the power IoT terminal environment is complex, and current smart sensor sensors have problems such as poor networking capabilities and large processing delays, and few specific edge-side automatic networking capabilities. this paper analyzes and elaborates the distributed intelligent sensor computing framework from the perspective of edge intelligent networking, designs a computing model for intelligent sensors of power internet of things terminals, and gives the edge-based deployment of convolutional neural network architecture, data aggregation, model training, and intelligent reasoning. Finally, the validity of the proposed framework model is verified by public sample data. © 2020 IEEE.

the internet of things(IoT) has become a popular technology, and various middleware has been proposed and developed for IoT systems. However, there have been few studies on the data management of IoT systems. In this paper, we consider graph database models for the data management of IoT systems because these models can specify relationships in a straightforward manner among entities such as devices, users, and information that constructs IoT systems. However, applying a graph database to the data management of IoT systems raises issues regarding distribution and security. For the former issue, we propose graph database operations integrated with REST APIs. For the latter, we extend a graph edge property by adding access protocol permissions and checking permissions using the APIs with authentication. We present the requirements for a use case scenario in addition to the features of a distributed graph database for IoT data management to solve the aforementioned issues, and implement a prototype of the graph database.

As the development of the internet of things, many terminal devices are continually intelligent. However, with the increase of distributed terminal equipment and the diversification of business, cloud cemputmg technology cannot meet the needs of smart home. In consideration of the advantages of edge compunng and the demand of smart home, this paper proposes an smart home electricity demand forecasting system based on Edge Compunng with a short-term (24-stel)S) electricity demand forecasting. Ow' system utilizes intelligent home gateway to store heterogeneous data into a central repository where it will be processed and analyzed, and these analyzed data would then be used for forecasting local bundled resident electricity demand mainly at intelligent home gateway by acting as a local computing unit to provide edge computing service for residents. Besides, our system can also report the historical and real-time environmental data (indoor and outdoor) and electric data from intelligent home gateway. the experimental results demonstrate our system can provide better service quality and scalability with limited computing resources compared with simply using cloud compuung system only.

Community networks offer a shared communication infrastructure where communities of citizens build and own open networks. While the IP connectivity of the networking devices is successfully achieved, the number of services and applications available from within the community network is typically small and the usage of the community network is often limited to providing internet access to remote areas through wireless links. In this paper we propose to apply the principle of resource sharing of community networks, currently limited to the network bandwidth, to other computing resources, which leads to cloud computing in community networks. Towards this vision, we review some characteristics of community networks and identify potential scenarios for community clouds. We simulate a cloud computing infrastructure service and discuss different aspects of its performance in comparison to a commercial centralized cloud system. We note that in community clouds the computing resources are heterogeneous and less powerful, which affects the time needed to assign resources. Response time of the infrastructure service is high in community clouds even for a small number of resources since resources are distributed, but tends to get closer to that of a centralized cloud when the number of resources requested increases. Our initial results suggest that the performance of the community clouds highly depends on the community network conditions, but has some potential for improvement with network-aware cloud services. the main strength compared to commercial cloud services, however, is that community cloud services hosted on community-owned resources will follow the principles of community network and will be neutral and open.

In this paper we want to explore a new approach for security mechanisms design and deployment in the context of internet of things (IoT). We claim that the usual approach to security issues, typical of more classical systems and networks, does not grab all the aspects related to this new paradigm of communication, sharing and actuation. In fact, the IoT paradigm involves new features, mechanisms and dangers that cannot be completely taken into consideration through the classical formulation of security problems. the IoT calls for a new paradigm of security, which will have to consider the security problem from a holistic perspective including the new actors and their interactions. In this paper, we propose a systemic approach to security in IoT and explore the role of each actor and its interactions with the other main actors of the proposed scheme.

Because the broad application prospects of internet of things (IoT) and the progress of short-range wireless technology, the internet and the intelligent terminals have an explosive growth, IoT is expected to become the next trillion-dollar information industry. In wired/wireless technologies, the machine to machine (M2M) communications have higher request to benefit people, include e-health, family energy management and entertainment. this paper represents technical indexes, application range, radio coexistence mechanism and suitable network standards of key radio technologies. In the application layer, this paper argues the cloud computing technology as the center to help process a large amount of data of the sensing layer, for providing efficient services to clients and effectively reducing the cost of smart home with the help of data processing.

there are numerous distributed new energy and diversified loads in the regional energy internet. New business demands such as virtual power plant group dispatching and control, demand side response, and energy big data centers are constantly emerging, putting higher requirements on the reliability, security, and processing capacity of communication networks. As the core of the regional energy internet, the power grid's advanced communication and computing resources management is an effective way to meet the needs of the new business. In order to meet the differentiated requirements of services and security isolation, the network slicing technology is applied to the power grid. In this paper, we proposed a computing and bandwidth resource management scheme in smart grids enabled by regional energy internet to reduce energy consumption and network delay. We modeled the joint allocation of bandwidth and computing resources of network slicing as a convex optimization problem, aiming to minimize the weighted sum of system delay consumption and computational energy consumption. the Lagrange multiplier iterative optimization method is used to solve the optimal allocation scheme of computing resources and bandwidth resources. the simulation results show that the proposed solution can meet the differentiated delay requirements of the service and effectively reduce the delay consumption and energy consumption of the system. © 2023 IEEE.
