In this paper, in view of laser cladding of the iron base materials, new method for laser cladding of iron-base materials were proposed. Firstly, heat transfer mechanism of the laser cladding process and metal solidification theory was studied. Second, by laser cladding test bench, laser cladding experiments process test is described, experimental researches show that 45 steel substrate cladding layer is good, laser cladding process of iron base materials can quickly obtain high density and good surface quality cladding layer.

Microscopic medical image segmentation is essential for detailed cellular-level analysis in computational pathology, offering insights into disease mechanisms. However, this task is particularly challenging due to the high similarity between different cellular classes and variability within each class, especially in densely packed or overlapping cell regions. To this end, we present LEECAU-Net (Latent Entropy-quantized and Efficient Channel Attention-aided U-Net), a U-Net-based model designed to improve segmentation accuracy through a dual-attention mechanism. Built on an Inceptionv4 backbone, LEECAU-Net's encoder integrates Latent Entropy-quantized Channel Attention (LECA) and Efficient Channel Attention (ECA) modules. The ECA module enhances the network's ability to focus on essential channel dependencies, while LECA leverages entropy quantification to prioritize channels rich in information, leading to better differentiation between similar structures. We have tested LEECAU-Net on three challenging publicly available datasets: Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC), Multi-organ Nuclei Segmentation (MoNuSeg), and Cervical Nucleus Segmentation (CNS). Across these datasets, our model achieves higher performance metrics than numerous state-of-the-art approaches reported in the literature. The improved results underscore the effectiveness of LEECAU-Net's architecture in handling the complexity of microscopic medical images, making it a valuable tool for advancing automated cellular analysis in biomedical research. This paper investigates a class of dual loop networked control system with different sampling rate. Smith predictor is used to eliminate the influence of time delay. However, uncertain time-varying delay and different sampling rate in the actual production process make the system with conventional Smith predictor cannot achieve the desired control effect. A modified Smith predictor with regulator is proposed for this kind of networked control system, which can be used to overcome the problems caused by random network delay and various sampling rate. The simulation results based on MATLAB/Simulink show that the proposed model and method are efficient and feasible.

This paper discusses an enhancement for salient-pole brushless dc-drives using a single current sensor in the dc-bus. The improvement is made by replacing the hall sensors with a rotor-position estimator, increasing the reliability of the drive and reducing its cost. As a result, the BLDC-drive is controlled by using a single sensor only, requiring a minimum amount of electronics to process the measurements. The additional advantage of a position estimator in BLDC-drives is the high resolution in the rotor position information. This allows to use advanced model-based controllers (e.g. programmed current control) and to extend the range of operation (e.g. higher speed by field weakening).

The playback of flights' surveillance information plays an import role when flights encounter special circumstances, such as accidents. It can help analyze when, where and why the special circumstances happened intuitively. Different from traditional air traffic controlautomation system, we propose a playback system based on double-buffers method. A playing buffer and a fetching buffer is created, one is for storing the surveillance information that will be play back and the other one is used for storing the surveillance information fetched from the database. Thus, data fetching and data playback can be done concurrently, to play back the flights' surveillance information continuously. What's more a reliable UDP is proposed to improve the reliability of the data communication of the playback system.

The purpose of this research is development a neural network for advancedcontrol of vacuum distillation of fuel oil. To achieve this purpose a functional diagram of the vacuum distillation of fuel oil process of automation and SCADA-systems data are used. In this study, the high strength steel DH780 produced by Shougang Group was used to form a traditional part B-pillar. The effect of process parameters, namely blank holder force and friction coefficient on the formability was analyzed. The decrease of BHF and friction coefficient can increase the formability. And the optimization methods were introduced and applied to form a qualified part. Three optimization methods were employed, namely optimizing the critical surface of die, modifying the geometric parameter of drawbead, and changing the corner size near the critical area. The qualified part can be formed with the proper optimization.
