Recently, Natural Language Processing has drawn a lot of interest for its ability to computationally represent and analyze human language. the current paradigm of Information Technology makes use of natural language—the language we use every day for communication—for human–computer interaction. In recent times, NLP has drawn a lot of interest for its ability to compute a- tionally represent and analyze human language. Text present and speech deliver on various medias are unstructured in nature so we must perform data processing, text normalization, sentence segmentation, tokenization, stemming, lemmatization, bag of words, and finally, using TF-IDF, to see how words will be converted to numbers. In this work, we demonstrate the thorough processing of how, after receiving the input in the form of natural language, it transformed it into numbers using a variety of NLP techniques so that the computer can comprehend what to do next. © the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

Cloud gaming is an attractive alternative for gamers without having to have expensive hardware. Chrome Remote Desktop method helps to access video games on cloud gaming platforms remotely. this research was carried out by creating a cloud gaming server using Docker and testing cloud gaming on Xbox. Testing was carried out using the Chrome Remote Desktop method and without using this method. the main focus of testing is resource usage (CPU, RAM, and system security). Test results show that using the Chrome Remote Desktop method on the Docker cloud gaming server can increase CPU and RAM usage more efficiently. Meanwhile, cloud gaming testing on Xbox using the CRD method shows higher CPU usage and more efficient RAM. the Chrome Remote Desktop method helps users access video games via cloud gaming. In other words, what will appear on the laptop will also appear on the Android that has been connected. © 2023 IEEE.

the rise of social media platforms has facilitated user interaction but has also led to increased incidents of online harassment, particularly sexual harassment. this form of harassment often manifests through sexualised and demeaning comments, disproportionately targeting women. Identifying such comments is challenging due to the high volume of content and the subjective nature of harassment. Manual identification is time-consuming and inconsistent. therefore, an automated system to identify sexually harassing comments is needed for more effective management of social media content. this research introduces a system combining the IndoBERT embedding method and the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm to identify sexually harassing comments in Indonesian social media content. the dataset comprises 3500 comments from Instagram and YouTube. Evaluation using a Confusion Matrix reveals an accuracy rate of 91.1%, significantly outperforming traditional keyword-based approaches. the system demonstrated strong performance in identifying implicit sexual harassment, which is often overlooked by manual moderation systems. these findings suggest that integrating IndoBERT and SVM provides a practical and scalable solution for real-time content moderation, with potential applications in enhancing the safety of online spaces. © 2024 IEEE.

human emotions, psychology, and social well-being are all parts of mental health. It has an impact on how people feel, think, and act. It aids in figuring out how individuals act under pressure, interact with each other, and arrive at decisions. Every period of life, from childhood and adolescence to maturity, is vital for mental health. there are several elements that affect mental health issues, such as experiences with trauma or abuse in life, work-life stress, relationship difficulties, etc. Help is available for many of the mental health issues that are identified within a person. the proposed solution is implementing a friendly chatbot that is capable of capturing human emotional states (happy, angry, sad, etc.) and mental health states (depression, anxiety, stress, etc.) using human computer interaction and health record management. the proposed solution has been developed by considering both regular users and mental health practitioners. the user can communicate with the proposed assistant using text or voice to identify their emotions and mental health based on keywords, particular characteristics of voice and facial recognition used during the conversation. Once the mental health and emotion statuses are analyzed the electronic health records will be readily available on the blockchain as blockchain tokens, this could be shared with the practitioners securely. © 2023 IEEE.

To enable robots to understand a specific assistive task during human-robot interactions under complex home scenes, at the center is the problem of human-object interaction (HOI) recognition. In particular, aiming at identifying efficiently, this paper proposes a graph convolutional network (GCN) by considering the similarity and proximity of human and object nodes, based on which the geometric positions and morphological relationships are explored. Also, a supplementary convolutional neural network (CNN) is fused to GCN to extract the global semantic features, which also ensures the recognition applicability for the cases where detectors fall into failure. Experiments on V-COCO demonstrate our approach, and results in real-world scenes on our assistive robot - Xiaozhi II verify its robustness. © 2023 IEEE.

