Due to the late start of China’s civil aviation, the research on cargo loading control system of air freighter is less, and there is no research and development system and technical ability at present, so the research on related technology of loading control system is imminent. Aiming at the above problems, this paper studies the key technologies of CAN communication network design, software design and control hardware design of controller, and puts forward a design scheme of cargo loading system controller for large cargo aircraft. Firstly, based on the analysis of the composition of the loading control system and the requirements of loading and unloading, the basic function design requirements of the control system controller are proposed. Secondly, aiming at the characteristics of a large number of CAN communication nodes, a large amount of data transmission and high real-time requirements of the loading control system, a three-layer CAN communication network with sub-regional control is proposed to ensure the communication requirements and operation efficiency of the controller. On this basis, the hardware implementation scheme of dual MCU is proposed, and the application layer software design is based on an embedded real-time operating system. And the visualization function of PDU status and ULD real-time position is realized by using a serial display. the scheme proposed in this paper has a significant reference value for the automation and domestication of cargo loading control systems. © 2023, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

In this paper, discusses the design features of the stacker crane, which is the main working body of automated systems for sorting and storage of various cargoes. the research of durability, vibrations and sustainability of its metal structures by well-known package modeling and finite element analysis of MSC/NASTRAN is considered. Evaluation of stress-strain state of stacker crane, focused on creating full finite element models and a variety of types of calculations: linear and nonlinear crushing, research on sustainability, calculate natural oscillation forms and natural oscillation frequencies, the implementation of dynamic frequency and thermal analysis of structures, optimization of its parameters. By results of researches recommendations been given on improving the design of stacker crane.

Against the backdrop of global consensus on protecting the ecological environment and reducing carbon emissions, an increasing number of the building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) projects have been built around the world. Taking a high-speed railway station as an example, this paper quantitatively analyses the operating parameters and benefits of the project's photovoltaic system based on predicted and measured data, and then obtains the actual operating effects of the photovoltaic system, thereby verifying the good benefits of BIPV technology in economic and social aspects. © 2024 SPIE.

For the turbulence problems of mountain or uneven ground transport vehicle, the traditional rigid chassis does not adapt to the development of new engineering transport vehicles. For solving this problem, a new type of wheeled walking self-adjusting mobile chassis is designed for power transmission and transportation engineering in this paper. A new double wishbone independent suspension structure is designed as the chassis to achieve support and obtain the balance. the overall structure of the chassis is introduced and the motion model of the chassis is also constructed to explain work principle. Additionally, the principle of bottom plate drive and steering motion are analyzed. In addition, the obstacle crossing ability of the mobile chassis is also analyzed, and the walking stability of the chassis during obstacle crossing is studied. the results show that the mobile chassis can maintain a stable motion posture during obstacle crossing and has good road adaptive ability and obstacle crossing performance. © the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

Based on the comprehensive analysis of the basic parameters of the reservoir dam, the engineering hydrogeological conditions and the internal relationship between the time and space deformation of the valley and the reservoir dam after impoundment, a three-dimensional model of about 500 m on the left and right banks of transverse river direction is established for dynamic simulation. the deformation and stress evolution of the high slopes of rock and soil on both sides of the dam area of a large power project are simulated by using finite element method and finite difference method, and the development law of deformation, stress distribution and the change characteristics of internal unbalanced force are analyzed, as well as the deformation speed of the high slopes on both sides of the river in the direction of facing the airport and the speed of valley deformation. the research results can provide reference for the stress distribution, valley deformation law and safety monitoring of rock mass on both banks in design and research of dam engineering. © 2023 the Authors.

