This paper proposes a research method of urban environment design and renewal simulation model based on virtual reality technology, aiming to improve the efficiency and accuracy of urban planning and renewal process. This method takes point cloud dataprocessing as the core technology, combines advanced 3D modeling and virtual reality technology, and constructs a high-precision urban environment simulation system. The system includes key modules such as data acquisition, optimization algorithm design, model construction, simulation verification and interactive operation. Among them, through the improved point cloud dataprocessing algorithm, the rapid reconstruction of complex urban spatial structure is realized, and efficient 3D rendering and large-scale scene simulation are supported. dataanalysis of multiple actual urban scenes shows that this method has excellent performance in various environments. The simulation system supports accurate visual comparison of different urban design schemes, interactive scene adjustment through real-time dynamic operation, and quantitative evaluation of design results. Experimental data show that the system can control the simulation error within 5% in multiple urban renewal scenarios; the dataprocessing efficiency is improved by about 30% compared with traditional methods, and the 3D reconstruction time is shortened to 70% of the original.

Two dimensional (2D) NAND has been used in applications such as industrial control systems and automotive electronics. Manufacturers working on further scale traditional planar NAND face significant challenges in processing high aspect ratio (HAR) structures. This paper focuses on the gate etch process of 2D NAND, presenting findings from a systematic investigation conducted using SEMulator3D ® , a 3D predictive modeling software. The analysis reveals that the formation mechanisms of two primary defects during the gate etch, active area (AA) pitting and fence defects, are intricately linked to the control of oxide-nitride-oxide (ONO) spacer height in the control gate (CG), ONO and floating gate (FG) etch processes. Furthermore, the defect process window is explored, highlighting the critical importance of both ONO/poly selectivity and poly etch amount control. Ensuring a proper balance is essential for managing spacer height effectively. During actual gate etch process tuning, pattern loading emerges as the most challenging issue, including the trade-offs between pitting, fencing and profile loading across different patterns. Effective strategies have been implemented to optimize the process window. The findings of this investigation not only reveal the key lesson learned for the control of AA pitting and fence defects, but also provide guidance for appropriate gate etch recipe design and process window optimization.
Visual and dimensional inspection is widely used in the search for external weld defects that locate on the surface of welded joints. Such inspections are carried out by trained specialists whereas computer vision-bas...

We combine the local model network algorithm Rectified Linear Unit based Local Linear Model Tree (ReLU-MoT) with recently developed tools for differentiable solution of (neural) ordinary differential equations (ODEs). The result is a model for system identification, which allows for straight-forward inclusion of prior knowledge about the underlying physical process. By applying the model to a well-known Wiener-Hammerstein system identification benchmark data set, we show how the inclusion of prior knowledge can improve model quality, interpretability, memory footprint and system analysis of the trained model. Our models compare favorably to existing local model networks on this benchmark, both with and without the inclusion of prior knowledge.

The performance degradation of some key components is unavoidable in some electromechanical systems. To improve the system reliability and running quality, this work proposes a compensation control strategy for the key component according to the principle of the similarity between mechanical and other system, such as electrical systems. It is assumed that the degradation process of the key component follows Wiener process, and the explicit expression of the degradation model for the compensated system is an Ito process and obtained based on the model assumptions. According to the analysis results of the degradation model and numerical example, the proposed control strategy enables the key component to remain an output close to that of the new component before failure, and the gap between the new and compensated component is closely related to the parameters of the feedback loop. The results theoretically analyze the running principle of the compensation control strategy and provide theoretical support for further research on the reliability and maintenance modeling.
