enterprise Architecture modeling is an approach to manage modern IT infrastructure and landscapes to coordinate a multitude of IT projects in an organization. enterprise architects apply modeling tools such as ArchiMate to document the enterprise architecture. Because these models have traditionally been created and maintained manually, efforts to manage IT architecture have been both time-consuming and error-prone. We evaluate an approach by Johnson et al. (2016) for automated generation of these models from observed network traffic using Dynamic Bayesian Networks. As inference in large Dynamic Bayesian Network proves computationally infeasible, we propose an alternative approach using a set of Hidden Markov Models to model the current network state, present an implementation, and evaluate its performance in a real-world setting.

the virtualization based on containers is a technological approach in building nowadays information systems. this approach provides a platform for various operating system services not only in the cloud but also in the local enterprise environment. this facilitates the creation of multiple containers on a single physical machine in the form of hypervisors. To accommodate many microservices, the technology is a model that consists of various operations performed by deployed services. thus, the demand for low-overhead virtualization technology is growing rapidly. there are many easy virtualization technologies; Docker is one of them, which is an open source platform. this technology allows developers and system administrators to create, build, and run programs with minimal resources involved. this approach has become an integral part of the new development culture (DevOps).

Salient object detection (SOD) is a basic research direction in the computer vision task. Its main work is to simulate the human visual system by establishing a visual-aware model. However, most of existing models have suffered from two challenges. First, edge-aware models only use edge feature to improve segmentation features but lack of utilizing the complementarity of them. Second, the problem of losing part of information in the process of extracting features in Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) leads to the incompleteness of final result. In this paper, we proposed a criss-cross refined salient object detection method based on hybrid attention to solve these problems. Specifically, we applied a Criss-Cross Attention module (CCA) to capture useful contextual information of surrounding pixels from long-range dependencies effectively. Fully considering the complementary between salient detection and edge information, our model simultaneously refines multilevel features of SOD and edge detection by overlapping a Cross Refinement Unit (CRU). And finally we used a U-Net to output the refined result. Extensive experiments conducted on five benchmark datasets demonstrate that our method can significantly improve the performance of low-contrast scenes, optimize the problem of partial missing and error detection of salient objects. Besides, our method achieved state-of-the-art performance in three different indicators. © 2020 ieee.

Nowadays, mobile applications or also known as mobile apps are one of the most important sources of communication and gives a lot of benefits to a person. Mobile technology advancements have brought an excessive change in people's daily lifestyles which has led to high demand for developing software that can give benefit to a person that runs on a mobile device. Mobile apps are represented visually on a smartphone, which it is not user-friendly for visually impaired people. the number of visually impaired people are growing in each of the countries in the world. Most technologies are being developed to help people with visual impairment because they still have difficulties in using assistive technologies. this systematic literature review attempts to provide findings on the project for visually impaired people to recognize objects using their smartphones. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was used to collect and review the current state of analysis concerning object recognition for visually impaired people on mobile platforms. Overall, this research covered articles published in three databases which are ScienceDirect, ieee Xplore and Google Scholar and the articles selected are between 2013 until 2019. this paper is based on the Kitchenham methodology where the keyword search and exclusion criteria to select the articles about the topic were used. After reading the total of 371 titles of articles based on keywords, 323 abstracts were examined thoroughly. then, 21 full-text articles were chosen for the final review. the findings show the techniques, tools used and methods on how the system was implemented to recognize object. © 2020 ieee.

According to the website quality of the organization dimension and website usability, the consistency of the layout of the web page is how the general layout elements format is common to all pages. Consistency can make it easier for users in terms of navigation. In this study, researchers used a case study on the East Kalimantan High Prosecutors' website (http://***/). the inequality location of the layout makes inconsistency. In this research, web page layout structure data was collected using a Chrome Extension called HTML Tree Generator by adding additional functions according to semantic elements, so that automatically downloads HTML elements in the Document object Model (DOM). then, the general layout structure generator only took the semantic elements from the most common layout as its input. Matching Algorithm used to solve the problem of inconsistency in general layout structure, by looking for differences of structure using set difference. Combination functions are used to determine the comparison of each page. Set difference produce 'false' if there are one or more differences. Research on the consistency of web page layout structure from case studies yields a consistency score of 92.1%. this score indicates an inconsistency in the web page layout. However, after fixed inconsistent pages, the recalculation score can produce a consistent web page layout. © 2020 ieee.