Along with the rapid development of user-side distributed power generation technology, it has become an important development trend to improve the reliability and economy of community energy use through the configuration of energy storage, and how to build a joint interaction mechanism of energy storage and user-side resource energy sharing has become a key direction of energy storage layout in the user side. Under the background of energy interconnection, this paper proposes a cooperative optimization operation strategy based on masterslave game for photovoltaic community leasing energy storage. Firstly, the overall operation framework of PV community leasing energy storage is introduced, and the functions of each interest subject are analyzed. then, an optimization model is built for community integrated energy operator (ICEO), energy storage operator (ESO), and community load aggregator, respectively. the game relationship among the subjects is analyzed, and a master-multiple-slave game model is constructed with ICEO as the master and ESO and community load aggregator as the slaves. the simulation results show that the proposed method is conducive to the promotion of new energy consumption, effectively takes into account the interests of multiple subjects, and then realizes the win-win cooperation between PV community and energy storage. © 2024 IEEE.

In a world that thrives on connectivity and communication, we often take for granted the power of simple yet profound interactions. For individuals with sensory impairments, particularly the deaf-blind community, these fundamental human connections are often limited, making everyday life a challenge. In response to this challenge, we propose an innovative and transformative project that aims to bridge the communication gap for the deaf-blind community, enabling them to engage in text-based conversations with ease. While advancements in technology have greatly improved communication for many, those who are both deaf and blind remain largely excluded from the digital world. this exclusion hinders their ability to engage in meaningful conversations, access information, and connect with others, leading to social and informational isolation. While existing solutions often focused on either blindness or deafness, this project aimed to provide a holistic communication solution for individuals with both impairments. through rigorous testing, the bidirectional communication system demonstrated its ability to accurately transcribe speech-to-text, translate text-to-braille, and facilitate seamless interaction between users and hardware peripherals. the project's novel solution for deaf-blind communication brings significant advantages namely cost saving, streamlined labor, efficient space utilization, and energy conservation. the integration of speech-to-text with real-time braille hardware interaction enhances user experience, reducing the need for extensive manual interpretation. © 2024 IEEE.

Since the 20th century, the number of melanoma-related deaths caused by skin cancer has been numerous. In this regard, dermoscopic image segmentation technology has made significant progress in recent years and has become an important tool for assisting doctors in diagnosis and treatment. However, on the one hand, the characteristics of skin lesions are in-builtly complex and diverse;on the other hand, existing methods often design increasingly complex models based on U-Net to explore the deep features of dermoscopic lesions, thereby neglecting the interaction between local and global features within the network. this leads to blurry edges in the predicted images and lower segmentation accuracy. Based on this, we use the U-Net architecture as a baseline and design a feature enhancement method to enhance the lesion image features, capturing the detailed characteristics of the lesion areas to improve segmentation accuracy. In short, we augment the original U-Net architecture with a feature enhancement module, which strengthens local feature representations in both the spatial and channel dimensions while highlighting interdependent features. this enhances feature representation and enables the network to more accurately segment lesion shapes, edges, and textures. We conducted experiments on the dermoscopic lesion segmentation dataset (ISIC 2016). the experimental results show that this feature enhancement method achieves better performance compared to other U-Net-based models. © 2024 IEEE.

Pre-trained Language Model facilitates contextual relation classification by capturing contextual information, addressing word ambiguity, encoding global sentence context, enabling transfer learning, handling out-of-vocabulary words, and improving performance with limited labelled data. Existing pre-training approaches suffer in size, bias, interpretability, generalization, and the lack of domain specificity. To address this, HyPRETo, the hybrid model that combines the strength of token replacement and dynamic masking is proposed to achieve upgraded performance to increase classification accuracy. the Mosquito Vector Biocontrol Agents data is used for implementing the model for a contextual relation classification task. HyPRETo uses ontology to provide structured knowledge. HyPRETo is pre-trained by ELECTRA and fine-tuned by RoBERTa models. Feedforward and softmax activation function is used for classification. the Natural Language Processing technique and SQL database are used to develop an automated question-answering system. the HyPRETo was evaluated with state-of-art models and achieved 98.42% accuracy. As a contribution, the manually annotated input dataset on the mosquito vector control agent is prepared for the classification task. Subsequently, the enhanced model is developed. the interface for an automated question-answering system for mosquito vector biocontrol agents is developed to assist public health applications such as mosquito vector control, disease control, ecosystem management, environmental conservation, and so on. © ifip international Federation for Information Processing 2025.
