the precise recognition of cells is required for the diagnosis of numerous blood illnesses, such as Leukemia and Myeloma, using WBCs or Leukocytes. In order to assist oncologists an automated system is necessary to minimize time and improve accuracy. the segmentation and classification of immature white blood cells are the most crucial phases in such systems. In this aper we have discussed the methodology for detection of white blood cancer caused because of immature leukocytes by using preprocessing, segmentation by Otsu algorithm, Salp swarm algorithm and random forest algorithm. In this paper we have explored the performance of three techniques such as random forest algorithm (RSA) Salp swarm algorithm (SSA) and Statistically enhanced Salp swarm algorithm (SESSA). We have achieved better segmentation and detection accuracy compared to other peer soft computing algorithms. the results shall be beneficiary for hematologists and oncologist as diagnostic reference before proceeding t the treatment strategy © 2022 IEEE.

the proceedings of the 11th GAMM-IMACS international Symposium on Scientific computing, Computer Arithmetic, and Validated Numerics (SCAN), held in Fukuoka, Japan, from October 4th to 8th, 2004 were discussed. the topics discussed include: hardware and software support for validation tools;theory, algorithms and arithmetic for numerical validation and dynamical systems and validation. More than 80 contributed presentations were included in the final program as two parallel sessions and they were presented after the following 8 invited plenary lectures. the refereed papers of conference proceedings will be published in 2005 in the special issue of Jounal of Computational and Applied Mathematics.

Increasing urbanization has increased load on the city roads, traffic and parking systems. It is essential to leverage Information Communication Technologies (ICT) to enhance traffic and parking system services in an urban area. With available hardware components and software platform researchers are exploring to build effective solutions to resolve citizen problems. the present paper uses available off the shelf component to build a smart parking system. A tripod approach was used. Such a smart parking system involves user management, parking space management and cloud based administration. IR sensors are used for parking space occupancy detection;these sensors are connected to an Atmel AtMega microcontroller available on Arduino UNO. the information is communicated through a Wi-Fi protocol and cloud services were utilized using Blynk platform. the designed prototype is presented in this paper. the proposed model is an effective way of managing mid-sized parking spaces © 2024 IEEE.

In recent years, there has been a growing interest in cloud computing as a means to enhance user access to shared computing resources, including software and hardware, through the internet. However, the efficient utilization of these cloud resources has been a challenge, often resulting in wastage or degraded service performance due to inadequate scheduling. To overcome this challenge, numerous researchers have focused on improving existing Priority Rule (PR) cloud schedulers by developing dynamic scheduling algorithms, but they have fallen short of meeting user satisfaction. In this study, we introduce a new PR scheduler called Priority Based Fair Scheduling (PBFS), which takes into account key parameters such as CPU Time, Job Arrival Time, and Job Length. We evaluate the performance of PBFS by comparing it with five existing algorithms, and the results demonstrate that PBFS surpasses the performance of the other algorithms. the experiment was conducted using the CloudSim simulator, utilizing a dataset of 300 and 400 jobs. In order to assess the performance, three key metrics were employed: flow time, makespan time, and total tardiness. these metrics were chosen to evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of the proposed scheduling algorithm. © 2023 IEEE.

In the era of smart cities with Internet of things every time there is a need of innovative and sustainable solutions for parking and smart cities management. the solutions which are developed are not sufficient enough to derive the best and sustainable outcomes. In densely populated areas in metro cities with high compactness, due to the insufficiency of parking space, many vehicles navigate searching for available parking spaces, requiring time to locate a suitable parking spot. the search for parking leads to various challenges like consumption of time, fuel consumption, traffic congestion, air pollution, and stress on drivers. the implementation of an intelligent parking system gives solutions to optimize the time, reduce fuel consumption and carbon emission and most importantly keep drivers free from *** main objective of this paper is to perform comprehensive study and present the analysis of Intelligent parking systems on the basis of networking technologies, various technical and computational approaches, user interfaces and services provided. this study will provide the clear idea of a design for sustainable intelligent parking system in various environments having its advantages, disadvantages, and research gap. Future scope of this work is to provide the opportunity to researchers, policy makers and other stakeholders to design and implement intelligent parking system in metro cities. © 2024 IEEE.

this paper introduces a cost-effective covert drone prototype designed to evade detection in an era of heightened surveillance. Inspired by ancient texts like the Vaimānika Shāstra, the project integrates historical knowledge with modern technology, achieving a 60-70% reduction in manufacturing costs through innovative engineering. the drone features a single BLDC motor powered by a commercially available drone battery, housed in a radar-evading aerodynamic structure. Compact and lightweight, it measures under 30 cm and weighs less than 500 grams, making it easily portable. Mathematical formulations show that the torus-shaped object exhibits significantly lower Radar Cross Section (RCS) at different angles compared to other systems, offering potential benefits for military applications. © 2024 IEEE.

Social media gives young people a place to voice their difficulties and trade opinions on current events in the digital era. therefore, it is possible to analyze human behavior using internet media. However, the illness of mental disorder is common yet often ignored. Social media makes it possible to identify mental health disorders in large populations. Many efforts have been made to evaluate individual postings using machine learning techniques to identify people with mental health conditions on social media. this study attempted to predict mental health disorders among Twitter users using machine learning techniques. Support Vector Machine (SVM), Decision Tree, and Naive Bayes are three examples of machine learning approaches applied in this study. To assess the algorithms, the performance and accuracy of these three algorithms are compared. © 2023 IEEE.
