In order to scientifically respond to the potential cybersecurity emergencies faced by intelligent networked vehicles., establish and improve the cybersecurity emergency working mechanism., clarify the emergency response command system and work flow., and improve the ability of enterprises to cope with cybersecurity emergencies., this study adopts the case reasoning and analysis method., aiming at the automobile cybersecurity emergency response. In order to improve the convergence speed of the existing LMS algorithms, a new LMS algorithm with variable step size based on the Swish function is proposed, and the effects of the parameters in the new algorithm on the performance are analyzed, and the convergence speeds of the new algorithm are compared with those of the fixed-step-length LMS algorithm, the SVSLMS algorithm, the LMS algorithm based on the inverse hyperbolic tangent function, and the LMS algorithm based on the Sa function in different signal-to-noise environments. the results show that the new algorithm requires the least number of iterations to reach convergence and has the fastest convergence speed. Finally, the real vehicle noise is analyzed for active control, and the range of error values is analyzed to obtain the noise reduction of 80%, 90%, 92.5% and 95% for the fixed-step LMS algorithm, the SVSLMS algorithm, the LMS algorithm based on the inverse hyperbolic tangent function, and the LMS algorithm based on the Sa function, respectively, and the reduction of the new algorithm is 96%, which indicates that the new algorithm has the smallest convergence error and the best convergence performance.

the evolution of DSD and scattering characteristics during cloud precipitation processes determines the quantifiable constraint relationship between the dual-polarization parameters, known as the self-consistency principle of the parameters. this article further develops the self-consistency principle constraint relationship for dual-polarization parameters in the X-band and designs a correction relationship for the parameter bias of radar reflectivity factor. Experimental results show that under appropriate conditions, correcting the system bias of the X-band dual-polarization radar reflectivity factor using the improved self-consistency principle can improve the accuracy and stability of the correction results.

this study evaluates fire safety in substations to enhance power production reliability. It analyzed 21 substations, identifying equipment overload, failures, and short circuits as major fire causes. A comprehensive five-dimensional index system was created with 17 second-level and 45 third-level indicators. the index weights were calculated using order relationship and entropy weight methods, and a cloud model was employed for risk evaluation. A case substation was assessed, revealing a medium fire risk level. the study demonstrates the system's capability to assess fire risks and inform fire prevention strategies.

Identifying key quality characteristics (KQCs) in manufacturing processes plays an important role in quality control. this paper proposes a method called GSCV-RF-RFE, which combines Grid Search Cross-Validation (GSCV), Random Forest (RF), and Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE), to identify KQCs in imbalanced production data. In the proposed method, the Multiple Imputation by Chained Equations (MICE) algorithm is employed for multiple interpolation of the dataset, while the parameters of the RF algorithm are optimized using the GS method. Comparative analysis demonstrates that the GSCV -RF model outperforms six algorithms, and achieves higher model accuracy than Multinomial Naive Bayes (MNB). Furthermore, the optimized RF algorithm is combined with a RFE algorithm, and adaptive synthetic sampling is employed to balance the input samples. Spearman correlation analysis is conducted to eliminate strong correlations. Experimental result reveal that the proposed combined strategy achieves a lower Class II error rate and a higher accuracy rate in quality feature identification, indicating its excellent overall performance.

Phase noise measures the frequency stability of the signal source in a short time, and it reflects the phase and frequency fluctuation caused by noise. At present, the commonly used phase noise measurement techniques at home and abroad include PLL phase-locked phase detection method and orthogonal digital demodulation method. the phase measurement method of orthogonal digital demodulation avoids the deterioration of near-end sensitivity and the limitation of measurement speed caused by PLL, and is more beneficial to improve the function and performance of phase noise measurement. the purpose of this paper is to study the key algorithms involved in high sensitivity phase noise measurement based on quadrature digital demodulation. First of all, the technical scheme of the orthogonal digital demodulation method is analyzed; then, the key algorithms are studied and simulated; finally, the algorithm is summarized and analyzed to verify its feasibility and practicability.

Traditional galaxy image classification relies on manual identification and categorization, which is time-consuming and costly. In response to this, this paper proposes a galaxy image classification method based on the combination of ResNet18 and transfer learning. the ResNet18 residual model is pretrained on the ImageNet dataset and the galaxy image training set. During training, the transfer learning (TF) method is employed, and a new fully connected layer is established to classify galaxy image categories into five classes. Experimental results show that this method achieves an accuracy of 93.16%, a precision of 90.40%, a recall of 86.71%, and an F1 score of 88.46%, outperforming methods such as AlexNet, LeNet, and ViT. the experiments demonstrate that transfer learning can accelerate convergence, reduce training time, and ResNet18 can effectively extract the feature information of galaxy images. this study establishes an automated galaxy image classification method, capable of accurately classifying galaxy images.

To achieve regional coverage of low orbit remote sensing constellation optimization design, this paper proposes an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm with compression factor, which integrates the golden sine algorithm. Compared with traditional particle swarm optimization algorithms, it can better control particle velocity and avoid getting stuck in local optimal solutions during the optimization process. this article is based on the 6N constellation configuration, with the average revisit time and average coverage time as optimization objectives, and applies an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the parameters of satellite orbit. Simulation results show that the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm can converge the minimum average revisit time to 6.5 minutes and the maximum average coverage time to 30 minutes, which is better than the optimization results of the traditional particle swarm algorithm, and can effectively achieve the regional coverage task in Changchun area.

Recent advancements in large language models (LLMs) have established pre-training on extensive textual cor-pora as a foundational methodology. However, in specialised applications such as admissions systems, the focus shifts from general knowledge-based reasoning to ensuring accuracy and relevance in domain-specific responses. this study presents the development of an automated admissions system for Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, leveraging GLM-4 in conjunction with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to handle targeted queries. the implementation of RAG mitigates the occurrence of hallucinations often seen in LLM outputs, thereby enhancing the reliability and alignment of generated responses with real-world data, which is critical for prospective students and their parents. this paper details the construction of the RAG corpus and cue word methodology, and provides an empirical comparison of the efficacy of various major language models with and without RAG integration. the results demonstrate the potential of RAG to significantly improveresponse accuracy in domain-specific tasks, and suggest directions for future research in optimising LLMs for admissions processes.

the engine knock experiment was conducted on a small-size two-stroke marine engine. Wavelet transform was used to extract the high-frequency noise signals of engine cylinder pressure and block vibration acceleration. then the characteristic frequency of slight engine knock was obtained by fast Fourier transform. the results show that the combination of wavelet transform and fast Fourier transform can effectively extract the feature of slight knock. therefore, it can be used for knock fault diagnosis. As the ignition advance angle is 26°CA (crank angle) BTDC (before top dead center), the knock characteristic frequency of the cylinder pressure signal is 4.88 kHz, and the knock characteristic frequency of the block vibration acceleration signal is 16.01 kHz. As the ignition advance angle is 30°CA BTDC, the knock characteristic frequency of the cylinder pressure signal is 4.30 kHz, and the knock characteristic frequency of the block vibration acceleration signal is 15.82 kHz.