Adopting a screw algebra-based approach, this paper analyzes the stiffness of flexure hinges and the resultant reaction force (RRF) of a rigid origami-inspired modified Wren parallel mechanism with flexure hinges (WPM) capable of helical motion. Analytical solution of the RRF, consisting of force in the direction of translation and torque around the axis of helical motion, applied to the platform of the WPM by flexure hinges is revealed. Simulation is implemented to verify the theoretical analysis of the RRF of the WPM. To further validate the theoretical model, multi-layered aluminium composite panel is selected for fabricating flexure hinges and the WPM capable of high precise motion and large force transmission. the resistive torque of the flexure hinge and the RRF of the WPM are measured and compared with the analytical solution. Both simulation and experimental results reveal that the RRF of the WPM resulted from flexure hinges is precisely modelled using the screw algebra-based approach. A novel bipedal robot integrating the WPM is developed for applications in extreme environment where pneumatically actuated systems are preferred over electrical machines and drives. this study paves a way for developing novel WPM- integrated robotic devices and precisely modelling the coherent stiffness of the rigid origami-inspired parallel mechanisms with flexure hinges.

the manuscript presents the capabilities of Python for solving tasks from the electrical engineering course. In this way, it becomes possible for computer science students to use programming abstractions and models in their electrical engineering education. this is useful in view of the increasing problems related to the acquisition of the basic material in electrical engineering related to conducting DC, AC analysis of various electric circuits. the proposed learning approach is illustrated with several examples related to the study of transient and established modes in various electric circuits, which are studied in electrical engineering by the students at the Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria. © 2023 IEEE.

CVD continues to pose a substantial global health burden, demanding the need for the creation of precise predictive models that can aid in the timely identification and evaluation of risks. this research paper aims to provide a thorough examination of the prediction of CVD by utilizing CNN in aggregation with hyperparameter tuning techniques. this paper examines the effectiveness of three widely recognized CNN architectures, namely ResNet, VGGNet, and Xception CVD. the Tree-structured Parzen Estimator (TPE) is utilized as a method for tuning hyperparameters in order to optimize the CNN models. the study commences with a comprehensive examination of the dataset, encompassing a wide array of cardiovascular CT image data. the chosen CNN architectures serve as the fundamental framework for our predictive models. the selection of these architectures is based on their established track record in effectively addressing image analysis tasks and their capacity to accurately capture complex patterns and features present in medical images. the models undergo training using a dataset in order to acquire knowledge about distinctive features that are linked to various cardiovascular conditions. the experimental findings presented in the study indicate that the utilization of the Xception architecture, in aggregation with TPE for hyperparameter optimization, yields the most favorable predictive accuracy. Specifically, the achieved accuracy rate of 98.26% is notably remarkable. this result highlights the significance of not only choosing advanced CNN architectures but also optimizing their hyperparameters to fully exploit their potential in predicting cardiovascular disease. this establishes it as a promising tool for the early diagnosis and risk assessment of CVD. this study establishes a fundamental basis for future investigations in the advancement of precise and dependable predictive models applicable to various medical imaging contexts. © the Author(s), under exclusive license

the Internet of things (IoT) is an architecture for a network that processes and analyzes sensitive data in order to deliver a variety of services to a large number of users. IoT devices are capable of delivering a wide variety of value-added services in a variety of smart city applications. Nevertheless, there have been a lot of worries voiced concerning data privacy, confidentiality, and security in relation to the IoT, as well as consumer resistance to adopting such innovative technology. this article examines difficulties linked to the expansion of the IoTs and their adoption by users in smart city applications using Step-wise Weight Assessment Ratio analysis (SWARA) technique. A total of 30 factors that inhibit IoT adoption were analyzed and categorized under 5 major factors. With the rapid advancement of e-learning platforms, especially Learning Management systems (LMS), there have been increasing issues in achieving a seamless user experience. Although LMS are becoming integrated into the traditional education system, they often fail to meet the expectations of students and lecturers, which causes the dissatisfaction and frustration. this study examines the usability of the LMS at Mae Fah Luang University by applying both traditional System Usability Scale (SUS) surveys and refined biometric usability testing, using facial expression analysis and respiratory data collection. these dual techniques ensure to uncover the deeper knowledge into the emotion and cognitive states of the users while they are interacting with the LMS. the SUS survey showed the navigation issues and user interface (UI) complexity, with the poor usability score of 55. Biometric data analysis then emphasized and validated these findings, by revealing the negative emotions together with fluctuated respiratory patterns. SUS and biometric approach to usability testing focus on requirements of implementing an intuitive and user-friendly LMS design to improve the learning experience of the students. Recommendations encompass the information visibility, clear navigation paths and timely notification to improve overall usability of LMS. © 2025 IEEE.
