this paper reviews the state of the art of enterprise microblogging (EMB) investigating the potential of microblogging tools to facilitate the concept of organisational learning. Focusing on the area of information systems development (ISD) this paper examines what impact EMB might have in terms of supporting the process of organisational learning within ISD project environments. this paper acknowledges that there appears to be a lack of empirical evidence related to the subject area of EMB as the concept is still a relatively new phenomenon. Reviewing the organisational learning literature in addition to prior work on EMB, this paper argues that dependent on the context of its implementation and use EMB tools have the potential to support the process of organisational learning in ISD project environments. this paper further proposes future directions on how to advance the area of EMB and provides an overview of a future empirical study associated with EMB that will be undertaken by the authors. © Springer international Publishing Switzerland 2014.

this paper presents an object tracking platform based on computer vision. A combination of CamShift and Kalman filter algorithms is used to achieve real-time tracking of moving objects' requirements. We proposed an effective control strategy to realize the tracking algorithm. A tracking system consisting of a low-cost quadrotor and a control station is designed for validating the proposed approach. the scene of an AR. Drone quadrotor searching and following the target in a 3D space is presented at last.

the role of Post processing in real -time rendering is popular these days in 3D graphics. the photo-realistic images and the respective dynamic rendering are needed within application. Here in this paper we are discussing all the rendering pipeline, pros and cons to the post processing techniques as well as the rendering result that we can generate using these all. the effect as Fog, Motion-Blur, Ping-Pong Texturing has quite effective result over GPU (Graphical Processing Unit) these days. Many researchers and developers have studied object-oriented relational database management systems (ORDBMS) in the past ten or so years, few have published their results that reveal the inside workings of an ORDBMS. Leading database software companies integrated object-oriented features in their DBMS products only recently. these companies do not make the technical core of their products public. Most academic researchers, on the other hand, have worked on ideas, methodologies and analysis of ORDBMS, but few have shown the database engine of a working system. this paper presents a propotype ORDBMS engine that supports objects in databases, including user-defined types, inheritance, and polymorphous method invocaiton. Although a prototype, it is implemented in Java, fully functional and can be extended should additional modules be added in the future. the system is composed of three major components: the query-command module, the view module, and the database module.

For estimating software, system size is the main parameter of the system development effort. It affects substantially on accurate estimation of effort of development. the Predictive object Point (POPs) input gives an estimate of the size of the software for which the estimation is required. POPs are a metric suitable for estimating the size of object oriented software, based on the behaviors that each class is delivering to the system along with top level inputs describing the structure of a system. However there is no real mapping of Source Lines of Code (SLOC) to POPs exists. this paper is an attempt to map the Predictive object Point Metrics with software size which may help in further prediction of effort. this may also help in estimation of cost as well as schedule measurement of an 00 system. the proposed method of mapping between POP and software size has been empirically investigated. KLOC has been estimated in terms of EKLOC through POP count using the linear regression equation. the results are presented here to show that how POP Count may be mapped to corresponding software size (KLOC) of an object oriented system.

In an open Trusted Desktop Grid system, users can voluntarily participate in order to share resources. thereby, computational trust is used to isolate malicious agents. Since a fully self-organised solution can suffer in emergent situations like the trust-breakdown scenario, we investigate an additional normative entity to guide the overall system behaviour by still keeping the autonomy of all agents. Within this interactive demonstration, we present a 3D visualisation of the current system status showing how the mutual trust relations between agents and / or groups of agents could be used as basis for automated decisions to issue norms.

Fully self-organised and open systems consisting of a variety of heterogeneous and autonomous entities can suffer due to malicious elements or attacks. One approach to cope with this challenge is to introduce trust. thereby, trust relationships are based on ratings among individual entities and represent system-wide information. A Trusted Desktop computing Grid is one example, where such a trust mechanism has been applied successfully. In this paper, we investigate the possibility to add an system-level Observer to the self-organised system in order to guide the overall behaviour and to intervene in disturbed situations that are mostly a result of malicious behaviour. therefore, we describe in detail how the observation part of this Observer can be realised and what kind of metrics can be applied to detect undesired system behaviour. Evaluations are done using the Trusted Desktop Grid and demonstrate the possibility to detect malicious behaviour quickly and reliably by considering clusters of trusted entities.

Up till now there does not exist an easy, mobile mechanism that allows to easily capture, recognize and count defined, multiple objects that are visible in surroundings of the user. For this purpose, feature detectors (such as SIFT, SURF or BRISK) are utilized to create a database of products box images and extracted keypoints are stored. Existing algorithms based on keypoints analysis do not allow to identify multiple identical logos, due to the fact that a homography calculated on found keypoints can span two or more objects and the result then can be skewed. In this paper a solution to this problem will be shown, that by using a sliding window that joins multiple found keypoints into individual objects, it is possible to correctly detect multiple identical objects.
