A novel broadband optical engine (BOE) of silicon photonics featuring the system integration of COUPE (Compact Universal Photonic Engine), COI (Complimentary Optical Interconnect) and iFAU (Integrated Fiber Array Unit) for CPO (Co-Packaged Optics) of 2.5D CoWoS® is presented. COI is a BOE enabler featuring paired advanced couplers and optic structures, to redirect optical signals from iFAU fibers to optical waveguides (WG) to photonics chiplet at low optical loss. The BOE technology features wafer level process and monitor for manufacturability and bandwidth density scalability through multi-wavelengths and iFAU with multi-rows fibers. Furthermore, BOE features vertical coupling which the optical performance has a broad tolerance to the chip warpage, while edge coupling (EC) does not. In this study, we report the measured optical performance of BOE through a 300 mm wafer process and modelingdataanalysis. The difference of optical performance between measured data and modeling shows the importance of processcontrol in critical dimensions of optics such as width, height, profile, surface conditions, and alignment accuracy.

Soft robots are challenging to model and control as inherent non-linearities (e.g., elasticity and deformation), often requires complex explicit physics-based analytical modelling (e.g., a priori geometric definitions). While machine learning can be used to learn non-linear control models in a data-driven approach, these models often lack an intuitive internal physical interpretation and representation, limiting dynamical analysis. To address this, this paper presents an approach using Koopman operator theory and deep neural networks to provide a global linear description of the non-linear control systems. Specifically, by globally linearising dynamics, the Koopman operator is analyzed using spectral decomposition to characterises important physics-based interpretations, such as functional growths and oscillations. Experiments in this paper demonstrate this approach for controlling non-linear soft robotics, and shows model outputs are interpretable in the context of spectral analysis.

This study is devoted to the development and application of dataanalysis and visualization software in the process of oil testing, aiming at improving the understanding of underground reservoirs and the accuracy of reservoir development decisions. Through in-depth investigation and analysis of the requirements of geological dataanalysis and visualization, a powerful Oilanalysis software platform is designed and implemented, which can effectively process and analyze various types of geological data and provide intuitive and interactive visual display. The software developed in this study has flexible data import and processing functions, and can handle various geological data types including logging data, seismic data and core analysisdata. At the same time, the software also integrates various dataanalysis and visualization algorithms, including stratigraphic modeling, porosity analysis, seismic exploration profile display and other functions, providing users with comprehensive dataanalysis and display tools. Through the analysis of practical application cases, the practical utility of the software in the process of oil testing is verified, which proves that it has important application value and popularization prospect.
