The amplifying factor is utilized to study displacement loss of flexure-hinged amplifying mechanism in the paper. Firstly, the amplifying factors of three typical amplifying mechanisms are theoretically calculated. Then, the actual amplifying factor of lever-type amplifying mechanism, which is widely used, is detailedly simulated by using parametric language APDL in finite element software ANSYS. The relationships between the amplifying factor and the basic parameters and layouts of flexure hinge are analyzed. In this paper, piece-wise PID controller is developed for a class of Micro UAV. In UAV's fixed-point flight, by applying the designed controller in UAV's longitudinal and transverse control systems, fixed-attitude stabilized control and tracking control of fixed-height and fixed-destination flight can be effectively realized. The experimental results verifies the stability of pitching and rolling channels. The results show the controller has good performance in restraining unfavorable effects from uncertainty, and dynamic tracking performance is well guaranteed.

This paper investigates a general algorithm to achieve the automation of fuzzy sets ranking. Current methods of finding the maximizing and minimizing fuzzy sets and calculating their difference are manually operated with a large computational complexity, and a universal analytic algorithm is hard to realize. With the inspiration of principles of computer graphics technologies, a novel algorithm of ranking fuzzy sets automatically is proposed, which transforms complex analytic analysis to simple judgments and counting of pixels. Then, a library of fuzzy sets ranking functions is established in the C++ environment, by utilizing the proposed technique in various frequently used ranking methods. Several ranking schemes are illustrated to describe the overall algorithm and its detailed processing procedures. The functionalities of the platform and its applications are explained as well.

A new repetitive adaptive compensation scheme is proposed for the dynamic friction and periodic ripple moment in a DC motor system- The paper's contribution is to add repetitive control scheme into the adaptive-based compensation scheme. A LuGre dynamic friction model with non-uniformly variational parameters is used in the motor system- The compensation algorithm consists of a PD component, an adaptive component and a repetitive component. The adaptive component is to estimate and compensate for the unknown model parameters, moreover the induced repetitive controller is motivated by the attempt to improve the system motion trajectory tracking performance. The system stability and the uniformly ultimately position tracking performance are guaranteed by utilizing Lyapunov method. Finally, computer simulations verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme for the highprecision servo system.

For permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) direct torque controlled (DTC) drive, stator resistance variation and conventional hystersis controller will bring high flux linkage and torque ripples inevitably. In order to solve this problem, the implementation of fuzzy direct torque controlled drive for permanent magnet synchronous based on neural networks is presented, which replaces the conventional hystersis controller with fuzzy controller and estimates the stator resistance on line using the learning capability of neural networks. Results of simulation are provided to demonstrate that the proposed drive has low flux linkage and torque ripples, and has the quick response performance even under the occurrence of parameter variations and external disturbance.

For realization effective identification and modelling and implementation control to complex and unknown nonlinear systems, firstly, analysis and research were done for structure schemes of identification and modelling and control based on inverse models. Secondly, based on characteristics of nonlinear approach and adaptive study of artificial neural network (ANN) and so on, using the methods of the generalized training and specialized training for ANN inverse model, simulation studies were done for the BP MFN (Multilayer FeedForward Network) inverse model based on the EF(Exponential Forgetting) renews covariance matrix algorithm. After full iteration training, the inverse model network which the structure had been optimized was obtained, and it may use the structure scheme of identification and modelling and control for nonlinear system. Simulation results show that, using appropriate structure of the inverse model network designed, after full training, identification and modelling and control are effective for nonlinear system.
