This study aims to design and implement a marine multi-source sensor search and positioning system using ultra-wideband and multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) technologies, explore the technical difficulties and solutions for high-precision positioning of marine positioning systems in complex environments, and use ultra-wideband (UWB) technology and multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) technology to complement each other. The platform relies on the high time resolution of UWB technology and the multi-path signalprocessing of MIMO technology to achieve efficient data synchronization and successfully realize precise positioning technology in marine environments. By combining ultra-wideband (UWB) technology with multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) technology, the positioning accuracy and robustness of the system are significantly enhanced. In the process of radar multi-target radar tracking, a variety of multiple targets will lead to a large amount of data to be processed, which increases the complexity of data processing and the computational load. At the same time, the motion characteristics and importance of different targets are different, and it is necessary to allocate data processing resources reasonably to achieve priority tracking of key targets. Aiming at the above problems, this paper proposes a technology that uses advanced data processingalgorithms and resource scheduling strategies to achieve efficient tracking of multiple targets by phased array radar systems. The technology determines the priority of different targets according to the importance and mobility of the target, and then changes in real time according to the number of targets and the state of motion. The situation dynamically adjusts the allocation of data processing resources, so that the radar system can process the reflected signals of a large number of targets in real time. Experiments show that the algorithm can accurately estimate the dynamic parameters such as position, velocity and acceleration of the target, and improve the monitoring ability and target recognition accuracy of the radar system.

This paper presents the design and development of a virtual multifunction meter, capable of reading ECG signals. This meter has two modules, a data acquisition and signalprocessing (DASP) module and an advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning-based advanced diagnostic (AD) module. For processing, a novel technique developed by combining the Pan-Tomkins Algorithm and Discrete Wavelet Transform has been applied for accurate and precise diagnosis. In addition to reading and processing ECG signals, the developed virtual meter has the capability of measuring the blood pressure of a patient. The unique feature of this meter is the advanced Diagnostics Module, where the results obtained from the patients have been used to predict and diagnose the health of the heart and identify advanced forms of arrhythmia using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. The developed virtual instrument could be directly connected to a computer or run headless, which could read, process and diagnose the collected data and log the data onto a remote server. LabView, a graphical user interface-based (GUI) software is preferred, as programs could be run on FGPA-based headless control system called myRIO, which is faster and cheaper than traditional PC-based virtual Instruments.

Image encryption is a crucial technique used to protect the confidentiality of digital images. advanced encryption techniques are driven by sophisticated mathematical algorithms. In this work, the role of Hilbert vibrational decomposition (HVD) is highlighted for improving the security of existing chaotic map-based image encryption algorithm. The HVD breaks down the input image into its instantaneous amplitude and frequency components, ordered by descending energy levels. These components are then subjected to successive confusion-diffusion process before being reintegrated to produce the final encrypted image. The effect of HVD on security of encrypted image is evaluated through four key parameters i.e. entropy, correlation coefficient of adjacent pixels, NPCR (net pixel change ratio) and UACI (unified average change in intensity) values. The experiment suggests a significant improvement in security by incorporating HVD.

Symbol-level precoding (SLP) is an advanced technique designed to mitigate multi-user interference (MUI) and enhance transmission gain. This paper explores joint optimization of SLP and antenna selection to address the challenges of MUI and minimize the total system power consumption. The inherently non-convex optimization problem is approximated and refined to a convex one based on sparse estimation and sparse correction. We further reduce the number of constraints in the problem by introducing new circular constraints to replace the typical rectangular constraints. Subsequently, a coordinate descent (CD)-based iterative optimization algorithm is developed to solve the problem with a low complexity. Numerical experiments validate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
