The automatic control of welding production line for H shaped steel beam is studied. Firstly, the relevant welding process is analyzed, and the key control mechanism is simply described. On the basis of clear control object and controlprocess, the overall design of the whole control system: including the selection of the controller, as well as the distribution of various input and output control points. Then combined with the sequence function flow chart of the control system control program. After the design of the whole electrical system, the modeling analysis and research of the partial path planning are also carried out to realize the overall automatic operation of the production line.
