Person re-identification is a crucial task within the realm of computer vision and surveillance, aiming to identify and track individuals across various camera views or frames. It is commonly applied in video surveillance and security applications. the primary challenge in person re-identification lies in coping with significant variations in appearance induced by factors such as changing lighting conditions, pose variations, occlusions, and diverse camera viewpoints. Various methods and techniques have been developed to address this critical task. In this study, we introduce a novel framework that combines deep-learned features with hand-crafted features. this integration is designed to extract richer information for matching people across cameras. Our approach’s performance is evaluated on two standard benchmark datasets, including small-scale (VIPeR) and large-scale (PRID450S). Our approach gives good results compared to the state-of-the-art methods of person re-identification.

this article describes a new technology for the formation of compacted code structures based on maximum length sequences. the most important distinguishing feature of the code division method presented here is the absence of requirements for the orthogonality of sequences that can be used as address combinations when organizing parallel data transmission. thus, the identification of information recipients is carried out at the physical level using special signal-code structures. At the same time, it is possible to implement a system with anonymous recipients, when any of the recipient nodes does not have information about what data was transferred to other nodes. the communication system model built in accordance with such principles allows the use of the most noise-resistant type of modulation, for example, binary phase-shift keying. this, in turn, ensures the minimum peak factor of the signal. It is also worth noting that the main tool for processingthe resulting compacted code structures are dual bases of Galois fields.

this paper presents the design and implementation of an S-band Rat Race Hybrid Coupler operating at 2.2-2.3 GHz, integrated withparallel coupled-line phase shifters to reduce circuit size for satellite communication systems. the proposed design improves critical performance parameters, including phase balance, insertion loss, isolation, and bandwidth. the design achieves enhanced isolation and bandwidth by incorporating the coupled-line phase shifter into the traditional rat-race structure, making it suitable for applications in signal processing, antenna-feeding networks, and radar systems. Simulations using a 70.7-Ω microstrip line at 2.25 GHz demonstrate significant improvements in phase shift accuracy and return loss. Measurement results validate the simulations, confirming the compact and efficient nature of the design, which offers promising potential for modern microwave communication technologies.
