Under the background of Sunshine Sports, students can carry out more abundant sports, while the amount of online teaching resources is limited. therefore, under the background of Sunshine Sports, research the allocation method of sports online video teaching resources. Use Analytic Hierarchy Process to analyze the reasons for imbalanced resource allocation, and provide a constraint range for resource allocation requirements. Build a cloud resource allocation model to maximize the Utility maximization problem of resource allocation. Calculate the proportion of each dimension of resources in each resource processing node’s total resources, as well as the ratio and dynamic weight between the allocated resources in each dimension of the resource processing node and all allocated resources in its nodes, to achieve balanced allocation of sports online video teaching resources. According to the experimental results, the maximum resource loss rates of the three groups of users in this method are 1.0%, 1.3%, and 2.0%, respectively, which are consistent with the actual resource loss rate. the resource allocation is balanced and can achieve the ideal allocation effect. © ICST Institute for computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering 2024.

Gradient-based neural networks weight optimizers such as stochastic gradient descent, adam, adagrad or adadelta provides robust and reliable results, and they are very slow to train as they slowly and steadily iterate over the solution search space. these days deep learning models are getting very large, having billions or even trillions of parameters. Updating these many parameters with gradient-based methods would require large computational resources and time. therefore, an alternative, reliable and fast parametric update rule is required. Particle swarm optimizer is a popular algorithm used for solving various optimization problems like design control systems, feature selection, signal denoising, compression techniques, etc. In the state of the art, the closest application of particle swarm in a neural network is to tune hyperparameters to find the best combinations for a given set of problems. But no study has explicitly used evolutionary swarming particles to directly update weights and biases of a neural network. With some modifications on both the general batch weight update mechanism of a simple neural network and the particle swarm, we successfully combined the two together. the tests were performed on two datasets, one for kidney stone prediction and one for breast cancer classification showing that the classification accuracy with the proposed modification is better than the state of the art in multiple cases. But the most important observation was that the proposed model was found to be up to 147 times faster than AdaDelta and 110 times faster than stochastic gradient descent. © 2023 IEEE.

the heart of any substantial search engine is a crawler. A crawler is a program that collects web pages by following links from one web page to the next. Due to our complete dependence on search engines for finding information and insights into every aspect of human endeavors, from finding cat videos to the deep mysteries of the universe, we tend to overlook the enormous complexities of today’s search engines powered by the web crawlers to index and aggregate everything found on the internet. the sheer scale and technological innovation that enabled the vast body of knowledge on the internet to be indexed and easily accessible upon queries is constantly evolving. In this paper, we look at the current state of the massive apparatus of crawling the internet, specifically focusing on deep web crawling, given the explosion of information behind an interface that cannot be extracted from raw text. We also explore distributed search engines and the way forward for finding information in the age of large language models like ChatGPT or Bard. Our primary goal is to explore the junction of large-scale web crawling and search engines in an integrative approach to identify the emerging challenges and scopes in massive data where recent advancements in AI upend traditional means of information retrieval. Unified Shader Array (USA) is the computing core of the Unified Shader Array Graphic Processing Unit (GPU), and the shader cores is the basic shader Unit of the Unified Shader Array. In order to support the large-scale thread-level parallelism of GPU, a large number of streaming processors composed of shader cores are set in GPU. the streaming processors (SP) can enable GPU to implement thread-level parallelism in the way of Single Instruction Multiple Data (SIMD) or Single Instruction Multiple threads (SIMT). At the same time, in order to reduce the cost caused by context switching, GPU deployments a large scale of register file resources at the bottom level for the use of the streaming processor. So the management and use of register file is of great significance to the performance of GPU. the unique register file for each shader cores in the traditional GPU simplifies the register management hardware, but at the cost of insufficient register utilization. It will cause the disadvantage of limited size of shader cores. this paper introduces the current research status of various technologies at home and abroad from the aspects of register file sharing, high resource utilization and low power consumption. © 2022 IEEE.

three-dimensional (3D) retrieval of objects and models plays a crucial role in many application areas, such as industrial design, medical imaging, gaming and virtual and augmented reality. Such 3D retrieval involves storing and retrieving different representations of single objects, such as images, meshes or point clouds. Early approaches considered only one such representation modality, but recently the CMCL method has been proposed, which considers multimodal representations. Multimodal retrieval, meanwhile, has recently seen significant interest in the image retrieval domain. In this paper, we explore the application of state-of-the-art multimodal image representations to 3D retrieval, in comparison to existing 3D approaches. In a detailed study over two benchmark 3D datasets, we show that the MuseHash approach from the image domain outperforms other approaches, improving recall over the CMCL approach by about 11 % for unimodal retrieval and 9 % for multimodal retrieval. © the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.

