An approach of internal model controller synthesis for nonlinear systems is proposed in this paper. This approach is based on the multimodel modelling of nonlinear system and the realization of a specific inversion of each model. The inverse realization of each model is necessary in the internal model controller design. The case of a nonlinear system is presented to show the effectiveness of this control approach

This paper introduces a new concept of the understandability of phrase and applies it in the standard grammatical parsing of natural language sentence. The concept of the understandability of phrase in turn is established based on the concept of the weak consistency of knowledge which reflects the essential of how people semantically determine the validity of phrases. By improving the parsing probability of the understandable phrases, the semantically correct parsing tree may obtains the largest parsing probability and thus the accuracy of the grammatical parser could be improved eventually

Based on the analyzing of the redundancy of coded parameters in G.723.1, a novel approach to detect hiding information is proposed in this paper. By using the statistical value of increaser entropy, this scheme can not only detect hidden messages embedded in compressed speech, but also estimate the embedded message length accurately .The experimental results show that the proposed scheme is effective.

In this paper, we study the problem of scheduling jobs on identical parallel machines with the objective of minimizing the total completion times of jobs where each machine is subject to one unavailability time interval. We provide a column generation based method to obtain a lower bound for the problem. computational experiments show the interest and the versatility of the proposed method

An algorithm for GPS receivers to mitigate narrowband interference is proposed in this paper, in which the step size parameter of LMS is adaptively updated by virtue of higher order statistics (HOS). Ad result, it makes the convergence speed is less sensitive to the choice of step size parameter, and consequently, that of the power of interference. Simulations show that both narrowband and multiple stationary narrowband interferences can be mitigated by the HOS-based filter proposed in our algorithm.

Two kinds of hybrid multimodel-neural network controllers are presented, which either realize a fusion of local controllers or a fusion of local models which generates an appropriate controller. The hybrid controller using control fusion improves the tracking ability of controllers using multiple models, by taking into account a better approximation of the adequate control. Simulation results are shown on an underdamped system
