In order to predict the complicated variables, the Bagging-ELM network based on ensemble learning and Extreme learning Machine is adopted. the proposed model is applied to predicting the net hourly electrical energy output in Combined Cycle Power Plant data set and the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace. there is a comparison between the results generated by Bagging-ELM model and those generated by BP model, RBF model, ELM model. Compared with other models, the Bagging-ELM can obtain higher accuracy and stability.

In order to solve the problem of random delay in robot networked control system, an optimal predictive compensation control method is designed. the state observer is used to observe the joint position information of the robot at the current time, and it is sent to the control predictive generator. the predictive generator forecasts and calculates the control input at the later time, and optimizes the predictive result of the control input by rolling optimization. Finally, simulations are conducted on a two-joint robot networked control system. the simulation results show that the method can effectively compensate for the influence of random delay and packet disorder on the position tracking performance of the system.

U this paper is concerned with an optimal coordination control problem for nonlinear multi-agent systems (MASs) with constraints of the control inputs. the idea of daptive dynamic programming (ADP) algorithm is to use the policy iteration to solve the coupled Hamilton-Jacobi equations. First, a suitable non-quadratic functional is introduced into the cost function to transform the question into an optimization problem. Second, a distributed control law is designed for each agent, which aims that the cost function of the MASs converge to Nash equilibrium. Next, the analysis of the convergence is indicated that the iterative cost functions of nonlinear multi-agent systems is convergent. Neural network (NNs) are used to approximate the cost functions for the calculation of the control laws. Finally, simulation results show the effectiveness of the coordination control algorithm.

In this paper, a circuit implementation scheme is designed for the adaptive algorithm applied to the disturbed Chua's circuit system. Firstly, in order to effectively suppress the adverse effects of unknown disturbances on the system, the input of the system is designed by using the method of adaptive parameter adjustment. then, the asymptotic stability of the ADRC system is proved by lyapunov theorem. Besides, the pure circuit implementation scheme of the control algorithm is given by using the combination of some basic analog components. Finally, the software Multisim is used to do the circuit simulation experiments, and the experiment results show that the circuit design scheme of the algorithm is correct.

Prognostics and health management (PHM) is an important topic of rolling bearing, so partition of healthy stage and different degree of fault states are equally important as fault types. this study uses a multi-label learning method, Binary Relevance (BR) algorithm, for fault diagnosis of bearing data based on both of states partition and fault types judgment. the Binary Relevance algorithm simplifies the classification process by transforming the multi-classification problem into multiple binary classification problems. Using extreme learning machine ensures the classification speed and effect. By comparative experiments on XJTU-SY bearing datasets, the effectiveness of our method is proved to be superior.

First, a definition of FTAD-stability for DTSS is given and a stability criterion is also proposed. Second, we respectively give some sufficient conditions for the existence of state feedback controller (SFC), static output feedback controller (SOFC) and dynamic output feedback controller (DOFC).
