In order to solve the problems occurring in the current data collection apps, the methodologies of blockchain including decentralized data transmission, transaction security, data privacy, and permanent data storage are adopted in the Exercise and Diet Architecture (EDA). In EDA, personal data is stored and transferred under the secure mechanism in the blockchain network. In which, all data are protected through secure hash algorithm and digital signature, which could be decrypt only through the corresponding key. For the problems of unbalanced load and long service response time in microservice-based container environments, this paper designs a load model that is easy to expand and maintain, which combines the service discovery of microservices, performance monitoring of servers and containers, and container load balancing, and as for the shortcomings of load balancing algorithm-the premature convergence of Ant Colony algorithm as well as the shortcomings of the load balancing algorithm in springcloud-the long service response time of Minimum Concurrency Algorithm, it proposes an Optimized Ant Colony algorithm (OACO), OACO optimizes the Ant Colony algorithm by introducing a fuse mechanism and an open circuit recovery mechanism. the simulation results show that the Optimized Ant Colony algorithm (OACO) has advantages in load balance and service response time over Ant Colony algorithm and the service response time is improved with respect to Minimum Concurrency Algorithm.

All of the algorithms presented use a divide-and-conquer strategy, and they all use routines that solve a problem of size M using a machine of size N, where M < N. In some of the algorithms, the extra processors are used to perform more than M calculations in parallel. Bioinformatics is a growing field that attracts many researchers and continues to prove its value and significance. Since the early days of discovering genomic martial and using it to identify new life forms, sequence alignment applications have become important in enabling discoveries of important biological or medical benefits. Finding similarities, or even relations between sequences, is a demanding process that requires time and high cost. However, nowadays there are plenty of algorithmsthat are used to find similarity and/or differences between sequences. Many of these algorithms still suffer from performance issues, such as slow performance and poor scalability. therefore, parallelization is widely used to address these issues. In this paper, we utilize a multi-threading parallelism technique coupled with a block alignment idea in order to improve the sequence alignment performance. the experiments show that the proposed implementation outperforms the sequential implementation by 4.9 times for sequences of lengths ranging between 1024 and 8192.

Online social network is playing an important role in modern society. It not only significantly changed the way people communicate, but also provided a new way of potential attack, such as identity theft, false information, etc. Recently, fake accounts in online social networks (OSNs) have made several problems throughout online social network. Withthe massive creation of fake account, OSNs providers are suffered by overflooded advertisement, false information spread, etc. Traditional method such as cannot distinguish between real and fake account efficiently. Some previous work has studied the structure and composition of fake account that distribute spam messages, however the fast improvement of fake account creation made these previous works outdated or getting ineffective. We then target on new model of fake account that may not only automatically post or comment, but also spam with advertisement or spread false information. In this research, we proposed an innovative method to detect fake account in OSNs. this method based on user activity pattern through Facebook activities, and we leverage machine learning to predict if an account is controlled by fake user. We also provide an analysis of those account activity from the prediction result. this research may bring up to a whole new level in fake accounts detection.

In recent year, many enterprise put a great deal to construct their business to business solution to increase the strength of their supply chain, only companies that can manage cloud computing ecommerce will survives in the global competition. the goal of this paper is to present an integrated cloud computing architecture and a case study highlighting the best practices for developing Cloud computing system to in shoemaking industry. We developed an electronic purchase order web base system for a shoemaking company with four business units which located in Taiwan, China, Vietnam, and Indonesia. the research method of our work is based on applying Rational Unified Process and ICAM DEFinition Model (IDEF). We use scenario with Use case and IDEF model to represent the user requirements, and object oriented technology to construct this system. We also derive critical key performance indexes (KPI) to evaluate the benefits as enterprise adopting proposed architecture. the result of the case study shows that this architecture and methodology could enable a reduction in the process time of transactions, reduced processing cost, improved accuracy, efficiency, reliability and security.
