the fatigue behavior of reinforcing steel bars (rebars) is significantly influenced by its surface geometry and thus the manufacturing process. As a result of static or dynamic loads, stress concentrations occur at the feet of transverse ribs. Here, the fillet radius has a significant influence on the resulting notch stresses. In addition to the basic surface design, production and process technology have to be controlled in order to increase the fatigue life of reinforcing steels. A laser-based line scan system (LLS system) was used to generate three-dimensional digital geometric twins of the rebars with high accuracy. the resulting surface models were implemented in a finite element method (FEM) program for linear-elastic finite element simulations. Here, areas of high notch stresses were detected at or near the rib feet. these results were compared withthe fracture locations of the fatigue tests of the specimens and the local strength.

the constructional errors of spatial prestress steel structures can greatly impact the structural stability and safety. though structural health monitoring techniques are well developed, the data analysis integrated withthe structural performance evaluation require a lot of efforts. the project conducts sensitivity study on constructional errors including deviations of joints, prestress loss of prestressed cables, and deformation of struts. the research data are carefully extracted from a high-fidelity laser measurement point-cloud model of a typical spatial prestressed steel structure. Data lightweight process is conducted to the point-cloud model where key nodes are automatically marked and stored according to the design BIM model. Constructional errors are efficiently characterized and compared withthe design model through adapted pattern recognition algorithm. the statistical analysis is conducted to the constructional errors where the statistical models are obtained for future reliability study.

Aiming at the public opinion management needs of Chinese college students, this paper designs a fully-functional experimental teaching network public opinion monitoring system based on Rongmedia cloud platform. Based on Hadoop technology, the data acquisition and data processing module of the system is designed, and the Hdfs distributed file management system of data storage is constructed, which realizes the efficient storage of public opinion data information. MapReduce programming model and semantic analysis algorithm in cloud computing are used to realize topic discovery and public opinion analysis module, so as to complete the analysis of public opinion data information. After testing, the system has stable operation, accurate data analysis and easy deployment, which can meet the needs of public opinion monitoring and management.
