Third party logistics is the advanced form of modern logistics for socialization and specialization. The evaluation optical selection of third-party logistics enterprises increasingly becomes the key points of the recycling economy and green environmental protection industry. Analytical hierarchy process (AHP), a commonly used quantitative research method, is the widely used evaluation indicator solution. The genetic algorithm which is one of the major technologies of intelligent calculation, with adaptively dynamic adjustment and global optimization capability, has been widely used in combinatorial optimization, machine learning, signal processing, adaptive control and artificial life. Based on the characteristics of the two methods, the paper designs a program making real-time feedback of information according to AHP, adopting genetic algorithm combined with AHP dynamic adjusting third party logistics enterprises competitiveness evaluation index weights, to further enhance the objectivity and efficiency of the system evaluation of third party logistics enterprises.

This paper investigates the throughput performance of the d-tree multicast capable optical cross-connect (MC-OXC) by using the separated unicast/multicast splitter-and-delivery (SUM-SaD) switches under synchronous traffic. A d-tree property is introduced to constrain the ability that the MC-OXC and SUM-SaD can accommodate the numbers of light trees. We propose the maximal independent set (MIS) model of the conflict graph to establish as most sessions as possible. It needs to find the d-constrained MIS (d-MIS) of multicast conflict graph and the MIS of the remained unicast conflict graph to maximize the throughput under the assumption that the multicast sessions have higher priority than the unicast ones. The MIS problem of the conflict graph is NP-complete, and two heuristic conflict-based algorithms: minimal conflict first (MCF) and first see first service (FSFS) are proposed to find the MIS of the conflict graph. The minimal member first (MMF) and maximal member first (MAMF) algorithms are applied to determine the d-MIS of multicast conflict graph uniquely. Simulation results show that the d-tree MC-OXC at d ¿ 2 achieves favorable throughput performance. When the wavelength resource on each fiber link is scarce, the performances of the four conflict-based MIS algorithms are different and behave in the order of MCF, MMF, FSFS and MAMF from best to worst.

The advancement of optical network technologies has enabled data-intensive e-science collaborations, which often require the transfer of large files with predictable performance. To support such applications, we design and evaluate two algorithms for scheduling time-constrained bulk transfers on wavelength-based optical research networks. The first one seeks to maximize the network throughput while maintaining a level of fairness among the jobs. The second algorithm works in an overloaded network and serves as an alternative to the first algorithm. It seeks to extend the end times by the smallest possible proportion and complete all the jobs by the extended end times. The main challenge is that the underlying problems are integer optimization problems for wavelength assignment, which have no known fast optimal solutions. We present a heuristic sub-algorithm called LPDAR, which converts fractional solutions from linear programming into integer solutions. LPDAR is the key component used in both aforementioned algorithms. Evaluation shows that LPDAR leads to very good algorithms with a performance level and speed both comparable to those of the LP fractional solutions.

Query optimization over Web services is very important for data integration with Web services and has gained much attention in recent year. In this work, we propose an adaptive query optimization model for Web services, that is, Web Service Profiler-Reoptimizer-Cache (WSPRC). One of the core components of the model is Reoptimizer which is based on the adaptive greedy algorithm (A-Greedy) and analyzes the implementation of Web service query optimization process. We compare the traditional Greedy with A-Greedy from several aspects. The comparison and experimental results show that the WSPRC model and A-Greedy improve the efficiency of querying optimization over Web services.

Using the laser transmission characteristic in atmosphere channel and request for APT, a new type of APT system is designed for real time communication. Work principles of each part are discussed in details. On the basis of a new idea of target locating and tracking algorithm, specifically flow and corresponding tracking algorithms is designed in order to accomplish the beam acquisition pointing and tracking. QD model is built for treatment method of error. So the system is viable.

This paper proposes a fragile watermarking algorithm named compression watermarking algorithm (CWA) which provides compression and authentication functions to apply in MJPEG of video surveillance system. The watermark information is embedded into every 8 times 8 block in the coefficient domain in encoding process and extracted watermark from each 8 times 8 block in the coefficient domain in decoding process. Simulation results show that the PSNR of embedded video is lower than non-embedded video, however, the loss of quality is hardly discernible. Furthermore, the results show that the scheme improves the coding efficiency and therefore reduces both the transmission time and the storage capacity.

A low complexity iterative receiver is proposed in this paper for MIMO-OFDM systems in time-varying multi-path channel based on the variational Bayes (VB) method. According to the VB method, the estimation algorithms of the signal distribution and the channel distribution are derived for the receiver. With the aid of the soft-output QRD-M algorithm, whose complexity is fixed and relatively low, the signal distribution can be obtained conveniently. In particular, a sequential channel estimation algorithm, which completely avoids the computation of matrix inversion and multiplication, is introduced for the channel distribution estimation. Moreover, the distribution estimations of the signals and the channels are performed in a cyclical iteration way. The simulation results show that the performance loss of the proposed receiver is only ldB for fast varying channels and less than 0.5 dB for slow varying channels at the bit error rate of 10 -4 after 3 iterations, compared with the optimum receiver with perfect channel state information.
