can cutting work tasks be completed, but also precise robot operations and much more can be achieved. the use of robots improves the efficiency of industrial production and brings more convenience and profit to companies. At present, infrared intelligent detection technology has been widely used in various fields. Due to the development of its technology, how to interfere with important targets such as intelligent recognition of vehicles has become a hot issue in the current technical field. therefore, this study is based on the near-infrared band. We generate vehicle target confrontation samples to interfere with infrared detector devices. this paper proposes to first collect the single-band image of the protection target through the infrared UAV, and aligns it to align the position of the protection target in the single-band image to obtain the salient features of the protection target. then, based on the loss function calculated by machine learning method, the adversarial samples of single-band images are generated by using the basic iterative method. the constraint function is used to jointly optimize the loss function, so that the attack of the adversarial samples on the single-band detection system of the infrared UAV can reach the target value, and the adversarial samples of the infrared image in this state are obtained. then, it is arranged in multiple positions on the target vehicle to complete the interference to the infrared detection system. We first need to complete the simulation attack experiment in the digital domain, and then complete the confrontation with the infrared detector by using a special material that meets the requirements in the physical domain. the experimental results show that the attack success rate of this method has a certain effect. this paper has a certain reference for the future research of vehicle infrared reconnaissance and anti-reconnaissance.
