Seamless service handover is an important factor for the success of new services in the integrated network environment. Most of the current solutions for the interworking of networks, which generally rely on the physical layer handover between different networks such as mobile cellular or broadcast networks, does not necessarily considers the application level issues such as service continuation or associated services. Handover association table based approach can easily be used for solving service continuation problems. In this paper we look at the framework which not only allows for seamless service continuation between heterogeneous networks but can also be extended to accumulate further service provisioning. This framework can enrich the user experience and provide base for dynamic service delivery based on the user profiles by associating related services. Current article gives details of framework design, its implementation and evolution. Additionally, we also show how this framework can be used for the E-MBMS service provisioning in the interworking of EPS and DVB-H networks.

The new scenario of the Italian electrical system is featured by the exponential growth of Distributed Energy Resources (DER), mostly PV, resulting in a deep change of network planning and operational criteria. Traditional load profiles on distribution network are changing, thus modifying the power plants operation and progressively introducing a new role for the DSO as energy flow manager in an active network, obviously in close coordination with the TSO. So, even for plants connected on LV and MV networks, it is necessary to manage the power of each generator, according to new requirements introduced by the Italian Regulator. Furthermore, the extension of the frequency range in which DER must stay connected to the electrical network, as recently established by Italian Regulator's Acts, has increased the difficulty on managing the high number of connections of DG plants to the distribution network, mainly on LV network, leading to potential unintentional islanding situations. Criteria are being developed in order to prevent this phenomenon, by means of innovative protections using new communication systems such as optical fibre in MV network and PLC systems in LV network. The inverter and its PWM control system are going to have a key role for DER management, and the Interface Protection Relay (IPR), controlled by inverter PWM, is going to drive the disconnection of static generators in case of exceeding frequency or voltage threshold, thus helping the DSO to avoid security problems. In order to cope with the new problems arising in the distribution network, the new Italian technical standards, introduced in 2012, specify the technical requirements that active users must respect to be connected. This paper shows, in the first part, some data related to the increase of DER on Enel Distribuzione's network, with the description of some typical issues that have recently arisen in the operation of the electrical network. The impact of communication on microgrid control

This paper is concerned with the microgrid communication systems and their impact on the microgrid control system. Regardless of the control structure, a microgrid cannot exist without a communication system. An efficient and reliable communication network ensures the possibility of implementing a secure, durable and cost-effective microgrid. The configuration of the communication network depends on many factors, like the structure of the microgrid, the control objectives, the implementation costs, the maintenance costs, etc. In the case of centralized control, all relevant data from the entire system is collected and processed in a single controller. The failure of a communication link in this central controller may cause the entire microgrid to fail. Therefore, the existence of a robust and reliable communication system is vital and the creation of redundant communication links is also recommended. The situation is different in the case of decentralized control, where communication is limited to local controllers, but this leads to limited performance, therefore it is preferable for such microgrids to have at least a very basic communication system composed of simple and inexpensive communication network. In the case of distributed control, each subsystem has its own local controller (LC) with the ability to communicate with other controllers for the purpose of exchanging information. Thus, the most advantageous communication network architecture is a hybrid one that consists of a combination of centralized and decentralized control methods.

Video transfer utilizing software defined network (SDN): A survey

The new technology of network architecture is Software Defined networks (SDN). It aims to simplify network administration and to be adaptable more than conventional architecture. These things are all possible by decoupling control and data planes in the network. The most protocol support SDN is Open Flow. Also, the benefit of separating control from the data plane switches allows for rapid evolution and implementation of protocols without substituting these switches. Software-defined networking is a groundbreaking technology for quality of service (QoS) supply needs today. Software-Defined network (SDN) Management is facilitating by software where network administrators can use various applications to perform the necessary techniques of traffic engineering. One of the crucial applications that require QoS specifications such as short delay and low packet loss is video streaming in surveillance systems. This paper provides a study of video streaming over SDN in recent years.

Smart Grid is the product of deep integration of power system and information network. It applies advanced control technology, communications, information and networking to power systems. In the power generation, transmission, substation, power distribution, power consumption and dispatching, the integrated two-way flow of power flow and information flow is realized in the power grid. The smart grid information exchange is frequent, the coverage is large, the related equipment is complex, and any node may have information security problems, which causes the smart grid to malfunction and cause different degrees of harm to the society. Therefore, information security issues have become an important factor affecting the development of smart grids. This paper discusses the development overview, architecture and key technologies of smart grids and analysis the security risks of current smart grid information systems. Aiming at the information security problem in smart grid information communication system, an access control scheme is proposed to facilitate key management and maintenance, which improves the security of the communication system in the smart grid, enabling the smart grid system to operate more safely and reduce the harm caused by grid damage to society.

