Analyzed the overall system reliability by coupling the effects of multi-physical field conditions. Proposed a method of finite element multi-physical fields whole-processanalysis for soldered printed circuit board assemblies of various devices (BGA, CGA, QFP, SOP, DIP). The calculation is completed through the ANSYS platform, coupling multi-physical fields finite element simulation contains electric magnetic-thermal-vibration fields. The lowest free energy principle of free liquid surface is introduced to calculate the surface morphology evolution of solder joints. Solidify surface files formed by the morphology simulation, improved the accuracy of the finite element three-dimensional model successfully. Decoupled of multi-physical fields processes by applying magneto-electric fields' thermal and force effects to thermal cycling and vibration analysis, achieved full fields coupled finite analysis. Life prediction was carried out using the mechanical properties obtained from the above finite element calculations through three-interval model, obtained life expectancy results for different types of devices.

Robotic systems are widely adopted in various application scenarios. A very complex task for developers is the analysis of robotic systems' behavior, which is required to ensure trustworthy interaction with the surrounding environment. Available analysis techniques, like field tests, depend on human observations, while automated techniques, like formal analysis, suffer from the complexity of the systems. Recent works show the applicability of process mining for the analysis of event data generated by robots to increase the understanding of system behavior. However, robots produce data at such a low granularity that process mining cannot provide a meaningful description of the system's behavior. We tackle this problem by proposing a process mining-based methodology to prepare and analyze the data coming from the execution of a robotic system. The methodology supports the system developer in producing an event log compliant with process mining techniques and is used to analyze multiple perspectives of robots' behavior. We implemented the methodology in a tool supporting its phases. We use the tool on a robotic smart agriculture scenario to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of the methodology.

This paper presents an approach to analyze the aging process of a solid oxide fuel cell. For this purpose, the current-voltage characteristic is employed as a suitable model to characterize the electrical behavior and the performance of fuel cells. Since this characteristic directly reflects the aging process, a parameter-dependent static ansatz is established that approximates the current-voltage characteristic. A thorough analysis is supported by a visualization of possible parametric changes and their impact on the electrical behavior. Using two exemplary data sets of an existing test rig, time-dependent variations of these parameters are identified to model the aging process properly. Thereby, a prediction becomes possible, which is shown exemplary for available test rig data. The authors want to emphasize that the proposed approach is applicable to other types of fuel cells and larger data sets with more measurement points over time.

Fault detection and fault identification are consecutive steps of multivariate statistical process monitoring. In recent years, increasing attention has been paid to process dynamics. For dynamic processmodeling, canonical variate analysis (CVA) extracts process dynamics effectively. However, process noises are not well analyzed in traditional CVA and corresponding fault identification methods are less studied. To solve these issues, a variational Bayesian CVA (VBCVA) model is proposed for dynamic process monitoring. Through a probabilistic perspective, the inevitable noises in realistic industrial processes can be captured in the new model. Moreover, the proposed model is further extended in the variational Bayesian framework to overcome the common problems in probabilistic methods. Besides, an improved fault identification approach based on fault relevance is introduced, which avoids the smearing effect caused by data reconstruction. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed process monitoring scheme is verified on the TE benchmark and a real wastewater treatment process.

With the development of global navigation systems, satellite constellation autonomous navigation systems have encountered several challenges in practical applications, including the quality assessment of observational data and the effective integration of different data sources. To address the issue of observational data quality assessment, this paper proposes a satellite constellation autonomous optical navigation fusion positioning method. The method optimizes the data fusion process by establishing an observational data quality assessment mechanism. First, the relationship between system observability and observable quantities is analyzed. By assessing the observability of each set of observational data, corresponding weights are assigned to different observational data. Through a weighted fusion approach, all observational data are comprehensively utilized to accurately determine the satellite's position. Finally, simulation results of fusion positioning in a simulated low Earth orbit satellite constellation are presented, demonstrating the effectiveness of this method in improving positioning accuracy and dealing with poor observational conditions or suboptimal data quality.
