Dataset management systems are essential for assisting research and development (R&D) organizations in applying data governance protocols, especially in managing the utilization of datasets. In R&D, datasets are vital sources for producing analysis, machine learning prediction, and supporting decision-making. As such, it is important to deploy dataset management systems with considerations regarding the aspects of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) which is a design principle that emphasized information protection and collaboration facilitation among dataset users. the study proposed an analysis and a design for a dataset management system that takes CIA aspects into account. In the future, the proposed design will be utilized as a benchmark for building a dataset management system. In this study, the Waterfall method was adopted. A use case diagram, an ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), and an activity diagram were constructed in the design stage. In the project implementation stage, the Laravel framework including Laravel Jetstream was considered to be used.

this paper explores the use of reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RISs) for moving target detection in multi-input multi-output (MIMO) radar. Unlike previous related works that ignore the propa-gation delay difference between the direct path and the RIS-reflected path, we examine the detection problem in RIS-assisted MIMO radar by taking into account the effect of asynchronous propagation. Specifically, we first develop a general signal model for RIS-aided MIMO radar with multiple asynchronous RISs and arbitrary wave-forms. Next, we formulate the RIS design problem by maximizing the overall received signal energy. the resulting optimization problem is non-convex, which is solved with semidefinite relaxation (SDR) techniques. A coherent detector is introduced for target detection. Finally, numerical results are presented to demonstrate the performance of the RIS-aided MIMO radar in comparison withthe conventional MIMO radar.

the measurement of the cognitive load has always been a fundamental technology in human-computer interaction and human factors because cognitive overload will not only cause the reduction of work efficiency and subjective satisfaction of human-computer interaction but also may affect working safety. In this paper, we propose a method to classify the state of cognitive load by collecting eye movement data and extracting features in time domain and frequency domain. We designed a complete experimental procedure, including reading comprehension, contrast judgment, and content search, and collected four classes of experimental data under different difficulties. Some features of eye movement were selected by the ReliefF feature ranking method. Finally, we trained five classifiers to classify the eye movement data of different cognitive load levels. the experimental results show that the highest accuracy of the four classes can reach 90.6%.

Object detection is a core topic in the field of computer vision, which is widely used in industrial quality inspection, video surveillance, UAV target recognition and other scenes. these applications require extremely high speed of object detection. However, the existing advanced object detection networks often face computational bottlenecks. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a FPGA-based YOLOv8 target detection network data sharing detection head. By introducing a shared data module into the decoupling head, the design not only effectively reduces the amount of network computation, but also improves the application value of target detection technology, and opens up new possibilities for FPGA in high performance computing.

Pedestrian search is a combined task of pedestrian detection and pedestrian re-identification, i.e., how to find a specific pedestrian in a panoramic picture. However, due to the impact of different imaging conditions and environments, the accuracy of pedestrian search is still low at present, which is difficult to meet the needs of practical applications. To improve the accuracy of pedestrian search, this paper proposes PSA-CLNet pedestrian search method, which integrates polarized self-attention mechanism (PSA) and cosine online instance matching (COIM) loss. Firstly, the channel attention is added to enhance the pedestrian feature information and improve the expression ability of the feature information. Secondly, spatial attention is added to enhance the areas that have more contribution to the pedestrian search task to increase the correlation between the pictures and improve the recognition ability. Meanwhile, this paper proposes a COIM loss based on the online instance matching (OIM) loss. the loss function can enlarge the class distance between pedestrians and background, and reduce the class distance between pedestrians. this could improve the accuracy of pedestrian search algorithm effectively. Finally, this paper uses ResNet as the main backbone network to verify the proposed method. the pedestrian search method proposed in this paper could achieve 96.60% of mAP index and 96.83% of top-1 index in CUHK-SYSU dataset, and achieve 48.78% of mAP index and 88.38% of top-1 index in PRW dataset.

this research discusses the analysis and design of computer networks, which aim to reduce traffic problems in network infrastructure. this research uses NDLC as a methodology by utilizing the Network Monitoring System to analyze and monitor network performance. NMS is used to collect network traffic data, analyze traffic patterns, identify the causes of problems, and provide solutions to optimize traffic flow. this paper examines the existing network infrastructure at PT TD Automotive Compressor Indonesia, including network topology, network devices used, and network configuration and settings. Next, a more efficient and optimal network design is carried out to overcome the identified traffic problems. the data collection method used in this research involves collecting data through observation, interviews, literature study, and network performance measurement. the collected data is then analyzed using appropriate techniques and tools, including NMS. the results of this paper can also provide recommendations and solutions that PT TD Automotive Compressor Indonesia can implement to improve network efficiency and performance and reduce traffic problems. thus, this paper is essential to computer network management and traffic flow optimization.
