this technique of mesh generation is based on advance and researched quad tree approach which makes use of mathematical technique of variance for selecting quad size and further triangulate the quad for final mesh of image and later filtering of vertices is done as per mapping based on robotic model. object identification based on Bayesian statistical and probability theorem is used to estimate the foreground object for getting selective object within image for mesh generation. this paper explains estimation algorithm for object identification by detecting background and foreground objects in image obtained from raw video frame@30fps supporting sampling format 4:2:0. this algorithm is implemented tested and verified on and written for android based ARM system and x86 system. Video frame is live captured in .mp4 file format using aac/avc (H264) audio and video codec. Video is decoded and sub sampled and scaled using ffmeg framework to desired frame size and frame format for video processing using Open source based framework integrated into propriety application. this algorithm can be applied for various applications including applications in defense/artificial intelligence and medical imaging.

Today's mobile robotic systems are expected to handle a great variety of different tasks while reliably operating in highly complex and dynamic environments. this requires a correct and interpretable representation of the robot's surroundings. In recent years, a number of world representations have been developed, tailored for specific fields of application, but with very poor generalization possibilities. In this paper, we close the gap between application-specific world models by introducing a more holistic approach to environment modeling in the form of a Contextual object based Representation of the Environment. It is composed of a set of state vectors combining object semantics and the key concepts of the different world modeling techniques into a high-level object-oriented representation. the structure enables the probabilistic modeling of complex and dynamic environments together with all associated uncertainties. By providing the possibility to derive well-established feature- and grid-based world representations at any point in time, we offer ease of integration into existing systems. To demonstrate the aptitude and generalization capabilities of our approach, its application is demonstrated on simulated data. Our approach clearly extends the capabilities of established models by being able to represent both static and dynamic scenarios with semantic object identities in a form suited for navigation, object tracking and interaction.

Research in assistive technology has been on the rise over the last decade. Numerous solutions and consumer products have flooded the market to guide visually impaired making use of beacon technology, depth cameras and many more. though certain products and solutions are available for highly structured and regular indoor environments, we are still a long way from an industrial level product for unstructured, dynamic and irregular outdoor environments. Our work harnesses the decision making power of sighted individuals and crowd as a group surrounding the visually impaired. this information extraction from the crowd along with coarse terrain mapping of major obstacles like footpath edges, walls and large pot holes will help the subject to navigate dynamic and irregular environments. this out of the box approach provides us the margin to use low grade equipment and develop algorithms with low computational complexity. the paper explains the theoretical aspects of this approach along with its proof of concept and some remarkable results achieved in real life implementation.

Program slicing is an effective technique for narrowing the focus of attention to the relevant parts of a program. the dynamic slice contains only those statements that actually affect the variables in the slicing criterion, thus it is useful in software debugging, testing and maintenance. this paper proposes a new approach to dynamically slice object oriented programs (OOPS) based on modular monadic semantics. It abstracts the computation of program slicing as a language-independent object, slice monad transformer, which can be applied to semantic descriptions of the program analyzed in a modular way, forming the corresponding monadic slicing algorithms. Such algorithms allow dynamic slices to be computed directly on abstract syntax, with no needs to explicitly construct intermediate structures such as dependence graphs or to record an execution history. Simultaneously, it could describe the basic object-oriented (00) features such as encapsulation, inheritance and dynamic binding well. It has excellent reusability and language-flexibility properties comparing with the current dynamic slicing methods for OOPS.

Currently, the large amount of data collected from grid-connected photovoltaic(PV) is mainly unstructured, the processing, storage, and representation of which are different in various application systems. the characteristics of the data arc dispersive and heterogeneous. Serious 'data island' problem is caused since the data directly connected to large data centers does not obey unified standard, whose value, therefore, cannot be fully excavated. In the light of the facts above, this paper developed efficient management platform and data interface module software system for PV power station based on B/S architecture of Java 2 Platform enterprise Edition(J2EE), designed hierarchical architecture of system with the method of component-based service-oriented architecture(SOA), and built components and services through object-oriented approach based on JAVA. Effectiveness of developed software system has been verified in the construction of large data center for clean energy in State Grid Qinghai Electric Power Company. the system has a uniform and concise user interface, offers a strong extensibility, reusability, and performance, which can enhance efficiency of applying and sharing level of data resources.

this paper aims to develop a method to extract 3D information from surrounding space in real time and to develop a control system to track a target object continuously. We used two cameras and utilized the concepts of ray optics, epipolar geometry and image processing to identify the target and find its world coordinates with reference to the cameras. © 2018 ieee.

In Computer Science jargon, an interpreter typically implies a computer program that prosecutes the instructions written in a particular programming language. A Computer programming language provides the necessary rudimentary rules and norms to be employed to draft a set of instructions that will be executed using an interpreter in this case. Lipi is a programming language designed to demonstrate paradigms not found in other programming languages. Lipi incorporates the functionality as that of Java coupled with simple syntax like Python. Lipi is different and better from the existing programming languages in the sense that it provides the developer with a sense of freedom and flexibility in developing a piece of code with the inclusion of features like advanced generics bounding, pluggable reserved words, superior reflection with system listeners, custom lambda declarations coupled with a comprehensive object-oriented nature. We believe that this language would be complete when it will be able to parse itself. From the successful implementation of the initial phase of the language, we are confident that this language will be adopted by experienced as well as novice programmers for development purposes in near future. © 2018 ieee.

Colon Cancer is one of the most common types of cancer. the treatment is planned to depend on the grade or stage of cancer. One of the preconditions for grading of colon cancer is to segment the glandular structures of tissues. Manual segmentation method is very time-consuming, and it leads to life risk for the patients. the principal objective of this project is to assist the pathologist to accurate detection of colon cancer. In this paper, the authors have proposed an algorithm for an automatic segmentation of glands in colon histology using local intensity and texture features. Here the dataset images are cropped into patches with different window sizes and taken the intensity of those patches, and also calculated texture-based features. Random forest classifier has been used to classify this patch into different labels. A multilevel random forest technique in a hierarchical way is proposed. this solution is fast, accurate and it is very much applicable in a clinical setup.

In this paper, a smart approach is proposed and developed to enable micro-UAV surveillance with extremely limited onboard computation resources. Recently, a few algorithms have been proposed to detect ground vehicles from UAV aerial vision views. But most of them are processed via air-ground communication and abundant ground computing platforms. However, this study concentrates on the onboard processing scheme of detection and classification on ground moving vehicles by one flying micro UAV. A unified scheme of saliency detection and shallow convolution neural network classification makes a compatible surveillance performance with the only onboard processor. Under such circumstances, an experimental study is conducted on the developed micro-UAV onboard surveillance approach. the experimental results show that the proposed approach can definitely detect and classify at less six kinds of ground moving vehicles up to similar to 14 fps with only limited onboard computation. this work demonstrates practical feasibility for online vision processing of micro-UAV swarm surveillance on ground objects.
