With the rapid development of quantum computing technology, data sharing systems in cloud storage may suffer from quantum computing attacks. Recently, many researchers have proposed encryption schemes to achieve quantum attack resistance and fine-grained data access control. However, single point of failure and secure attribute revocation are two critical problems for quantum-resistant encryption scheme in cloud storage environments. In order to deal with these problems, in this paper, we propose a revocable multi-authority attribute-based encryption from lattice (RMA-ABE-L) in cloud storage. Firstly, RMA-ABE-L scheme can achieve fine-grained data access control with quantum computing attack resistance. We design efficient anti-quantum algorithms based on R-LWE problem, and merge them with ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption (CP-ABE) structure. Secondly, RMA-ABE-L scheme can solve the single point of failure problem. We design the multi-authority structure to so that the compromise of some authorities does not affect the functioning of the whole data sharing system. Moreover, RMA-ABE-L scheme can realize secure attribute revocation. We design a secure attribute revocation mechanism and set special identity construction. The performance analysis shows that RMA-ABE-L scheme is more efficient than other related schemes. © 2023 SPIE.

There is no doubt that marketing is an important step in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and obviously decreasing timeto-market is crucial to reduce storage costs and increase profit. This paper aims to improve marketing strategies in the automotive field for car dealers and car selling supply chain. Due to the cost of new cars and the high risk of car value depreciation it becomes necessary for car dealers to know which type of cars can be sold faster than others, this will allow dealers to adapt their marketing strategies and satisfy the need of their customers. We propose to use data analysis and machine learning algorithms to address this problem and create models to help these companies in their decision-making processes. In our experiments, we used sale data from two big dealers of multi-maker cars. The dataset contains the sale history of around 73200 cars over a period of 8 years. We compared the different machine-learning algorithms and got promising results classifying cars into different predicted sale time ranges.

At present, the operation mode of the heating unit is often determined by heat, but the method of thermal power generation results in insufficient peak shaving capacity of the unit. As a means of energy storage, the thermal storage tank can realize thermoelectric decoupling of the thermal power unit to a certain extent. This article first analyzes the operating principle and thermal system of the heat storage device, and takes the actual operating data of a 300MW heating unit as an example, modeling in EBSILON software, analysis and calculation of safe operation area and thermal economy of heating unit. Then this model is added to the heat storage device, and the various parameter data of the unit after the heat storage device is configured can be obtained through the variable condition meter of the thermal system. By comparing the thermal economy indexes of power generation heat consumption rate, total heat consumption rate, power generation coal consumption rate and total coal consumption rate with and without heat storage devices, the results show that the configuration of heat storage devices can reduce the power generation heat consumption rate and power generation coal consumption rate, and improve the thermal economy of heating units. © 2023 SPIE.

The adaptive data management middleware is crucial for facilitating efficient and dynamic data management in distributed computing environments. Nevertheless, the widespread adoption of federated cloud environments brings about new complexities and difficulties in data administration, requiring inventive methods to improve the functionalities of current middleware systems. This research paper introduces innovative strategies for enhancing adaptive data management middleware that is especially designed for federated cloud environments. The proposed methodology addresses several fundamental components of adaptive data management middleware. Initially, proposed the methods for dynamically provisioning and allocating resources to enhance the efficiency of data processing and storage across federated cloud environments. In addition, provided the strategies for implementing data governance and enforcing security measures to meet regulatory standards and protect confidential information in federated cloud environments. Furthermore, investigated the techniques for duplicating and synchronization data to improve the accessibility and uniformity of data in federated environments. To evaluate the results of the proposed techniques, we conducted comprehensive experimental evaluations using simulated federated cloud infrastructures. The results demonstrate the substantial enhancements in the performance of data management, utilisation of resources, and capacity to scale when compared to existing methods. Lastly discussed the implications of our findings and emphasised potential areas for further investigation in this rapidly evolving domain. © IFIP International Federation for Information Processing 2025.

This paper present a novel blockchain CP-ABE (Ciphertext-Policy Attribute-Based Encryption) data ciphertext sharing scheme, leveraging decentralized proxy re-encryption. It utilizes Ethereum blockchain and zero-knowledge proof technologies to develop a blockchain key management system for multiparty secure computation. This system aims to mitigate heavy computation and key leakage risks associated with traditional centralized CP-ABE systems. The approach begins with the design of a distributed master key generation and distribution protocol within the data ciphertext access control, deploying the UMBRAL-based proxy re-encryption technology on blockchain for key management system. Moreover, the paper uses ERC1155 to mint transferable NFTs for blockchain transactions in data sharing and access control. Through simulation experiments, our scheme demonstrates improved scalability in blockchain ciphertext data transactions and storage, alongside a significant decrease in the Gas costs of on-chain data asset transactions. Furthermore, our methodology not only augments the safety of distributed key management but also realizes high computational efficiency and swift query response, particularly in scenarios of high concurrency. © 2024 SPIE.

Environmental sensors play a crucial role in modern society. They provide strong support for environmental protection, resource management, and sustainable development by monitoring and perceiving various parameters in real-time. With the development of big data and artificial intelligence technologies, intelligent management of environmental data has become possible. To enhance the level of intelligence in environmental monitoring, this paper studies the performance of environmental sensor data operations in data warehouses such as Hive, ClickHouse, and Doris, and constructs an environmental sensor data analysis system based on a real-time data warehouse. The system employs Flink for real-time collection of environmental data, ClickHouse for data storage, Spark for data analysis, and front-end and back-end technologies for data visualization. The system achieves automatic collection, processing, and analysis of environmental data, thereby improving the efficiency and accuracy of environmental monitoring. © 2024 SPIE.

As a result of recent advances in deep learning, several breakthrough stories in modern medical diagnostics with data-driven insights into improving healthcare facilities' quality of treatment have arisen. Deep learning methods that perform well are significantly data-driven. As more data is trained, the deep learning model's performance becomes much more robust and generalizable. On the other hand, collecting medical data in a central storage system to train effective deep learning models raises concerns about privacy, ownership, and regulatory compliance. Federated learning overcomes the previous difficulties by using a deep learning model which is shared and a centralized aggregating platform. On the other side, patient data resides with the local party, assuring data confidentiality and data security. First, we give a comprehensive, up-to-date survey of federated learning research in healthcare applications. Next, we propose a solution for preparation of the medical dataset for federated learning approach from publicly available medical repositories and then apply federated averaging(FedAvg) and FedProx algorithm for aggregating across clients without accessing local private data. © 2023 IEEE.

In today's age, where data security's a growing concern it is crucial to develop strong encoding and decoding models. In our research paper we introduce a model that combines concepts, from compiler design with diverse hashing algorithms. This model aims to offer an efficient solution for transforming and retrieving data. As technology advances rapidly and the need for data security becomes more prominent in real world scenarios our model tackles the challenges of safeguarding information while ensuring integrity and confidentiality. By utilizing hashing algorithms like SHA, BLAKE2 and MD5 we achieve data encryption. Our experiments demonstrate that our model outperforms approaches showcasing its effectiveness across industries where protecting data privacy is of utmost importance. With its user interface our model provides a solution for secure data transmission and storage contributing significantly to advancements in data security and encryption techniques. © 2023 IEEE.