AI Bridging Cloud Infrastructure (ABCI) is a world-leading open AI computing infrastructure, for accelerating R&D activities of artificial intelligence. In order to share and reuse AI software assets with ease, ABCI supports container-based application deployment and fine-grained resource allocation on top of the conventional HPC architecture, and provides tens of peta-bytes of high performance storage. One of the on-going major challenges in ABCI, however, is to more efficiently and flexibly exchange and share machine learning models and data related to AI, with other services deployed outside of ABCI in the real world. Our new services called as ABCI Cloud Storage and ABCI Public Datasets are designed for tackling the challenge and taking a role of "Data Harbor" of ABCI. the services allow users to store input and output data of jobs to be run on the ABCI compute nodes, and to share them with not only ABCI users but also non-ABCI users. this paper presents our design and integration of the services to conventional HPC architecture, as a case of ABCI, and reports performance evaluation of them. Based on our attempt and experience, the paper finally summarizes discussion about future direction of the S3 based front data/storage service of the AI and HPC converged system.

Deep learning (DL) is most interested in Artificial Intelligence (AI) because it brings many interesting results in object identification, natural language processing, speech processing, application algorithms in autonomous vehicles, etc. DL also use neutron network. A useful neural architecture for an application may have tens or hundreds of millions of numbers that need to be selected appropriately during the training process. the most popular technique for training this architecture is a gradient-based iteration technique. To complete the training process, it needs to iterate over large amounts of data, which is why the training process is so slow. Without high performance computing (HPC) technology, it will take weeks or months to complete the training of network architecture. Training DL by distributed training is one of the solutions to improve the learning process faster and reduce computing time. In this paper, we study performance evaluation for distributed training strategy of the Tensorflow 2.2 on some GPUs. © 2020 ieee.

the evolution of technology has been made to bring the most benefits to human-being on communication and to facilitate their day-to-day activities. Technologies contribution, such as mobile application, has been proved to have a high capability to cater to the needs of a person with disabilities. the usage of smartphone is limited for visually impaired(VI) community as most of the currently available mobile application are not user-friendly for people with vision disability. Although smartphones nowadays are offering accessibility services such as TalkBack for Android and VoiceOver for iOS, these accessibilities provide fewer functions on navigating the VI community. A speech interface system(SIS) in mobile application combined with object and distance detection could help the VI community to navigate to their destination only with the use of a smartphone. this Systematic Literature Review (SLR) provide our findings on the present study of speech recognition projects and the requirement issues of speech recognition in mobile application platform throughout supporting VI people. three journal databases (Google Scholar, ieee Explore and Science Direct) has been searching throughout this SLR with articles ranging from the year of 2013-2019. A result of 136 article titles, abstracts of 73 articles were examined, 35 full-text articles were selected for final review. A total of 19 articles are analyzed. the purpose of the SLR is to collect the technique, evaluation methods and the validation of the projects. © 2020 ieee.

this paper is an extension of our work in developing an attribute-aware semantic segmentation method which focuses on pedestrian understanding in a traffic scene. Recently, the trending topic of semantic segmentation has been expanded to be able to collaborate with the object's attributes recognition task;Here, it refers to recognizing a pedestrian's body orientation. the attribute-aware semantic segmentation can be more beneficial for driver assistance compared to the conventional semantic segmentation because it can provide a more informative output to the system. In this paper, we conduct a study of the data augmentation usage as an effort to enhance the performance of the attribute-aware semantic segmentation task. the experiments show that the proposed method in augmenting the training data is able to improve the model's performance. We also demonstrate some of qualitative results and discuss the benefits to a driver assistance system. © 2020 ieee.

the paper presents a methodology for social distancing detection using deep learning to evaluate the distance between people to mitigate the impact of this coronavirus pandemic. the detection tool was developed to alert people to maintain a safe distance with each other by evaluating a video feed. the video frame from the camera was used as input, and the open-source object detection pre-trained model based on the YOLOv3 algorithm was employed for pedestrian detection. Later, the video frame was transformed into top-down view for distance measurement from the 2D plane. the distance between people can be estimated and any noncompliant pair of people in the display will be indicated with a red frame and red line. the proposed method was validated on a pre-recorded video of pedestrians walking on the street. the result shows that the proposed method is able to determine the social distancing measures between multiple people in the video. the developed technique can be further developed as a detection tool in realtime application. © 2020 ieee.
