A quantum cryptography security model in mobile cloud computing is proposed in this paper,so as to achieve highly-secure data and privacy cryptography in mobile cloud computing *** the model,quantum keys are distributed to users' phones through two ***,existing classical optical network has been transformed as quantum distribution network conveniently through multiplexing technique,the BBS4 quantum key distribution protocol realized based on decoy state is adopted;Then,the security authentication protocol based on the quantum keys and distancebounding HKQ is put forward,and through the near field communication(NFC) technology,quantum keys are transmitted into the security storage area of users' phone in the trusted area;Mobile users can get access to data on the cloud through quantum secret keys,protecting users' data and *** in the real quantum cryptography environment prove the validity of the proposed QCMC model.

The main goal of the current work is to mobilize knowledge for conserving and managing biodiversity using the latest available technologies. The current paper propose the visualization of GPS data into a web application using Google Maps or another public internet map. The GPS data obtained from wildlife equipped with collars is represented using relational databases (Microsoft SQL database and the recent introduced Geography type), analytical data structure (using OLAP cubes, with SQL Server Analysis Services) and a biodiversity management web application with a user friendly interface. The web application is available to any authenticated user to view at a glance the monitored area details and different monitoring information, according to user role access rights. Our main goal is to allow different categories of users to be properly informed: from simple interested public allowed to see some general information to decision makers to help them objectively assess the real situation or managing specialist to assist in their current activity with continuous and comprehensive monitoring information as support for field actions. The application was designed to be able to efficiently handle large quantities of GPS point records as in the future we expect along with technology advances, more and more raw data will be available. We mainly focused on three aspects: a) fast, scalable and flexible data storage model based on distributed databases, b) efficient communication with Google maps API and c) analytical data structure (OLAP) able to directly provide compressed data packages for viewing purpose and also to be able to scale information at different map zoom levels.

As the industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) advances, the need for precise and effective long-term energy consumption forecasting grows more critical. Addressing this challenge relies on the technology of Time Sequence Forecast (TSF). Some ad-vanced deep learning methods have been used for TSF. However, existing work suffers from overly complex model structures and a lack of consideration for characteristics of the specific data. Therefore, we propose a time series prediction method called Decformer based on sequence decomposition and multi-model fusion. For components exhibiting strong periodicity, we use a simplified Transformer model with channel-independence processing to efficiently extract time-dimension feature information. Experimental results on multiple datasets demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms state-of-the-art time series prediction methods.

advances in optical networks opened a new way of transmission of accurate time information. Presented approach requires a Photonic Service. The Photonic Service represents a new type of multi-domain, end-to-end network service. This type of service also enables IP, real-time and non-data transmission over photonic networks. The concept of photonic services was verified on a specialized metrology application of accurate time transfer distance of 1100 km. The paper discusses networking definition of Photonic Service with its implementation, laboratory and field experiments and verifications.

The design and validation of a wireless monitoring system for dealing with wildlife road crossing problems is addressed. The wildlife detection procedure is based on the Doppler radar technology integrated in wireless sensor network devices. Such a solution tries to overcome the so-called habit effect arising with standard alert road-systems (e.g., static or flashing road signs) introducing the principle of real-time and event-based driver notification. To this end, the radar signal is locally processed by the wireless node to infer the target presence close to roadsides. In case of radar detection, the wireless node promptly transmits the collected information to the control unit, for data storage and further statistics. A prototype of the system has been deployed in a real test-site in Alps region for performance assessment. A selected set of preliminary results are here presented and discussed to show the capabilities of the proposed solution.

Lung cancer, one of the most life-threatening malignancies, has witnessed a significant increase in its incidence and mortality rates over the past few decades. Accurate determination of the histological type of lung cancer is crucial for developing appropriate treatment strategies. However, traditional medical imaging analysis, such as magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography (CT), faces challenges due to sensor noise, patient variations, and pathological states, which may lead to misinterpretation and errors. In this regard, deep learning approaches can assist in rapidly distinguishing different types of lung cancer by learning complex patterns and features from medical imaging data, aiding clinicians in precise diagnosis. This research aims to address the limitations of existing lung cancer classification models, including suboptimal accuracy, slow inference speed, high computational and storage requirements, and vulnerability to overfitting. To achieve this, we propose an improved lung cancer classification and detection method based on deep learning. Our approach leverages transfer learning by utilizing pre-trained models, data augmentation techniques, and model compression methods, including global unstructured pruning and model distillation. Experimental results demonstrate that the teacher model achieves 100% accuracy, recall, precision, and F1-score on the dataset, with a loss of 0.00007575038. The distilled student model, after pruning 55.15% of its parameters, achieves a 52.5% reduction in size. It also attains 100% accuracy, recall, precision, and F1-score, with an average loss of 0.004158932.

We propose a novel technique based on Fourier analysis and perturbation theory to describe completely the step discontinuity in a slab waveguide of any index contrast without the need for analytical approximations or assumptions. Through this technique, we derive a spectral overlapping criterion and a coupling matrix that analyzes effectively the roles of the radiation modes in the resultant computation accuracy. A symmetric nano-waveguide with 55.9% index contrast is investigated under normal incident light condition along TE polarization. The total reflectance and the guided power reflectivity are computed at the waveguide-air interface. Results obtained are consistent with the FDTD simulation and only requires very short computational time.

Although flapping-wing micro aerial vehicles have become a hot topic in academia, the knowledge we have of these systems, their force generation mechanisms and dynamics is still limited. Recent technological advances have allowed for the development of free flight test setups using on-board sensors and external tracking systems, for system identification purposes. Nevertheless, there is still little knowledge about the system requirements, as well as on how to perform free flight test experiments, and process the collected data. The present article presents the guidelines for flapping-wing micro aerial vehicle free flight testing. In particular, it gathers information produced by different studies and provides the best practices for the proper system dimensioning, system setup, on-board sensors, maneuver input design, error analyses and data postprocessing, for the reconstruction of the forces and moments that act during free flight of a flapping-wing robot, for system identification and modeling purposes. Furthermore, this article compares the results obtained using external optical position tracking systems with on-board and external sensor fusion, and provides suitable solutions and methods for data fusion and force reconstruction.

Multiscale modeling of organic molecules contamination in head-disk interface under high thermal stress

Heat assisted magnetic recording (HAMR) which locally reduces coercivity with a laser pulse, is currently the most promising technology to achieve areal density beyond 10 Tbit/in(2). However, due to the extreme operating condition of HAMR, the head-disk interface (HDI) suffers from extensive depletion and contamination of organic molecules. Our previous studies indicate that the conventional linear perfluoropolyether (PFPE) lubricants/grease molecules are not suitable for the severe thermal stress especially when coupled with external fields as the lubricant layer can be depleted and damaged. To simulate the molecular evaporation phenomena, we introduced novel multiscale modeling scheme, "Collection Of Spheres" model, which can predict mesoscale phenomena based on the atomistic/molecular level details via reduced order method. We have examined how the molecular architect affects evaporation under various degree of thermal stress (e.g., peak temperature and duration). Specifically, we examined several PFPEs (e.g., Z, Zdol, and Ztetraol) to study the effect of back-bone and end group properties on evaporation. Our multiscale model can provide holistic simulation of the HDI and provide molecular design criteria for HAMR device. (C) 2017 Author(s).
