An intelligent word semantic proofing system for special field is discussed deeply in this paper. Firstly, the flowchart of the semantic analysis is introduced. Secondly, the rigid reasoning and the soft reasoning are discussed in detail. Then the quotation judgment is presented for our experiment. Subsequently the bases and the modules in the system and their relations are illustrated. The experiment shows that it is feasible and practical method for semantic analysis

The paper deals with the impact of the choice of conjunctive operator between input variables of discrete TSK fuzzy models, t-norm, on stability domain estimation. The approach is based on stability conditions issued from vector norms corresponding to a vector-Lyapunov function. In particular, second order discrete TSK models are considered and this work concludes that Zadeh's t-norm, logic product min, gives the largest estimation of stability domain

This paper proposed a visual servoing control scheme for positioning a robot manipulator. Similar to the behaviour of human, this scheme is divided into two steps: firstly a fuzzy logic-based visual servoing controller is used to guide the gripper into the neighbourhood of the object, and then one local neural network is applied to position the gripper in a desired pose. The whole control needs no calibration of the robot and the cameras and can utilize humans' experience and has high precision. Simulation results on a 6 DOF industrial robot show the validity and effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.

The recursive filtering of discrete-time nonlinear systems in the presence of unknown noise statistical parameters is studied. By embedding the modified Sage-Husa noise statistics estimator into the iterated Kalman filter, an adaptive iterated Kalman filter is obtained. With iterative operations as well as the online estimation of unknown covariance of virtual noise, linearized error can be reduced. As a result, the estimation performance is improved. A numerical example shows the effectiveness of the proposed filter.

Application of coordinate rotation digital computer (CORDIC) algorithm to neural networks VLSI design is illustrated in this paper. The hybrid CORDIC algorithm, which combines the basic CORDIC with LUT, is introduced to design the net function and activate function of the neural networks. Take the trigonometric function for example, the procedure of implementation on FPGA based hybrid CORDIC is proposed, by which other function computations can be easily designed and realization. The simulation and synthesis results show that the designed RTL model coded in VHDL has the characteristic of accuracy and efficiency

In this paper, we consider a single machine scheduling problem with release dates. The objective is to minimize the total completion time. This problem is know to be strongly NP-hard. We propose two new lower bounds that can be computed in O(n 2 ) and in O(n log n) time respectively. We also propose some dominance properties. A branch-and-bound algorithm in which the lower bounds and the dominance properties are incorporated is proposed and tested on a large set of instances

A method to control the lateral thrust is presented for combined control interceptor in aerosphere. The control command of the interceptor is divided into two commands: command of aerodynamic force and command of lateral thrust. A lateral thrust subsystem is constituted, lateral thrust from the pulse motor is presented, and detailed method to control the lateral thrust is designed. This method is useful to control the interceptor and is convenient for practical project. The simulation results show that this method tracks control command efficiently and accurately, economizes the quantity of pulse motors, and has satisfactory control precision, which shows the availability and advantage

In this paper, we present a conception methodology based on system requirements, within which we propose to integrate formalisation and verification into the same process. This method uses the constraint programming paradigm to synthesize Petri nets corresponding to a formal expression of requirements as constraints over the PN structure. Some additional techniques are provided to incrementally refine the synthesized net until it satisfies the whole requirements

This paper defines an impulsive fuzzy system by extending the ordinary T-S fuzzy model. The concept of parallel distributed compensation (PDC) is employed to design the state feedback controller. By Lyapunov method, the resulting closed-loop system is shown to be globally exponential stable. Sufficient conditions for global exponential stability of the closed-loop system are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which can be easily solved by LMI method. Simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
