Marketplace development is increasing, as is the number of people with active internet access. Unive is a startup that runs an e-commerce platform connecting Student Activity Units with consumers. Focuses on fostering student entrepreneurship through practical business experience. For its development, this startup needs an interior for business escalation. designers need software integrated with artificial intelligence (AI) in interior design. this study explores the integration of AI-powered rendering tools in the design of e-commerce platforms, focusing on how these tools enhance the user experience and satisfaction. the research employs a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative and quantitative analyses. the author collected data through user surveys, expert interviews, and performance metrics of AI rendering tools. the author based the evaluation criteria on adherence to interior design principles and the quality of rendering results. Findings indicate that selecting furniture and supporting components that adhere to interior design principles results in optimal rendering outcomes. these outcomes are close to user expectations, significantly improving user engagement and satisfaction. Detailed analysis shows the effectiveness of AI rendering in various design scenarios. the discussion highlights the implications of integrating AI rendering tools in e-commerce platforms. It addresses the potential of these tools to revolutionize user interaction and provides insights into future developments and applications in the field. this study demonstrates the value of AI-powered rendering tools in enhancing e-commerce platform design. By adhering to interior design principles, these tools can achieve rendering results that meet user expectations, ultimately leading to improved user experiences. © 2024 the Authors.

In this era of digitalization, e-commerce platforms serve as vital transactional bridges between users and sellers, playing quite an important role on serving our interests and needs. With the efficiency and effectiveness offered, it's no wonder e-commerce platforms has become quite popular. this causes the competitive landscape in online marketing quite fierce, with e-commerce platforms striving to retain existing users while attracting new ones and expand their growth even more. Playing quite a huge role to this is the User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) design, serving as one of the fundamentals in shaping positive user perceptions, leading to user engagement and dynamics with the platform. this research will discuss aspects that can attract users in terms of UI/UX design perspective. By employing a quantitative approach along with quantitative analytics, we aim to uncover the underlying factors that contribute to user attraction and retention. through a comprehensive analysis of UI/UX design elements such as color theory, navigational ease, importance of homepage design, design priority, and user satisfaction, this study seeks to elucidate the key drivers of UI/UX design, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction. through this research, our analysis on four well-known e-commerce platforms in Indonesia (Shopee, Tokopedia, Blibli, and Lazada) reveals that Tokopedia ranks highest in user satisfaction with a Mean Opinion Score (MOS) of 3.93 out of 5, followed by Shopee with 3.92, Blibli with 3.83 and lastly Lazada with 3.58. the result aligned with how Tokopedia has been applying the right design on aspects we deemed important leading to satisfactory user satisfaction. thus, highlighting the importance of homepage design, navigational ease, and color theory in attracting and retaining users. the findings of this research validate the significance of these UI/UX elements and provide practical guidance for improving e-commerce design. © 2024 the Authors.

Under the premise of protecting the privacy of teaching resources, resource sharing is an effective measure to improve the utilization rate of teaching resources. therefore, this study proposes a sharing method of teaching resources for economics majors based on Federated learning. Firstly, collect teaching resources for economics majors and complete the integration of resources based on their classification results. then, set the (Transaction Layer Protocol) TLP protocol as the resource sharing protocol, use the Federated learning algorithm to implement encryption processing for text/data, image/video resources, and complete the directional transmission of resources through the selected transmission channel, so as to achieve resource security sharing. the test results show that the average shared resource loss and error rate of this method are 0.27 GB and 1.37%, respectively, and the shared task execution time does not exceed 2 s, indicating that compared with traditional sharing methods, the sharing performance of this method is better. © ICST Institute for computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering 2024.

In the past 500 years, the global reserve currency transition (GRCT) has occurred five times. What deserves our attention is when the next GRCT will occur. In this paper, we use the table pattern calculations (TPC) method to predict the possible year of the next GRCT by splitting the first and last two digits of the target year, and we also consider the duration of each global reserve currency. Besides, we use existing data and extrapolated calculation results to complete the normality test. Finally, we infer that the next transition will take place in the 21st century, and analyze this through the attempt of probability calculation. At the same time, as predicted, the last two digits of the year for the next transition will be in the interval of [26.424832, 29.763928]. Combining the calculation results and historical data, we predict that the next GRCT may take place in 2028 with generalized confidence interval [2026, 2030]. If we consider further the duration of global reserve currency, the corresponding interval of values becomes [27.205333, 30.450667], and it is most likely to occur in 2029 with generalized confidence interval [2027, 2031]. © 2023 IEEE.

