In this study, KLA-Tencor's scatterometry-based iSpectra Spectroscopic CD was integrated on a Lam 2300 Versys Star(TM) silicon etch system. Feed-forward control techniques were used to reduce critical dimension (CD) variation. Pre-etch CD measurements were sent to the etch system to modify the trim time and achieve targeted CDs. CDs were brought to within 1 run from a starting CD spread of 25 nm, showing the effectiveness of this processcontrol approach together with the advantages of spectroscopic CD metrology over conventional CD measurement techniques.

With the rapid development of new generation technologies, the digital twin (DT) has become a core focus for the solution of assembly process in the fourth industrial evolution. So, based on DT, aiming at the unobservable, unpredictable, and uncontrollable problems during the assembly process of complex products like large solid rocket engines, we propose a digital twin-driven framework for online prediction and control method toward assembly quality for complex products. Under this framework, firstly, the high-fidelity modeling method is presented involving 3D CAD and assembly quality model based on point cloud towards unobservable problems. Secondly, online deviation traceability and quality prediction are introduced to aim at unpredictable problems. Thirdly, intelligent regulation and control mechanism for assembly quality based on DT, AR, deep learning, etc. is developed for uncontrollable problems in assembly process. Finally, the large rocket engine nozzle is taken as a case to verify the entire framework and method effectiveness.

In order to solve a series of problems that the current security analysis scenarios are highly discrete and cannot be integrated, moreover the security analysis scenarios lacks precise permission control, this paper proposes an automatic construction and fine-grained control model of security analysis scenarios, which can 1) assist analysts in the rapid iterative development of security analysis scenarios, and support the automated construction of the entire process of security analysis scenarios tasks;2) unified management of existing security analysis scenarios and provide start and stop control for analysis tasks, 3) provide fine-grained permission control for security analysis scenarios to ensure the manageability and controllability of security analysis scenarios. The model can help analysts simplify the development process and improve the research and development (R&D) efficiency, so as to further quickly mine the alarm events like cyber-attacks in the network and strengthen the network security situation awareness.

To implement the new generation thermo mechanical controlprocess (NG-TMCP), the automatic control system of ultra fast cooling (UFC) was developed by combined with the renovation project of controlled cooling system in one plate production line. This system was composed of basic automation subsystem and processautomation subsystem. As the main control unit of the basic automatic control system, a S7400 PLC system is used to control the UFC device and to achieve the chain control between the UFC system and the mill system. While the processcontrol system is to realize the automatical setting of the cooling schedule by the developed finite element temperature field model and the temperature homogeneity model. The industry application shows that the NG-TMCP which is based on the UFC can reduce the alloy content effectively and implement the low-cost reduction produce of high-grade products.

Evaporator is widely used in chemical industry, food, pharmaceutical and environmental protection industries. In this paper, the process flow of the Evaporator is comprehensively analyzed. According to the characteristics of the controlled object, a complete control scheme for the outlet flow, liquid level, and temperature of the Evaporator is designed. Due to the large hysteresis in the temperature control of the Evaporator, the predictive control algorithm is used in this system. Finally, this paper takes the SMPT-1000 as the object, Siemens PCS7 as the control tool, and the control system configuration is designed by CFC and SFC, WinCC is used as the configuration software of the upper computer. The semi-physical simulation experiment shows that the designed processcontrol system optimized by the predictive control algorithm is stable and has strong anti-interference ability. At the same time, the control requirements are realized, the feasibility of the control strategy and scheme designed in this paper is verified.

A large scale collaborative project is underway to implement a distributed platform to support the development of real time applications. Taking advantage of hardware developments such as improved graphics displays, current trends towards distributed processing and the emergence of standards such as OSF/Motif, the platform allows the development and simple integration of sophisticated standards based applications. The development of computerised control and monitoring system (CCMS) applications, based on the platform, for the process and manufacturing industries, is envisaged as a key area for the project. The commercial success of the platform will be aided by making the design and configuration of these applications as reliable and efficient as possible. Unfortunately traditional CCMS implementation methods are slow and error prone. A major part of the project is the development of advanced utilities to overcome these problems. The authors analyse the traditional approach and its inherent difficulties, the advanced utilities to solve these problems and the technologies necessary to support them. A rapid prototyping solution for advanced flight control algorithms of our autopilot is presented. Furthermore, the flight test system from theory to actual flight is developed to narrow the gap between the theory and the practice. Firstly, how to build the system structure and development process is introduced. Secondly, the autopilot which is capable of controlling multiple vehicle types from open source is selected and improved. Then the ability to conduct tests in software and hardware in the loop has been developed, to enable safe testing of algorithms, which will speed up the development process. Consequently, in the simulation, the autopilot passing the validation can be directly moved on to the UAV with little code and parameter modification. Finally, the process from simulations to actual flight test is performed and the results illustrate that the method of rapid prototyping design reduces the workload significantly, and can be used to shorten the development cycle.
