Based on the agri-household modeling theories and practical needs of agricultural economy research, this paper develop a micro-simulation platform for agri-household modeling, this platform is based on the modern economics theoretical hypothesis of bounded rationality, complex adaptive system and non-equilibrium, it provides a rule-based, independent design, constructive, sharable and reusable software tool for agri-household simulation models. Taking the Chinese food security as an example, we turn to use this platform in modeling and simulating some special agricultural economic environments, the simulation experiments provide quantitative evidence for scientificity and validity of this platform in modeling and analyzing the practical economic issues within the complex adaptive system as well as synthesization and integration system.

Iterated Local Search (ILS) is a conceptually simple and efficient well-known Metaheuristic. the main idea behind ILS is to drive the search not on the full space of all feasible solutions but on the solutions that are returned by some underlying algorithm;typically, local optimal solutions obtained by the application of a local search heuristic. this method has been applied to many different optimization problems having about 10,000 entries in Google Scholar. In this talk, we will review briefly the ILS method emphasizing the extensions of ILS. We will describe three relevant types of extensions: the hybrid ILS approaches combining ILS with other metaheuristics and/or exact methods;the SimILS (simulation+ILS) to solve Stochastic Combinatorial optimization Problems;the MoILS to solve Multiobjective Combinatorial optimization, including multiobjective and stochastic problems. We will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of these extensions and present some applications, including real ones in areas like Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Health Care.

Mixed-signal applications constitute a significant trend in the semiconductor industry. Huge effort is focused on creating fast and accurate mixed-signal designs, which include both analog and digital parts. A widely used mixed-signal circuit in modern electronics is the phase-locked loop (PLL). Phase-locked loop is mainly exploited as a frequency synthesizer, for the generation of a frequency which is a multiple of an input frequency. Apart from that, a PLL can be applied for signal demodulation, signal recovery from noise, or clock distribution in various digital logic circuits. In this work, a digital phase-locked loop real number model using SystemVerilog is presented, in order to greatly improve simulation efficiency while keeping accuracy in a satisfying level. the proposed digital PLL real number model consists of a phase frequency detector (PFD), a charge pump, a loop filter, a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) and a frequency divider. the target output frequency of 1.2GHz is succeeded for the system clock, using a reference clock of 200MHz. the design and simulation of the proposed PLL model was accomplished using the Cadence Incisive Enterprise Simulator. Moreover, the proposed model is compared to a Verilog-A charge-pump PLL, having its design implemented and simulated in Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre. In all test cases, the presented SystemVerilog-based real number model displays high simulation time gains, along with satisfying accuracy.

In this paper the first-order RC equivalent circuit model (ECM) of the Lithium Ion cell is presented. this circuit can be used in real-time applications, for example, the battery management system (BMS) because is not computational complex. the model parameters are identified with experimental measurements on a real Li-Ion cell. First the discharge capacity was measured and after the cell was completely charged and discharged applying constant current pulses to determine the open circuit voltage (VOC) and the parameters for the equivalent circuit components. For one ECM the parameters are calculated using one discharge pulse which was applied at approximatively 60% state of charge and for the second model the circuit parameters are calculated for each discharge pulse and saved in a look-up-table depending on the state of charge. For model validation was applied a charge/discharge scenario and the results show a good agreement between the battery voltage and the ECM voltage.

In this paper a novel tool for simulation-based optimization and design-space exploration of Stochastic Colored Petri nets (SCPN) is introduced. the working title of this tool is TimeNET optimization Environment (TOE). Targeted users of this tool are people modeling complex systems with SCPNs in TimeNET who want to find parameter sets that are optimal for a certain performance measure (fitness function). It allows users to create and simulate sets of SCPNs and to run different optimization algorithms based on parameter variation. the development of this tool was motivated by the need to automate and speed up tests of heuristic optimization algorithms to be applied for SCPN optimization. A result caching mechanism is used to avoid recalculations. © Copyright 2015 ICST.

At present, wind farms all use a single power climbing prediction model, which has poor generalization ability and low prediction accuracy. In order to solve this problem this paper analyzes the support vector machine (SVM) and extreme learning machine two grade prediction model of the single power, through the weight for these two model selection, the establishment of a large wind power grade combination forecast model, the improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm was applied to combination the weight of two single prediction model in the prediction model of optimization, the weighting parameters were optimized by combining the advantages of two single prediction model, further improve the prediction precision of the power of climbing. then the system is modeled and simulated, and the simulation results verify the validity of the prediction model.

this study present a three phase grid fed photovoltaic system based on a maximum power point tracking, which act as the maximum particle swarm optimization. the solar system fed to the grid needs additional conditions to get from a large quality electric system. the work introduces connection of three phase fed solar system. therefore the boost converter system with maximum power point (MPSO,MPPT) is applied to utilize the maximum power get from the solar and modify them to the utility grid. A complete simulation and installation of a three phase grid-fed inverter are modelled to analyse the proposed novel controller for the utility grid connected solar PV system.

Based on the use and function of the airborne pod, the stability and tracking accuracy indexs are the guarantee of obtaining high-quality images under the flight environment, and also a premise of successfully completing various tasks. Aiming at the aircraft subsonic pod in high-speed flight environment, in order to achieve full spectrum segment detection, the pod adopts the open form to complete pointing and tracking functions through the two-dimensional command motion of the pendulum mirror in the head of the pod. In this paper, the coupling relation, which is aircraft disturbance conversion to the pendulum mirror, is analyzed firstly. then according to the difficulties about the control of the pendulum mirror in high-speed flight caused by the wind resistance, Reynolds average method and large eddy simulation method are used to calculate the fluid simulation, and the traditional response surface method and the concomitant method based on the control theory are adopted to optimize the shape design of the aerodynamic cover and the open cabin. On the basis of optimization, an acceleration ring is introduced into the control loop to improve the response speed and cope with the adverse torque disturbance environment caused by the window opening. Finally, the control loop is simulated in the Simulink environment. the results show that the stability accuracy of system is 0.1366mrad (RMS), which can be applied to existing mounted pods.