A new power framework is evolving that combines green resources and distribution network. It is theologically based on major themes such as widespread adoption of distributed energy technology, future fossil fuel shortages, liberalization of the electrical service industry, and the customary focus on the environmental impact of traditional electrical power generation methods. These issues are changing the way people think about traditional power generation around the world, and they are posing new challenges to the generation and distribution systems. Numerous technological obstacles await the practical deployment of microgrid. One of the most difficult tasks in a microgrid architecture is devising a compatible protection mechanism. Numerous surveys have been published on microgrid control techniques; moreover, a systematic evaluation of stratified control methods based on a variety of microgrid architectures is rarely acknowledged. The primary, secondary, and tertiary control layers all contribute to the microgrids control hierarchy. This paper provides a summary of the technical issues and potential solutions associated with microgrid, as well as to discuss some of the technical discussions surrounding the bifurcations of the same. This article compares AC, DC, and AC-DC hybrid microgrid.

信息物理融合系统(Cyber-Physical System,CPS)是集感知、计算、控制及网络通讯于一体的新一代智能系统,因其具有结构网络化、功能模块化、控制智能化等优点,已广泛应用至各行各业,其中CPS与工业控制融合而产生的工业信息物理融合系统(Industry Cyber-Physical System,ICPS),已成为当今工业控制系统的首选架构。然而,ICPS在其发展过程中也面临众多亟待解决的难题,诸如:随着工业网络从相对封闭变得更为开放,网络安全问题变得尤为突出;与传统的工业控制系统相比,虽ICPS网络化、数字化、智能化水平更高,但其工作环境依然较为恶劣,其物理器件的故障问题也不容忽视;此外,ICPS强大的数据感知能力致使终端设备需经网络传输更多的数据,与有限网络资源间的矛盾也日益突出,等等。然而,目前能有效解决上述问题的方法还很有限,为此,本文聚焦于上述问题中时空隐蔽性强且危害大的假数据注入(False Data Inj ection,FDI)攻击和位处恶劣环境的执行器发生的故障,在离散事件触发机制(Discrete Event-Triggered communication Scheme,DETCS)下,对ICPS开展了如下综合安全控制研究:1)针对FDI攻击与执行器故障共存的ICPS,首先,通过综合考虑计算、通讯资源的合理分配与高效利用,以及便于攻击防御策略实施等因素,在DETCS下,构建了 ICPS综合安全控制框架;其次,设计了鲁棒H∞估计器,实现了系统状态、执行器故障及双侧网络FDI攻击的准确估计;接着,基于所得估计结果,设计了对双侧网络FDI攻击采用分离与补偿、对执行器故障采用补偿的综合安全控制策略,同时结合事件触发条件,给出了综合安全控制与通讯的协同设计方法;最后,通过数值算例及四容水箱实例,仿真验证了所提方法的有效性。2)考虑到实际工业控制中,在确保ICPS安全且抗扰的同时,还期望具有更好的动态性能,进一步研究了多目标约束下ICPS综合安全控制与通讯协同设计问题。通过引入α-稳定的概念,分别给出了具有α1-稳定的鲁棒H∞估计器,以及具有α2-稳定的综合安全控制与通讯协同设计方法。在定理推证中,考虑到参数设定法在处理非线性矩阵不等式(Nonlinear Matrix Inequality,NLMI)时的保守性和多目标约束下解空间的缩减问题,采用了具有更少保守性的锥补线性化(Cone Complementary Linearization,CCL)算法,从而增大了解空间、提高了 ICPS控制性能。仿真结果表明,多目标约束与CCL算法结合下设计的鲁棒H∞估计器、综合安全控制器,使得ICPS在安全运行的同时,具有了更优的动态性能。3)进一步考虑更为隐蔽的FDI攻击,首先,从攻击者视角深入分析了隐蔽FDI攻击的实施过程,并给出了依赖系统输出的非线性隐蔽FDI攻击模型描述及其因满足的界限制条件;其次,综合考虑边缘智能设备的计算能力以及对隐蔽FDI攻击的有效防御策略,在DETCS下,重新构建了 ICPS综合安全控制框架;接着,对于非线性隐蔽FDI攻击下的ICPS,通过在智能传感单元引入鲁棒性较强的滑模观测器,分别给出了状态、隐蔽FDI攻击及执行器故障估计方法;再者,采用基于估计、补偿的综合安全控制策略,并结合事件触发条件,给出了综合安全控制与通讯协同设计方法;最后,通过仿真实验验证了所提方法的有效性,结果表明在非线性隐蔽FDI攻击下,采用滑模观测器可得到更为准确的估计结果,因而更利于提升ICPS综合安全控制水平。

Service Oriented Virtual Machine for Maximising Quality of Service in Wireless networks

