this paper proposes an intelligent judgment model of abnormal line loss in power system technology loss reduction simulation based on data fusion. the model integrates different types of sensor data to realize real-time monitoring and intelligent judgment of power system line loss. First, a multi-level data fusion framework based on sensor data and power load data is designed to effectively integrate data from different sources, eliminate noise influence, and improve detection accuracy. then, intelligent algorithms such as SVM and DT are used to process and analyze the fused data, to realize early warning of abnormal line loss and optimization of technical loss reduction scheme. the simulation results show that the system can accurately detect abnormal line loss under different power load scenarios, and show high stability and accuracy. In the actual power system, the system's recognition accuracy of abnormal line loss reaches more than 95%, and it can still maintain an accuracy of more than 90% under load fluctuation and noise interference conditions. the dataanalysis system provides a scientific basis for power operation and maintenance personnel, which can effectively reduce the operating cost of the power system and improve the reliability and safety of the system.

Withthe exponential growth of Internet of things (IoT) devices, vast amounts of diverse data require real-time processing. However, traditional cloud computing approaches often struggle to meet these demands due to issues related to latency and bandwidth constraints. As an emerging computing paradigm, edge computing significantly reduces data transmission latency and improves processing efficiency. In this paper, a real-time data processing system combining edge computing is proposed to realize efficient processing and intelligentanalysis of distributed data. Firstly, this paper systematically analyzes the potential advantages and challenges of edge computing and artificial intelligence in real-time data processing, and designs a system architecture that integrates them. the architecture consists of four main modules: data acquisition, edge processing, intelligentanalysis and feedback control, aiming to realize real-time data processing with low latency and high performance. Specifically, edge devices perform preliminary data screening and pre-processing by deploying lightweight artificial intelligence algorithms;then, the optimized deep learning model performs complex dataanalysis and prediction on the edge nodes;Finally, the processing results are fed back to the data source in time to achieve closed-loop control. Compared withthe traditional cloud computing model, the system combining edge computing and artificial intelligence shows significant advantages in terms of latency, bandwidth utilization and processing throughput.