this work investigates the geographical distribution of thai government projects using straightforward choropleth (color-coded region) and pin (marked point) maps. Our aim is to develop a robust tool with easy-to-understand visuals and extract practical insights for decision-making. First, we import a dataset from Electronic Monitoring and Evaluation System of National Strategy and Country Reform (eMENSCR) to MongoDB and design the data pipeline to select the fields and subfields. Second, the Province Code, Amphur Code, and Tambon Code are filled and mapped into the new collection. then, APIs for each map layers are created to show the Choropleth map on Leaflet with four layers. We anticipate producing clear maps, analyzing data, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize government project allocation strategies for improved planning, efficiency and analyze in six different aspects. © 2024 IEEE.

Weighted fair queueing (WFQ) is a router mechanism that can achieve customized bandwidth allocation and flow isolation in data centers as well as other high-speed networks today. However, it's hard to faithfully implement the original WFQ algorithm in high-speed networks due to the high complexity such as the need for sorting packets at line rate. therefore, many approximate WFQ packet schedulers have been proposed as a substitute, such as PCQ, a packet scheduler that uses calendar queues. Unfortunately, although PCQ successfully achieved fairness among flows without such complex hardware requirements, it introduced a new problem that the packet drop rate is significantly increased when compared with ideal WFQ algorithm as a result of its implementation mechanism and approximation cost. As we all know, packet drop is a common but important problem. High drop rate not only affects bandwidth utilization but also has a negative effect on the QoS (quality of service) of latency-sensitive services. In this paper, we design a new approximate WFQ scheduling algorithm with calendar queues named opportunistic weighted fair queueing (OWFQ). OWFQ is designed to reduce packet drops caused by the approximation cost of calendar queues. We conduct simulations on an incast network with one switch to measure drop rates of different algorithms. the results show that OWFQ significantly decreases the drop rate when compared with PCQ and thus improves bandwidth utilization. © 2023 IEEE.

Nowadays, many young adults who become independent lack the necessary financial knowledge and experience to succeed. this paper introduces a service called ListSmart which is aimed at helping young people create and manage shopping lists, save more on their purchases, and give them a seamless shopping experience in physical stores. Due to their lack of experience, they spend and save money inefficiently. We seek to design a smart shopping list application that can influence millennials and Gen Z and encourage them to build healthier financial lives. through a user-centered design approach, we researched young adults and their financial behavior by reviewing existing literature, sending two rounds of surveys and user evaluations. From our research, we have created four main features: intelligent shopping suggestions, budgeting capabilities, the ability to link with local stores, and a list-sharing platform. With these features, we seek to explore howsmart shopping lists budgeting tools can improve the financial lives of young people in the modern age.

In the present day, the construction engineering industry in China is experiencing rapid growth, with the introduction of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. However, the current research on the application of computer technology in building structure design is primarily focused on the traditional two-dimensional design approach, which not only proves to be inefficient but also leads to resource wastage. To address this issue, this study explores the integration of BIM technology and data mining techniques in architectural engineering structure design to optimize the process. By leveraging relational databases and XML files, a substantial volume of building model data was processed through data mining techniques, resulting in the construction of a comprehensive model. the findings from the application study of a teaching building's architectural structure design demonstrate that adopting BIM technology for building structure design yields superior efficiency and fewer complications. Hence, this research provides valuable insights into the potential benefits of utilizing BIM technology in the construction industry. © 2024 the Authors.

With the evolution of high-performance computer and data center interconnect communication rates from 53.125Gbps to 106.25Gbps, high-speed serial interfaces face a dramatic increase in BER challenges, which seriously affects interconnect performance and system stability. To address the challenge of high BER of 106.25Gbps PAM4 receiver, this paper proposes a cooperative adaptive equalizer structure, which adopts three equalizers and adaptive cooperative equalization algorithm to achieve low BER under large insertion loss conditions. In addition, a blind adaptive equalization algorithm based on judgment feedback equalizer is proposed to shorten the link training time. In this paper, a 12nm CMOS process is used to design a receiver based on cooperative adaptive equalizer. Simulation shows that the receiver with cooperative adaptive equalizer can support BER less than e-12 for a de-emphasized l06.25Gbps PAM4 signal after 34.3dB @ 26.5625G Hz channel, and the convergence period is less then 0.2 us. © 2023 IEEE.