A traditional big data network is a wireless multimedia network, as multiple video/audio streaming account for 70 percent of mobile traffic and the fifth generation wireless networks are projected to rise 500 times. However, it does raise various new and transparent challenges for multimedia big data communication over 5G wireless systems because multimedia big data services provide timely, throughput broadcasts through time-sensitive communication networks with restricted wireless resources. In order to address the above issues, we suggest in this paper information-centric virtualization architectures for a statistical latency consistency of content delivery across 5G wireless large media platforms for technology. In particular, three successful nominee strategies to promise the mathematical time limit for interactive large-data communications are implemented in our proposed scheme: information-centered network which extracts an optimum in-network storage location for multimedia big data; a virtualization of the network feature which transforms PHY architecture into many virtualized channels. In our architectures we build the 3 primary computer-generated machine collection besides power distribution plans to collectively simplify the application of NFV and SDN techniques in the ICN architecture: to improve performance for single users, to integrate effective combining capability with equity allocation for all users besides under non-cooperative betting Via models and computational assesses, we prove that our suggested designs and applications greatly perform better other existing systems to enable QoS provisioning with statistical delays over 5G immersive Large Data Wireless communication.

The evolution in wireless technologies has opened the door to a new class of plant automation architecture that offers adopters a significant strategic advantage. Driven by substantial and measurable cost savings in engineering, installation, and logistics, as well as dramatic improvements in the frequency and reliability of field data collection, automation experts and IT professionals are presented with an opportunity to deliver a major, positive impact to their respective company's bottom line. In terms of the key drives associated with adopting wireless technologies, the cost benefits are the most intuitive. However, another important consideration is safety. Some of the key drivers include: (1) Installation savings -^sInstallation of wirelessly connected assets is up to 10 times cheaper than the wired alterative and offers much faster startups and accelerated profits. In addition to the installation savings, engineering costs are dramatically reduced as extensive surveys and planning are no longer required to route wire back to junction boxes or control rooms. The reduced costs in wiring engineering, installation and maintenance combined with the increased data gathering flexibility is the primary driver for wireless migration. (2) Better information -^sReplacement of manual readings with automated measurement results in information that is more accurate, timely, and consistent. (3) Economy of Scale -^sDeployment of additional points in a network is incremental and may include integration into legacy systems. (4) Operational Savings -^sThe ability to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot plant operations and support predictive maintenance programs by monitoring facility assets. Additionally, identify costly problems leading to excess use of energy or raw materials. (5) Safer Operations -^sBy reducing human exposure to hazardous environments. Also, more frequent measurements and early detection of issues can help reduce or even prevent incidents or accidents.

随着近几年，随着工业信息化进程的快速推进，信息网络和物联网技术在工业控制领域的广泛应用，使得工业控制系统逐渐打破了其以往在物理环境上的封闭性，并且也开始遭受传统的信息网络安全攻击的威胁，零日漏洞。高级持续性攻击等新一代攻击手段的不断涌现，工业控制系统安全逐渐引起了各国人民的高度重视。工业防火墙作为一种有效的安全防护措施，被广泛应用于工控现场以保证自动化生产流程的正常运作。传统防火墙是专家根据经验事先设定好过滤规则，以实现工控系统的安全防护策略，其主要的缺点是，防火墙规则设置的大部分过程，如：数据包类型识别，日志文件分析，学习和规则生成都需要大量专业人士的参与，并且无法抵抗未知的网络攻击，难以适应实时变化的网络需求，因此，对新一代智能防火墙技术的研究应运而生。智能防火墙是传统防火墙技术与机器学习算法相结合的产物，不需要专业的知识储备，更有助于一般化使用，并且具有较好的自适应能力，能够根据对防火墙日志信息的分析，学习出新的防火墙规则集，从而能有效应对新的网络攻击，阻止非法访问。本论文重点研究基于Modbus通信协议的工业防火墙规则自学习算法。本论文首先阐述了工业控制系统体系架构、工控网络面临的安全漏洞，重点分析了Modbus通讯协议存在的设计缺陷和安全问题，详细介绍了防火墙技术的现有研究成果，深入研究了神经网络算法的优势与不足。利用改进的BP神经网络算法，在Linux操作系统下的Netfilter/Iptables框架内设计了一种针对Modbus TCP协议的工业防火墙规则自学习算法。通过神经网络的自学习和自适应能力，建立基于神经网络的防火墙规则自学习模型，使工业防火墙在复杂的工控网络环境中保持较好的适应能力，能根据学习获取新知识，形成新的行为模式，自动生成并更新规则库，减轻了管理员的工作负担，而且能够有效抵御新型未知的网络攻击。本文针对防火墙的性能，设计了测试方案，从规则自学习能力和防火墙整体性能两个方面进行了严格测试。实验结果表明，该系统能有效学习生成新规则，可以有效保障网络内的信息安全，并且防火墙性能也能达到要求
