the world faces many challenges today and the distributed photovoltaic (PV) systems for local high-efficiency generation of electricity from sunlight seem to be one of the good solutions, but most of the population live in crowded urban environments, which creates a number of limiting factors. this study focuses on the design and implementation of an experimental photovoltaic installation in Ruse, Bulgaria, which allows the investigation of the impact of these factors on the efficiency of urban PV plants for optimization and education purposes. Initially, the goals towards the research facility are defined and the design and implementation of the installation is presented, including the orientation and positioning of the PV park, its schematic, and the key characteristics of the equipment used. Next, the first full year of operation of the research facility is analyzed by examining its energy generation profile. the winter months have about 6 times lower energy yields than the best summer ones and about 4-5 times lower on average compared to those for the other 3 seasons. this is due to the nearby buildings and trees, which create different shadows over the different seasons. the daily energy generation period during the winter is more than twice as short in comparison to that for the other seasons, while the peak daily winter energy yield is about $30 \%$ lower. the yearly energy yield per 1 kW peak installed PV panels is $1131.75 \mathrm{kWh} / \mathrm{kW}$, while the Global Solar Atlas suggests that the specific photovoltaic power output for Ruse is $1360.2 \mathrm{kWh} / \mathrm{kWp}$. the obtained exploitation results indicate that the experimental installation fully complies with the stated goals and allows investigating a number of urban scenarios.

Frequent data breaches have attracted people’s attention. the dark web forums have become the crucial platform for data breach transactions. While some forums are well-organized with distinct sections, such as a dedicated area for leaks where most threads are related to data breaches, others lack clear segmentation, like Fear Forum. Hackers conduct a variety of discussions there so it is filled with tons of non-data breach information and building a data breach dataset for a classifier requires huge human resources. the content of these threads is diverse and complex, spanning various fields, and containing specific terminology in the dark web. Identifying data breach threads in these forums is extremely challenging for the model. With the influx of new threads every day the static model trained on old data may not perform well when processing new data, which also brings serious difficulty to identification. To address these challenges, we first design Prompt-based Active Learning (PAL) to guide the model to identify through prompts and select high-quality samples for annotation. then we propose a system that combines PAL and DarkBERT. Our system can not only greatly reduce annotation costs but also continuously learn and update itself with the new informative data selected by PAL. through rich experiments on a data breach dataset, we demonstrate that our system effectively identifies breach threads and PAL significantly outperforms other baselines. We also search for the optimal prompt templates to improve system performance.

Integrated agricultural environmental information real-time collection, transmission and management is extremely critical for precision agriculture(PA). this paper describes the basic knowledge and primary principles used in an agricultural environmental information collection device. the device is based on Raspberry Pi, combining with GPS module, some digital sensors and analog sensors to measure environmental temperature and humidity, barometric pressure, light intensity, soil moisture and other environmental information accurate collection. All collected data was real-time transmitted to a remote server specified database for management. In the experiment process, the device has been proved to have the ability to catch the distributed information and also can get different centralized data management. the results show the integration of operational information collection, transmission and management, as well as the use of open source software to make it easy to collect multiple types of data parallelism, which provides an important solution for the rapid transformation of agricultural production.

the IceCube Neutrino Observatory, a cubic-kilometer-scale neutrino detector at the geographic South Pole, has reached a number of milestones in the field of neutrino astrophysics: the discovery of a high-energy astrophysical neutrino flux, the temporal and directional correlation of neutrinos with a flaring blazar, and a steady emission of neutrinos from the direction of an active galaxy of a Seyfert II type and the Milky Way. the next generation neutrino telescope, IceCube-Gen2, currently under development, will consist of three essential components: an array of about 10,000 optical sensors, embedded within approximately 8 cubic kilometers of ice, for detecting neutrinos with energies of TeV and above, with a sensitivity five times greater than that of IceCube;a surface array with scintillation panels and radio antennas targeting air showers;and buried radio antennas distributed over an area of more than 400 square kilometers to significantly enhance the sensitivity of detecting neutrino sources beyond EeV. this contribution describes the design and status of IceCube-Gen2 and discusses the expected sensitivity from the simulations of the optical, surface, and radio components. © Copyright owned by the author(s) under the terms of the Creative Commons.

the IceCube realtime alert system has been operating since 2016. It provides prompt alerts on high-energy neutrino events to the astroparticle physics community. the localization regions for the incoming direction of neutrinos are published through NASA’s Gamma-ray Coordinate Network (GCN). the IceCube realtime system consists of infrastructure dedicated to the selection of alert events, the reconstruction of their topology and arrival direction, the calculation of directional uncertainty contours and the distribution of the event information through public alert networks. Using a message-based workflow management system, a dedicated software (SkyDriver) provides a representational state transfer (REST) interface to parallelized reconstruction algorithms. In this contribution, we outline the improvements of the internal infrastructure of the IceCube realtime system that aims to streamline the internal handling of neutrino events, their distribution to the SkyDriver interface, the collection of the reconstruction results as well as their conversion into human- and machine-readable alerts to be publicly distributed through different alert networks. An approach for the long-term storage and cataloging of alert events according to findability, accessibility, interoperability and reusability (FAIR) principles is outlined. © Copyright owned by the author(s) under the terms of the Creative Commons.

Astrophysical neutrinos detected by the IceCube observatory can be of Galactic or extragalactic origin. the collective contribution of all the detected neutrinos allows us to measure the total diffuse neutrino Galactic and extragalactic signal. In this work, we describe a simulation package that makes use of this diffuse Galactic contribution information to simulate a population of Galactic sources distributed in a manner similar to our own galaxy. this is then compared with the sensitivities reported by different IceCube data samples to estimate the number of sources that IceCube can detect. We provide the results of the simulation that allows us to make statements about the nature of the sources contributing to the IceCube diffuse signal. © Copyright owned by the author(s) under the terms of the Creative Commons.

For the in-ice component of the next generation neutrino observatory at the South Pole, IceCubeGen2, a new sensor module is being developed, which is an evolution of the D-Egg and mDOM sensors developed for the IceCube Upgrade. the sensor design features up to 18 4-inch PMTs distributed homogeneously in a borosilicate glass pressure vessel. Challenges arise for the mechanical design from the tight constraints on the bore hole diameter (which will be 2 inches smaller than for IceCube Upgrade) and from the close packing of the PMTs. the electronics design must meet the space constraints posed by the mechanical design as well as the power consumption and cost considerations from over 10,000 optical modules being deployed. this contribution presents forward-looking solutions to these design considerations. Prototype modules will be installed and integrated in the IceCube Upgrade. © Copyright owned by the author(s).

the IceCube Neutrino Observatory has discovered a diffuse astrophysical flux up to 10 PeV and is now planning a large extension with IceCube-Gen2, including an optical array and a large radio array at shallow depth [1]. Neutrino searches for energies >100 PeV are best done with such shallow radio detectors like the Askaryan Radio Array (ARA) or similar (buried as deep as 200 meters below the surface) as they are cheaper to deploy. this poster explores the potential of opportunistically burying radio antennas within the planned IceCube-Gen2 detector volume (between 1350 meters and 2600 meters below the surface). A hybrid detection of events in optical and radio could substantially improve the uncertainty of neutrino cascade direction as radio signals do not scatter in ice. We show the first results of simulating neutrinos from an astrophysical and a cosmogenic flux interacting with 9760 ARA-style vertically polarized radio antennas distributed evenly across 122 strings. © Copyright owned by the author(s).
