Electro-optics system engineers often require the 2-D optical point spread function (PSF) to predict a sensor's system level performance. The 2-D PSF is used to compute metrics like detection range and signal to noise (SNR) at the target, or to develop a matched filter algorithm to improve detection performance. Lens designers generate the 2-D optical PSF using optical design tools like CODE-V or Zemax. If the systems engineer needs the PSF data at different field angles, the lens designer has to generate those results again resulting in a cumbersome interaction between these two disciplines. The problem gets exacerbated when going from narrow field of view (NFOV) optics to wide field of view (WFOV) optics where there can be significant differences in the PSF between the on-axis and the off-axis case. This is particularly relevant in the cases of WFOV threat warning and situational awareness infrared sensors where the on-axis Airy-disk model of the PSF is no longer valid for the large off axis angles experienced in those sensors. This paper will present the Zernike Math Model (ZMM) approach to generate 2-D optics PSF outside the lens design platform and move the analysis to a more common scientific/engineering tool that systems engineers use. Once an optical design is completed by the lens designer, its performance can be represented by a unique set of Zernike polynomial coefficients. The ZMM approach will only require the lens designer to provide this set of coefficients once, and the system engineer can then use these data to model the optical PSF performance on and off-axis, using standard engineering analysis tools such as MATLAB or Mathcad. Once the optical PSF is known, it can be transformed into the modulation transfer function (MTF) form and used to model sensor performance. Our approach simplifies the interaction between systems engineering and optical engineering disciplines in helping translate optical performance into system level sensor performance mode

Social systems theory is a research method of social work perspective. The theory emphasizes changing circumstances rather than psychological content. Based on ecosystem theory, this paper uses the perspective of community ecology and interpretive model to carry out practical research. In this paper, social work elements such as service objects, social workers, actions and habitat resources are systematically placed into the ecological niche of “subject”, “companion”, “connection” and “support”. Secondly, this paper makes a further comparative analysis based on four major issues of operability, accountability, relevance and legitimacy in the application process of theory and practice proposed by Payne. Finally, this paper designs the human social work system based on the computer big data. Then this paper introduces the process of system design and implementation by using UML design idea, integrating business function integration, information resource integration, business process integration and other elements. The practical results show that the system has achieved good application effect.

This article aims to present an analysis of the perception of human fatigue as a contributing factor in the operational performance of operators working in air traffic control in uninterrupted twenty-four-hour shifts. For this study to be possible, the methodology was used through exploratory-explanatory research, of an applied nature, with a quantitative approach, using the following sources as a data collection technique: document analysis of the Air Force Command, national and international organizations, brainstorming with specialists in psychology, investigation, and prevention of aeronautical accidents, and air traffic control. A survey was applied to contain 13 objective questions to collect information related to human fatigue that impacts operational performance through the perception of operators who work in operational bodies. As a result, obtained through the 108 responses, the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was applied, which revealed that, according to the perception of the interviewees, the model explains the operational performance in 34.7 %, alertness by 29.9%, and reaction time by 31.2%. Thus, it is expected that from this research, the proposed suggestions related to the variables will be implemented to preserve the professional's health and operational safety.

This paper proposes a new method of monotonicity, which is used to solve the overfitting problem of the Long-Short-Term Memory (LSTM) model. The main contribution of this paper is applying the monotonicity as priori knowledge to the modelingprocess. This study uses scatter plots to describe bivariate variables and the Spearman coefficient to extract the monotonicity of data. To exclude most noise point, the scatter diagram is filtered by a binary 0–1 liner program. Base on the monotonicity of data have known, an optimization problem with constraint is proposed to obtain the LSTM neural network model. An experiment of ethylene cracking show that the proposed method can achieve a good predicting performance and less overfitting effects.

Methanol reforming fuel cells (MRFCs) remains a promising innovation towards the establishment of sustainable energy production. This is evident in the fact that MRFC plays a critical role in the offering of low environmental impacts while increasing the element of energy efficiency. Notably, a series of optimal operations significantly hamper the process of thermal management, a factor that is challenged by the intricate systemic interactions and dynamic operational conditions. This therefore establishes that the traditional control models have widely fallen short in significantly addressing such complexities. This article therefore seeks to integrate the prospects of intelligent control and decision support systems in the thermal integration and management of methanol reforming fuel cells. Harnessing systems and advanced algorithms that include fuzzy logic and neural networks plays a critical role in enabling real-time analysis of the systems sensory data, a factor that facilitates the adaptive control and predictive modeling of the process. Further, findings from the article established that the integration of intelligent control and decision support systems promises an enhanced reliability, efficiency, and performance of the MRFC process.
