In the modeling of hybrid vehicle, the neural network model in this paper can optimize the actual measurement and data parameter analysis of the engine by using GT software on the PC side. In the modeling process of hybrid vehicle engine, the basic model is established first, and the output torque and running power of the basic model are optimized after testing, so as to reduce the error of true value, and the dynamic performance of hybrid locomotive is calculated by using the neural network model. Starting from the era background of the continuous improvement of the performance of hybrid vehicles, this paper analyzes and studies the modeling and model verification of L hybrid vehicles, builds the test data results of the hybrid vehicle model, and studies its control strategy by analyzing the hybrid vehicle power system. © 2022 SPIE.

This study proposes a modeling optimization method based on three-dimensional graphics for the modeling problem of complex geometric structures in the intelligent construction process. This method uses the Marching Cubes algorithm to efficiently generate meshes for the target structure. The complex geometric structure is decomposed into multiple cubic units, and then the model is reconstructed based on boundary judgment and interpolation operations. The system design includes an algorithm optimization module, a three-dimensional graphics rendering module, and a model simulation module to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of modeling. In the simulation process, the advantages of this method in terms of accuracy and real-time performance were verified by comparing indicators such as surface reconstruction error, mesh generation speed, and data processing efficiency of different models. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce the error rate in the modeling process, while improving the stability and reliability of data processing, laying a solid foundation for the digitization and automation of intelligent construction. data analysis shows that this method can improve the computational efficiency by about 30% and control the error within 0.5%, significantly enhancing the application potential of three-dimensional graphics in intelligent construction.

controlling wind kites requires accurate models, both for safe operation, as well as for thrust maximization. To this end, we present a trajectory tracking model predictive control (MPC) approach in combination with Gaussian processes for model learning. Since perfect prediction models are usually unavailable, we use a hybrid model approach consisting of a physical base model extended by Gaussian processes that learn the model-plant mismatch. This allows for the computation of optimized improved reference trajectories, compared to the nominal model case. We furthermore outline an online-learning trajectory tracking MPC approach, which updates the process model recursively taking new measurements into account if the prediction error becomes too large. In simulations we show that even for large model-plant mismatches correct and safe operation can be achieved using the hybrid model in the MPC.

Today, accelerated growth has led to unprecedented growth in urban areas. Indeed, the demographic explosion has become a problem for urban planners because it makes it necessary to frequently update land use and occupancy maps. To overcome the difficulties of urban planning, it is necessary to implement a geographic information system (GIS) as the main tool in planning operations and satellite data. GIS and satellite imagery can support the urban planning process by enabling the storage, manipulation, and analysis of data valid for planning, and decision making. The objective of our paper is to present an overview of the different approaches and advanced methods of spatial analysis and machine learning applied in the field of urban planning. Then, we cited the different sources of satellite data, and we have demonstrated the usefulness of integrating remote sensing with GIS and the different multispectral indices that allow the extraction of urban characteristics and are designed to improve satellite imagery to introduce new urban classification schemes. The researchers' results showed that the implementation of GIS in urban planning can improve the result based on the quality of the urban planning process, save time, and the data can be obtained faster. © 2022 IEEE.

The digitalization of the modern economy requires taking into account the properties of poorly formalized phenomena and situations in the financial sector, which affect the decision-making process. The decision-making process is influenced by under formalization of certain phenomena and problem situations, as well as various kinds of interactions in finance. analysis and assessment of semi-structured problem situations and hybrid influences on the decision-making process dictate the need to study various kinds of relationships in finance, which necessitates the creation of a decision support system in finance in the form of a digital twin−end-to-end management technologies. The use of these technologies using a systematic approach based on logical-linguistic modeling of the decision-making process through cyber-physical technologies allows us to consider the decision-making process in an integrated, structural and systematic way within the subject area, ensuring the maintenance of homeokinetic equilibrium in the system. Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs) have been a major challenge in securing both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) systems. APT is a sophisticated attack that masquerade their actions to navigates around defenses, breach networks, often, over multiple network hosts and evades detection. It also uses "low-and-slow" approach over a long period of time. Resource availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the operational cyber-physical systems (CPS) state and control is highly impacted by the safety and security measures in place. A framework multi-stage detection approach termed "APT(DASAC)" to detect different tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used during various APT steps is proposed. Implementation was carried out in three stages: (i) data input and probing layer - this involves data gathering and pre-processing, (ii) data analysis layer;applies the core process of "APT(DASAC)" to learn the behaviour of attack steps from the sequence data, correlate and link the related output and, (iii) Decision layer;the ensemble probability approach is utilized to integrate the output and make attack prediction. The framework was validated with three different datasets and three case studies. The proposed approach achieved a significant attacks detection capability of 86.36% with loss as 0.32%, demonstrating that attack detection techniques applied that performed well in one domain may not yield the same good result in another domain. This suggests that robustness and resilience of operational systems state to withstand attack and maintain system performance are regulated by the safety and security measures in place, which is specific to the system in question.

Impedance based stability analysis is an effective tool to study broadband oscillation in power system. However, the analytical modeling process of impedance of renewable energy equipment is complex, and the impedance acquisition method based on data measurement has the defects of time-consuming and inconvenience for online measurement. In order to solve the above problems, an impedance identification method based on the joint of knowledge driving and data driving for Doubly-Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) is proposed. First, the small-signal model of DFIG is established based on knowledge-driven, acquiring the variables with nonlinear relationship with sequence impedance. Then, the Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) model is trained based on data driving to realize the identification of DFIG's sequence impedance under multiple operating conditions. Finally, the experiment on CHIL (control-hardware-in-loop) is carried out to verify the accuracy of the XGBoost model. © 2023 IEEE.

In this work, we develop novel machine learning modeling and predictive control techniques for nonlinear chemical systems with asynchronous and delayed measurements in both offline and online data collection. Specifically, Phased Long Short-Term Memory (PLSTM) network is used to learn the process dynamics amidst the irregularities in the data, during the offline training process. The generalization performance of PLSTM is theoretically studied on the basis of statistical machine learning theory to better understand the capabilities of PLSTM models. The PLSTM model is employed to forecast the evolution of states for a Lyapunov-based Model Predictive controller (LMPC) that is designed to account for data loss and delays in real-time implementation. Finally, an application to a benchmark chemical process is adopted to show the effectiveness of PLSTM modeling and predictive control methods.

data-driven modeling has been considered as an attractive approach for fault detection in chemical processes. Of special interest to industry are methods that represent nonlinear phenomena and detect complex faults. In this paper, a semi-supervised deep learning method - deep autoencoder for fault detection in Tennessee Eastman process (TEP) is proposed. The TEP process is a simulated benchmark for evaluating process control and monitoring methods. The performance of the proposed method is evaluated and compared to Principal Component analysis (PCA). The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed optimized five-layers DAE model for fault detection outperforms the standard PCA. Of special importance to real-world applications is its capability for automatic variable selection. In comparison to PCA it demonstrated higher prediction accuracy for most of the generated faults. Deep autoencoder has the potential to become an excellent approach for process monitoring and fault detection in chemical processes. © 2023 Prognostics and Health Management Society.
