Contemporary digital media have been promoted under the leadership, for video image capture and processing.using artificial intelligence technology to classify video content and other technologies have been effectively applied. Facing the current era of short video outbreak, imageprocessing.technology and digital media technology occupy an important position in the application. imageprocessing.technology can recognize video content through video capture and processing. However, it can be found in the practical application research that many short videos have the problem of low definition, so the captured image is not clear enough, and the recognition and resolution of the image bring some adverse effects. In addition, the algorithms of image to fog of digital media can also play the role of "rescue," for some not to retrieve video and image information, through the image to fog algorithm can fix the problems, and make the image more clear, thus improve the precision of image and recognition, image information acquisition. It can be seen that the combination of image dehazing algorithm and artificial intelligence can more effectively strengthen the imageprocessing.of digital media, and facilitate the protection and classification of image data.

digitalimageprocessing.technology is currently limited by the accuracy and processing.speed of existing methods. To address these limitations, this paper proposes a novel computer digitalimageprocessing.algorithm based on Mask R-CNN. The proposed algorithm utilizes residual structures to replace most of the images that act on fully connected layers in the model architecture, enabling the extraction of image features based on the Mask R-CNN algorithm. Furthermore, a digitalimageprocessing.method is designed, an objective function is established, and feature information is obtained. Under the joint action of the encoding and decoding layers, the network structure of the generator is derived. Experimental results demonstrate that the processed images exhibit high peak signal-to-noise ratio, structural similarity coefficient, and low mean square error, with a running time consistently below 0.13 seconds. Future research directions include investigating higher precision pixel images to further enhance imageprocessing.accuracy and speed.

In this paper, an algorithm for macrofractographic study of materials is proposed on the basis of analysis and sampling of functions and means of measurement of a digital optical microscope. It consists of a consistent implementation of methods developed in this work for studying the fracture surface of materials in a 3D image using digitalimageprocessing.and using automatic lens recognition and proximity functions. To evaluate the applicability of developed algorithms, dispersion-strengthened composites with an aluminum matrix with different particle sizes and volume fractions fractured under tension were studied. On the basis of results of research, features were established in the mechanisms of fracture and locations of foci and crack nucleation zones during tensile tests depending on the amount content of solid phase in the structure of dispersion-hardened composite materials obtained using internal oxidation technology.
