A recently discovered approach including de Brujin graphs and Eulerian circuits are used to DNA sequencing and fragment assembly, and to simplify DNA graphs through a series of transformations on graphs and digraphs in the field of bioinformatics. Since numbered graphs provide underlying mathematical models in studying the wide variety of seemingly unrelated practical applications, so graph colorings often are used to divide large systems into subsystems. A new graph labeling has been introduced and investigated.

the ballast bed is the foundation of the track system,simulation analysis of the variation rule of the ballast bed variable under the operating process of the dynamic track stabilizer,is valuable for the simulation of vehicle track *** this paper,a method for calculating the equivalent stiffness and damping of the ballast bed by discrete element method was *** was a software of discrete element method,which was used to simulate the operating process of the dynamic track *** was found that after two times of stabilize operating,the state of ballast bed tends to be stable,and there was no practical effect on the ballast bed when it is continuous operating,and the value of the support stiffness of sleeper was increased by about 7 times than *** to the simulation data,the function model of the support stiffness of sleeper,damping and cumulative settlement of ballast bed was established under the operating process of the dynamic track stabilizer,which provides the effective ballast bed variables in order to further improve the accuracy of dynamic stability of vehicle track coupling systems.

this study presents a location and mapping system for a mobile robot with adaptive 2 -wheel drive using ROS. the Karto SLAM technique was chosen to generate 2D maps after evaluating the efficiency of other 2D laser SLAM algorithms. the D* Lite method is employed for global route optimization in robot planning. the DWA algorithm is used for local route planning for real-time obstacle avoidance. Consequently, once the target destination is set, the robot can autonomously and efficiently navigate towards it. the accuracy of the robot’s localization was verified through comprehensive testing in various scenarios, demonstrating its robust performance even in challenging conditions with moving obstacles. Additionally, the system’s modular architecture allows for easy integration of additional sensors or algorithms, making it adaptable and suitable for diverse applications and environments.

According to the problem of how to select the sensitive intrinsic mode functions(IMFs),which can reflect the fault characteristics effectively,a novel sensitive IMF selected method based on adaptive resonance(AR) is ***,a series of IMFs are obtained by EMD,and the power spectrums are obtained for the original vibration signal and each IMF *** the resonant frequencies are identified,and the resonant frequencies are taken as the center frequencies of the band-pass ***,the band-pass filters are designed to obtain the filtering frequency bands of original vibration signal and each *** the subordinate relationship between filtering band of each IMF with the filtering band of the original vibration signal are compared to select the sensitive ***,Perform envelope demodulation analysis to the IMF,and the characteristic information are provided for the subsequent fault *** method is applied to the simulated signal and the actual rolling bearing ball fault signal,and they all verify the effectiveness of the method,and it is superior to that select sensitive IMF based on the kurtosis maximum principle.

Extended endurance and high payload capacity are the important objectives for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). However, due to limitations in energy density of batteries, the prospects for improving the endurance and payload capacity of electric UAVs are extremely restricted. this paper proposes a ultra-high-speed power generation system for hybrid-powered UAVs. the power generation system uses a turbine engine as the power source to drive a high-speed generator for generating high-frequency alternating current, which is then rectified and connected to the DC power grid inside the UAV. To increase rectification efficiency while ensuring grid connection with the power lithium battery, an active rectification control method based on field-oriented control is employed, and closed-loop control is implemented to achieve output voltage tracking of the lithium battery voltage. Furthermore, this paper also introduces a method for emergency energy dissipation of the generator to prevent over-speeding of the engine and generator when the load is suddenly removed. Experimental simulations have demonstrated that the proposed system is capable of effectively achieving rectification, power control, and other functions. Additionally, it promptly responds to sudden load removal, thereby preventing over-speeding accidents. the power generation system is expected to significantly enhance the endurance and payload capacity of UAVs. Furthermore, the proposed system architecture can serve as the core for the next generation of large hybrid-powered aircraft.