In the context of the Internet of Vehicles (IoV) and sixth-generation (6G) wireless communication, wireless radar and communication (RadCom) systems face the dual challenges of improving spectrum utilization efficiency and lowering interference levels. the use of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) signals in a shared waveform system has the potential to mitigate mutual interference between communication and radar while also meeting the need for improved range resolution. Some researchers have proposed using the odd and even carriers of OFDM signals to modulate radar and communication functions, intending to achieve integration. Nevertheless, this methodology presents several concerns, such as the potential for interference between radar carriers and communication carriers and the negative impact caused by the cyclic prefix (CP) on radar performance. this study presents a new method that leverages OFDM and block subcarrier allocation techniques to enhance the integration of radar and communication system performance. the primary objective is to mitigate interference by consolidating radar and communication subcarriers while minimizing the detrimental effects of CP on radar performance by utilizing zero padding (ZP) as a replacement for CP. Furthermore, this method reduces pilot tone costs by utilizing radar data to estimate Doppler frequency offsets. It can dynamically adjust the number of radar and communication subcarriers to accommodate evolving performance demands. Simulation results indicate that in the presence of residual frequency offset, this solution enhances communication performance while slightly degrading radar performance.

Subarray partition of reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) can significantly reduce the computational complexity of solving optimal reflection coefficients. However, there is no research about the RIS subarray partition of RIS-aided multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) communication for the eavesdropper scenario. In this paper, we intend to solve the optimization subarray partition problem for the eavesdropper scenario, design a RIS-aided MIMO secure communication scheme based on subarray partition (RSC-SP). We consider minimizing the number of subarrays while satisfying secrecy rate requirements. First, this problem is described as a nonconvex combinatorial optimization problem, then we solve it by combining alternating optimization and bisection. In this scheme, we derive the closed expressions of the optimal transmit covariance matrix and the optimal reflection coefficients of RIS. the alternating optimization algorithm is used to jointly optimize the transmit covariance matrix and the reflection coefficients of RIS, the bisection method is used to calculate the minimum number of subarrays. Simulation results show that compared with the traditional scheme without subarray partition, RSC-SP can significantly reduce the computational complexity while meeting secrecy rate requirements.

With the rapid development of aviation industry, the obstacle avoidance challenges faced by aircraft in flight missions have become more severe. In order to improve flight safety, autonomous obstacle avoidance and collision warning system has become one of the key technologies. In this paper, an intelligent design scheme of autonomous obstacle avoidance and collision warning system for aircraft is proposed and verified. the system design combines high-precision radar, lidar sensor and stereo vision camera, and adopts parallel processing architecture accelerated by graphics Processing Unit (GPU) to realize real-time processing of collected data and obstacle recognition. By using technologies such as Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) and Depth Q Network, the system can accurately predict the trajectory of obstacles and automatically learn the best obstacle avoidance strategy. the path planning algorithm ensures that the aircraft can effectively avoid obstacles and minimize the deviation from the predetermined route. the experimental results show that the response time of the system is less than 479 ms, the highest obstacle avoidance success rate is 100%, and the path deviation is controlled within 9 cm, which can play an important role in the autonomous obstacle avoidance of aircraft.

As consumers and deciders, people play the core role in tackling climate change, as their choices steer company behavior and political decisions. Human-computer Interaction (HCI) in the sustainability domain so far focused on changing individual behavior;however, this has reached a dead end. Research has shown that extrinsic factors (such as cost and everyday convenience) mostly oppose sustainable behavior and are rarely overcome by intrinsic motivations. In this paper, we reflect on the past approaches HCI has studied to foster environmental sustainability. Bringing together recent work from environmental psychology, behavioral psychology, and HCI, we point to insights that future work could benefit from incorporating: What people think should instead be focused on what people do individually. A global identity perception can overcome moral shortsightedness, and considering people's cultural context and worldview is essential for technology to make an impact. We map such psychological aspects to user-centered technology concepts. We discuss practical implications with an emphasis on real-world applicability and critically discuss the ethics of technology. Our work sparks ideas and discussions to inspire future sustainable human-computer interaction research. © 2023 Copyright for this paper by its authors. With the rapid popularization and rapid development of embedded devices such as mobile terminals, people have become increasingly demanding for high-resolution picture rendering effects and fast computing capabilities of various processors. the enhancement of these capabilities of the processor depends on the computer's floating-point computing capabilities, which makes people to the GPU's rendering quality and speed, mobile devices, digital signal processing (DSP), and other computing units' floating-point computing capabilities Higher requirements have been raised [1]. the transcendental function arithmetic unit based on single-precision floating-point numbers is a very important component in these devices. For example, the perspective division, vector normalization, and coordinate transformation required in the GPU all require transcendental function operations [2] (For example, find the inverse, square root, trigonometric function, exponent, logarithm, etc.). In addition to the algebraic operations implemented in the field of mathematics, it is difficult to directly use a computer to calculate some complex functions. It can only complete complex functions through a limited number of simple operations, but for transcendental functions, in other words, the relationship between their input variables and output variables cannot be expressed by a finite number of basic operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and power. therefore, in a computer, the operation of a transcendental function cannot be directly implemented using a limited number of basic function operation units. A special operation unit is required to complete the operation of the transcendental function. © 2022 IEEE.
