Following increasing interest in electrostatic actuation of curved beams via curved electrodes. A rigorous limit point analysis is carried out to view how the beam reacts as a function of its geometry, as well as that of the electrode. the culmination of the study is in a bistability condition that describes what geometry both beam and electrode must have in order for bistability to be present. the study is based on a single-degree-of-freedom (DOF) reduced order (RO) model of a curved beam, derived from Galerkin's decomposition. the extraction of a condition is based on the existence of a vanishing discriminant of a cubic equation, which formed a boundary in the parameters space of both beam and electrode geometries. the boundary describes a shift in behaviour, from mono- to bistability. Such a model and subsequent analysis have been used before for the study of curved beams, especially when it is on the verge of bistability, with high degree of fidelity. the condition shows that while actuation voltages will increase or decrease as a function of electrode curvature, as well as operational range, the curvature of an electrode plays a key role in determining the behaviour of the beam. Such results can serve researchers and engineers alike in designing curved beamelectrode con figurations for usage in future studies, thus promoting their usage in micro-electro-mechanical (MEMS) based applications.

this paper investigates the problem of local stability for fixed-point interfered digital filters with generalized overflow nonlinearities. First, a familiar form of overflow nonlinearity function, covering the nonlinearities like zeroing, saturation, two's complement, and triangular is established. Second, the asymptotic stability condition for the digital filters is formulated in local context without external interference. third, with external interference the work is extended to investigate the local stability and to attain Hoo performance of the digital filter using generalized nonlinearity function. Further, the conventional global stability results can be established as special cases of presented local approach. Finally, sufficient numerical examples are presented to highlight the merit of proposed approach.

the Region-based Convolutional Neural Network (R-CNN), which is more rapid, has been recognized as the best detection algorithm. With our design basis for Faster RCNN (FRCNN), the designers reclassify the proposed object recognition changes with just a rough spatial estimate of the incident. the researchers solve problems such as delicate to complex environments and its principles are derived reductions each time it is -actually confronted with noisier initiatives. through which designers categorize proposed changes to object recognition using a rough geometric estimate of the scene. this simple expansion requires complex changes of scale, which the authors describe in their entirely throughout this study. Moreover, Geometric Proposals with FRCNN (GP-FRCNN) performed relatively well on small and large things, which has always been a problem for computer vision algorithms. Any use of GP-FRCNN for monitoring film analysis is simple and requires no specific geometric description. We tested the algorithm on the UA-DETRAC database, finding that GP-FRCNN beat the FRCNN by 21%. © 2022 IEEE.

Vibration analysis plays a vital role in understanding and analyzing the behavior of the structure. Where, it can be utilized from this analysis in the design process of the structures in different engineering applications, check the quality and safety of the structure under different working conditions. this work presents experimental measurements and numerical solutions to an out of plane vibration of a rectangular plate with a circular hole. Free edges rectangular plates with different circular holes diameters were studied. the effects of hole location on the plate natural frequencies were also investigated. A finite element modeling (using ANSYS Software) has been used to analyze the vibration characteristics of the plates. A good agreement between finite elements predictions and experimental measurements were found for the plates that have been tested. © 2023 IEEE.

With the increasing complexity of aircraft, document-based systems engineering has gradually become inadequate, and model-based systems engineering has become a hot issue in the aviation industry and academia. In view of the characteristics of aircraft architecture design, this paper proposes a system architecture model modeling method and structured data management method based on SysML (System Modeling Language). Firstly, the definition and classification of complex system architecture design are introduced. then, combined with the development characteristics and process of civil aircraft, an architecture model design method and a general data management structure based on SysML are proposed, and the effectiveness and feasibility of the method are verified by taking an aircraft electrical power system as an example, which provides a reference for data management and modeling analysis of civil aircraft or other complex system architecture models.

In recent years, cloud computing has emerged as a way to deliver high-quality and reliable services and the integration of cloud services offers many opportunities for broader business applications. Among them, cloud-based support vector machine services (SVMS) are widely used. However, the service suffers from model security and query privacy issues, and existing solutions are not suitable for practical SVMS with multiple service providers and multiple users. In this paper, we propose a secure SVM service (SSVMS) supporting multiple service providers and multiple users. Specifically, SSVMS has the following three key techniques: 1) we use vector homomorphic encryption (VHE) to ensure model security and query privacy;2) we design a pair of invertible matrices to support multiple service providers and multiple users;3) we construct a special matrix to hide multi-user queries to resist collusion attacks. the security analysis shows that SSVMS can guarantee model security and query privacy even for multi-service provider and multi-user scenarios. Performance evaluation shows that SSVMS has high accuracy and low communication and computational cost, which guarantees the realistic effectiveness of SSVMS. © 2022 IEEE.

In response to the demand of meteorological applications for high orbit satellite data distribution systems, a high orbit S-band downlink broadcast link system based on spread spectrum system is proposed through analysis and design of communication frequency band, link budget, communication system, user capacity, and anti-interference ability. this system has the advantages of strong anti-interference ability and low terminal power consumption. this study has reference significance for the design and deployment of data distribution systems for civil high orbit meteorological satellite.

this research paper examines the efficacy of the Space Syntax theory in analyzing the spatial suitability of the location of urban services within a Palestinian urban community, specifically in Hajjah. the study emphasizes the importance of incorporating specific Space Syntax parameters, such as integration, connectivity, and choice, with spatial configuration analysis to understand the performance of urban services in a given area. the study utilized axial map analysis to generate a comprehensive set of maps and graphs, providing an in-depth understanding of the spatial distribution and performance of different urban services in the study area. the analysis revealed that while some facilities, such as the health clinic and park, are located in favorable locations, others, such as the gas stations and some schools, require better placement. these findings can guide policymakers and urban planners in designing more efficient and accessible urban environments that cater to the community’s diverse needs. the study underscores the potential of the Space Syntax theory to inform more equitable and efficient planning and design in urban areas. © the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.

Multi-objective optimal design of permanent magnet eddy current retarder based on NSGA-II algorithm

As a new type of vehicle auxiliary braking device, permanent magnet eddy current retarder has a wide application prospect. In this paper, the linear layer analysis method and non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II (NSGA-II) are combined to optimize the parameters of permanent magnet eddy current retarder. Firstly, based on the linear layer model, the mathematical optimization model of permanent magnet eddy current retarder is established by taking the radial length of permanent magnet, the thickness of permanent magnet, the number of permanent magnets and the thickness of conductor disk as design variables, the braking torque and eddy current loss as optimization objectives. Secondly, the NSGA-II algorithm is used to optimize the braking torque and eddy current loss of the permanent magnet eddy current retarder. Finally, the performance of the permanent magnet eddy current retarder after the optimization of the structural parameters is carried out by using ANSYS software to verify the accuracy and feasibility of the optimization results. the optimization algorithm used in this article solves the problem of poor adaptability to environmental changes and premature convergence in the late evolution of standard genetic algorithm. the results show that the NSGA-II algorithm based on the layer analysis model has better computational results in the optimal design of structural parameters than the standard genetic algorithm. With the continuous development of technology, the future prospects of online analysis real-time alarm systems are vast. In today’s digital age, the application of page editors is becoming increasingly widespread. this article analyzes the characteristics of online real-time alarm scenarios and proposes an implementation strategy for online analysis real-time alarm display based on page editors. It utilizes a page editor to design and implement a complete real-time alarm display system, which fully implements the business logic of online analysis of real-time alarm display, verifies the feasibility of the technology developed based on the page editor, and provides valuable reference solutions for the construction of power grid operation systems.
