the trading of stock in companies holds an important part in numerous economies. Stock Forecast which is popularly published in the public domain in the forms of newsletters, investment promotion organizations, public/private forums, and scientific forecast services is very necessary to contribute successes in financial for individuals or organizations. Leveraging advancements in machine learning, we propose an approach based on Long Short-Term Memory model and compare the performance to the classic machine learning such as Random Forest model and Support Vector Regression model when we do forecast tasks on Taiwanese stock market. the proposed method with deep learning algorithm shows better performance comparing to the classic machine learning in the tasks of forecasting the stock market in Taiwan. © 2021, ICST Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications engineering.

With the rapid development of economy and society, power customers require higher quality for power supply, which puts forward higher requirements for electric power service. Obviously, high quality service is vital to survival and development of power enterprises. Due to the lack of effective warning analysis of customer power failure, it is impossible for power enterprises to carry out scientific scheduling according to the urgency of customer fault emergency repair, resulting in poor customer service experience and prominent customers' demolition problems. Based on historical repair information of customers in the power industry and combined with the indicators such as repair efficiency, external environment and customer historical complaint times, this paper proposes a complaining behavior predicting model (CBPM) for electric customers by exploiting RFC random forest and the grid search algorithm to optimize the model parameters. Our model can be used by power enterprises to predict the complaint risk of current circulating work orders, and quickly locate the work orders with high complaint tendency, thereby guiding the customer service department to take targeted measures. theory and practice show that our CBPM mode outperforms existing complaining behavior predicting methods, and our prediction model can effectively realize the pre-warning of complaints, thereby reducing the amount of customer complaints and improving customer satisfaction effectively. © 2021 IEEE.

With the advance of the energy industry and the Internet, electricity data sharing has unleashed the full potential for social production during the past decade. However, electricity data inference attack will incur the disclosure of private information and the unavailability of valuable data, thus deteriorating national security and affecting the conversion of energy big data to social public service *** cope with this challenge in electricity shared data, EPSTO-ARIMA (Electric Power Stochastic optimization Predicting model Based on Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) was proposed to increase prediction error of attackers by utilizing the concept of stochastic sampling, optimization, data poisoning and adversarial examples. the generation of adversarial examples is interfered with the prediction effect of EPSTO-ARIMA. the model was validated by seven sets of data from three datasets. Experimental results indicate that EPSTO-ARIMA could increase prediction error. For publicly dataset 'Column2', the proposed EPSTO-ARIMA achieves 61.31% higher prediction error than ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average model), respectively. Simultaneously, the terrific results in other datasets have also been ascertained the viability and generalization ability of our proposed EPSTO-ARIMA. © 2021 IEEE.

Normalized Systems (NS) enables sustainable software development and maintenance using code generation of evolvable information systems from models of so-called NS Elements. To promote semantic interoperability with other conceptual models, RDF and OWL technologies can be used for knowledge representation in NS as it is common within the Semantic Web and Linked Open Data domains. Previous research resulted in initial NS-OWL bi-directional transformation and a prototype tool for its execution. In this extended paper, these efforts are further elaborated into an evolvable solution based on NS Expanders. the transformation utilizes RDF to encode all domain-specific structural knowledge of an NS model to ensure bi-directionality. In addition, it also maps entities of NS metamodel to OWL concepts to serve as an ontology for underlying data. Because of the metacircular NS metamodel, any NS model including the metamodel itself, can be transformed. Moreover, the transformation of application data to or from RDF is also possible. Having the NS metamodel, NS models, and potentially also data in RDF opens further research possibilities in terms of analysis and integrations. the use of NS Expanders caused that the solution can be easily extended and refined, e.g. when the metamodel is updated. the results of our research are expected to help with the design of real-world information systems, including the NS tooling and the metamodel.

To avoid intentional dismembering change by construction unit for avoiding some approval process, using the change request information in project measurement and payment, an intelligent analysis model for suspected-dismembering change, based on the correlation of location change (pile number) and the similarity of content change, is put forward in this paper. Firstly, in order to find out whether there were crossing, including, continuity or coincidence etc. between two pile numbers in project change, a correlation model for pile numbers in project change was built based on their continuity;Secondly a weighted bipartite graph matching algorithm based on backtracking heuristic was set up to determine the content similarity in project change;thirdly, the suspected-dismembering change was judged comprehensively based on the results of the two models. Finally, 163 change requests of T02 section in a project were analyzed and many suspected dismembered changes were found in those change requests of a tunnel. the accuracy rate of the analysis has reached more than 80% through manual verification. the results show that the model established in this paper can be used to find out the suspected dismembered change effectively and intelligently, so as to improve the level of highway construction cost supervision level. © ISPM *** right reserved.

Data collection and further geoscience studies have been carried out in the Mataloko area at the end of 2019. In general, the results of the study showed significant differences compared to previous studies. therefore, it is necessary to update the Mataloko geothermal field's numerical model following the latest studies' data and analysis. In this research, numerical modeling will be performed using a TOUGH2 V.2 simulator and graphical interface software. the model will be built and validated at the natural state phase. It is expected that the model can complement existing geoscience studies and can be used by developers in planning field development. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Based on the new situation that new products enter the market, the optimal pricing strategy of software products in the competitive market with the coexistence of two pricing models is studied, considering the duopoly monopolistic market environment where the incumbent adopts the product upgrade strategy. A simultaneous action pricing game model is established, and the effects of transfer cost, network externality and product quality on optimal pricing and revenue are considered. the results show that: transfer cost has a positive effect on incumbents and a negative effect on new entrants;the impact of network externality on the two firms is different due to the different product quality;under the premise that the complete product quality of the new entrant is very high, and the product quality of the incumbent still cannot reach the level after upgrading, the incumbent still needs to improve the quality of its own upgraded products to gain a competitive advantage, new entrants should not set the quality of free basic products too high, and should try to open a gap with the quality of complete products, so as to increase the price of additional products and obtain more benefits. © ISPM *** right reserved.

For years, researchers and programmers have studied, proposed, and reflected on how to enhance the expressive power of programming languages. One of the most popular thoughts on this matter is that natural language can be used as a programming tool. In this work, we review the state-of-the-art of naturalistic programming, whose goal is to achieve greater expressiveness in programming languages and better approach the user domain. We review the only three naturalistic general-purpose languages that can generate executable code by comparing them concerning a conceptual model – Pegasus, Cal-4700, and SN. We discuss the similarities and differences between each language. then, we introduce and discuss some examples of computer programs developed with these languages, showing their level of expressiveness. the spread of Covid-19 prevention has been carried out widely for example is the use of technology disinfectants. One of the development technologies at this time are drones. this study aims to design a UAV system as a disinfectant sprayer. Hexacopter is a type of drone that can fly more freely in the air that consists of 4 basic movements as throttle, roll motion, pitch motion, and yaw motion. the design method uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, development, Implementation, Evaluation). the analysis is needed including analysis of hardware and software requirements through a literature study. the design phase is designing concepts from the software. the development phase is to build-up the components into a drone. In the implementation phase by tool testing and an assessment of the implementation will be carried out. this research is an early part of the development of the UAV system. the results that design of UAV system consisting of components used Naza-M V2, a 23-inch propeller mounted on a 180KV Hobbywing X6 motor, ESC 80A, and a 12S 44.2V battery. Based on the results of hexacopter testing that can fly for 6 minutes, the weight is 10kg and works well in spraying disinfectants. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