Almonds are widely accepted nuts due to their taste and healthy nutrition, but they are also susceptible to aflatoxin B1. the current aflatoxin B1 detection method for almonds is destructive, labor intensive, costly, and has sampling problems. therefore, this study investigates the feasibility of classifying aflatoxin B1 contaminated almonds using hyperspectral images in a non-destructive way for industrial quality control applications. In this experiment, almonds are artificially contaminated at different concentration levels in a laboratory and used as reference levels. the reference level and the mean hyperspectral image were used to develop a random forest (RF) and quadratic discriminant analysis (QDA) classifier. the minimum redundancy maximum relevance (mRMR) feature selection algorithm was introduced to find the most relevant feature spectral set, which was used to develop multispectral classification models for industrial quality control applications. the full spectrum RF classifier achieved 96.37% cross-validation accuracy for standard normal variance (SNV) with 1 st derivative data and QDA achieved 91.71% accuracy for Savitzky-Golay (SG) with 1 st derivative data. the experimental result demonstrates that the hyperspectral images coupled with the machine learning classifier have a great potential to classify aflatoxin B1 contaminated almonds for industrial applications.

Smart grids are necessary because the traditional electricity grids are outdated, inefficient, and vulnerable to failures. Smart grids enable better monitoring, control, and management of the electricity grid, ensuring a more reliable and stable power supply. they can integrate renewable energy sources into the grid, reduce energy consumption during peak hours, and improve resilience to natural disasters and cyber threats. On the other hand, machine learning techniques are necessary in modern power systems to improve the performance, efficiency, and sustainability of the electricity grid. they enable real-time monitoring and control of the grid, predicting energy consumption patterns, optimizing grid performance, and detecting anomalies. By integrating machine learning algorithms, power systems can adjust their outputs to match changes in energy demand, improve renewable penetration and reduce carbon emissions. they also provide insights that can guide decision-making, improve asset management, and reduce maintenance costs. With the integration of machine learning techniques, power systems can promote a more sustainable and reliable power supply, enhances grid security, and improves the experience for both energy providers and end-users. thus, this paper aims to summarize the benefits and useful application of machine learning methods within the smart grids.

In today's highly competitive academic and research landscape, the impression authors leave on readers is paramount to their reputation and success. Spelling errors can significantly undermine an author's credibility and negatively impact their standing within the scholarly community. To mitigate this risk, it is imperative that authors thoroughly proofread their content before submitting it to prestigious conference journals or sharing it with fellow researchers. this paper introduces a novel solution to streamline the error-checking process and empower authors to focus on other critical aspects of their projects. We propose a sophisticated text classification model, leveraging the vast capabilities of the Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) architecture, which was trained on the extensive C4 dataset sourced from the TensorFlow Library. this model exhibits exceptional proficiency in rectifying spelling mistakes across a wide range of contexts, thereby bolstering the overall quality and clarity of written work. Notably, our text classification model trained with Bi-Directional GRU method showcases a remarkable accuracy of 67% in classifying errors into four distinct categories, providing insightful feedback to authors for further improvement.

With the development of multi-electrochemical aircraft, the application of electro-hydrostatic actuators(EHA) in aircraft actuator system is increasing. the dynamic stiffness of the actuator has a non-negligible effect on the fluttering characteristics of the rudder surface. So it is necessary to study the dynamic stiffness of EHA. In this research, a method for calculating the dynamic stiffness of EHA is proposed. the mathematical model of EHA is established. the bulk modulus of hydraulic oil affected by gas content and pressure is added to the model. Build the simulation model in Simulink. the dynamic stiffness of EHA is simulated in frequency domain. Analyze the simulation results. the EHA dynamic stiffness decreases with the increase of hydraulic oil gas content in the whole frequency range. the trough frequency of dynamic stiffness amplitude decreases with the increase of hydraulic oil gas content. the EHA dynamic stiffness decreases with the increase of pump leakage coefficient in low frequency band. therefore, in order to improve the dynamic stiffness of EHA, the hydraulic oil gas content and the piston pump leakage coefficient should be reduced.
