this article presents an analysis of dynamic crushing of thin-walled conical aluminum profiles. the profiles were subjected to the energy of 1700J. the cones had a variable upper diameter specified in the paper as D2. Samples were tested in three configurations, empty, half-filled and completely filled with aluminum porous material. the analysis was performed using the finite element method. On the basis of the data obtained, the crush effectiveness indicators were determined, which were used to determine the effect of wall inclination and foam material on the energy absorber performance.

As the first level of instrumentation and control system defense-in-depth, the reliability of plant control system (PLS) is one of the most important factors affecting the economic target of nuclear power plant [1]. At the same time, from the point of view of probabilistic safety analysis, the reliable operation of PLS reduces the probability of transient and operational occurrences in the nuclear power plant, and to a certain extent, reduces the requirements related to the safety system of the nuclear power plant. through the research on the availability analysis method of the PLS of nuclear power plants, the functional analysis method of the system is determined, and the external action reliability system and the internal structure reliability system of the system are clarified according to the results of the functional analysis. the results of the study are applied to the design of instrumentation and control system of new model nuclear power plant, and practical reliability requirements are proposed to provide a feasible way to improve the reliability design of PLS.

A discrete fiber and a multi-level model for the analysis of SFRC structures are used to assess the influence of the chosen fiber type, content, and orientation on the structural response. Computational simulation of the flow process of fresh FRC, including applications to 3D printing, is performed to analyse the effect of fiber orientation on the the crack bridging behavior of the SFRC in the hardened state. Finally, the prospects of applying a multi-level FRC model in conjunction with methods of optimization to design an SFRC tunnel lining segment are discussed.
