This study proposes a method to solve the problem of predicting the coating film thickness of the workpiece, which is called the multi-region segmentation model. First, four types of sensing data contribute 125 features, including Clean, Oven, Painting, and Environment. data preprocessing covers several aspects, such as missing values, outliers, and scales. Then, the key features are extracted and given to the machine learning algorithm to build a model, verify, and test. In addition, the multi-region segmentation model is the main idea and aims to reduce the model from falling into the trap of overfitting when modeling. At the same time, the classifier guides the test data to a more suitable regressor. The experimental results show that the multi-region segmentation model based on the Pearson correlation coefficient has obtained a relatively ideal performance. The RMSE is 15.3724. This is superior to the results submitted for IMBD Competition 2022 and the official standards. In future research work, we will devote ourselves to strengthening the strategy of data pre-processing, and it is expected to improve the model's error. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to research the underwater bubble screen echo, a modeling and simulation method is proposed in this paper. First, the mathematical model of underwater bubble shell is modeled. Second, the simulation experiments are carried out in different working conditions. Finally, the presented model is validated by comparing the spatial-temporal characteristics of the simulation data and the trial data using the space-time adaptive process. © 2022 IEEE.

With the increasingly urgent and arduous task of software development, software engineering development tools that can efficiently respond to the continuous changes in software requirements, rationally plan the software development process, and control the development cost will be widely used in software engineering. In response to actual needs, the supporting tool is designed to meet the system requirements, software requirements and software design and development. First, we use visualization modeling optimization technology of structured analysis and design method to build demand analysis models and system design models;Secondly, the dynamic verification technology of data model logical consistency is adopted to verify the logical consistency of data model in evolution;finally, the verification of the system model is achieved through hierarchical flow diagrams, fully expanded flow diagrams and statistical views. Blast furnace ironmaking is a key process in iron and steel production, and the fuel ratio has an important impact on the smelting efficiency, cost and environmental impact of the blast furnace. This study aims to provide new ideas and method-ological support for the optimized management and control of the blast furnace ironmaking process by exploring the effects of different factors on the fuel ratio. We firstly sorted out the factors affecting the fuel ratio based on the blast furnace process mechanism, and then deeply analyzed the causal relationship of each parameter on the fuel ratio based on the transfer entropy value, and screened out the parameters that did not have a significant effect on the fuel ratio. Taking the remaining key parameters as inputs, the LSTM and GRU models, which can capture time series information, are used to predict the mean and variance of the fuel ratio, respectively, and the two are combined to compute the final fuel ratio, which overcomes the problem of poor model generalization brought by small fluctuations in the training data of fuel ratio. The experimental results show that the convergence speed of the model is significantly improved after parameter screening, and the fuel ratio can be effectively predicted within a certain error range.

Mathematical modeling of biological systems are useful in (i) gaining better understanding about the physiological processes in an organism, (ii) simulating alternative scenarios, (iii) finding targets for improved performance within metabolic engineering context (iv) performing several functional analyses, e.g. identify drug targets (v) process scheduling within the context of industrial biotechnology etc. Increasing the predictive capability of these models is of common interest within systems biology studies which allows identification of more effective and personalized treatment strategies for complex metabolic diseases such as cancer by investigation of disease metabolism and providing correct subtyping and staging. By transforming gene -level information to flux/metabolite level information, current disease state can be analyzed and diagnosis of cancer subtype can be performed using a less invasive methods. In this study, subtyping and staging of lung cancer, that is one of the main causes of cancer related deaths, was performed by integrating publicly available RNAseq data of normal, lung adenoma and adenocarcinomas and lung squamous cell neoplasms to human genome scale metabolic model and classification of obtained flux distributions using linear support vector machine (SVM) classifications. Differential flux analysis and pathway enrichment methods showed that model adequately represented tumour metabolism. SVM classification accuracies were calculated as more than 99% for normal and cancer cells and 94% for adenomas and adenocarcinomas and squamous cell neoplasms, indicating high predictive capability of flux distributions. Based on the theory of process reengineering and internal control combined with the latest RPA and OCR technology, this paper optimizes and reconstructs the intelligent account reimbursement system, intelligent budget system, interactive communication platform and financial sharing system. The system uses SAP HANA view modeling to construct real-time analysis model. In this way, enterprises can meet the real-time data analysis requirements. Finally, the financial early warning model is constructed by data mining algorithm. This helps enterprises identify and reduce financial risks. You find that the intelligent system can realize the electronation of financial data and paperless vouchers. This system can improve the efficiency of financial work and promote the sharing and integration of resources.

Fault diagnosis of equipment in the manufacturing process is particularly important, and it is an indispensable link in intelligent manufacturing. The fault data generated by the equipment during the manufacturing process is often imbalanced. However, modeling and training on imbalanced dataset will result in a very high rate of misclassification. In order to solve this problem, and improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis in the manufacturing process. This paper proposes a multi-stage optimizatied fault diagnosis model based on bayesian optimization, synthetic minority oversampling technique(SMOTE) and stagewise additive modeling using a multi-class exponential loss function(SAMME), namely the BSS model. The multi-stage optimized fault diagnosis model proposed in this paper improves the diagnosis accuracy of imbalanced fault dataset from the aspects of dataset processing, model building and model training. Finally, the results of ultrasonic flowmeter failure diagnosis show that among the various evaluation indicators, the multi-stage optimized fault diagnosis model proposed in this paper is better than the traditional single machine learning model. © 2022 IEEE.

This study explores production quality control based on a sampling inspection model and an expected cost optimization algorithm. First, a sampling inspection model is established, assuming the defect rate follows a binomial distribution. Using z-tests or t-tests, hypotheses are formulated to check whether the defect rate of a batch of parts exceeds the specified threshold. By determining the sample size and conducting power analysis, the model controls Type I errors (rejecting a good batch) and Type ii errors (accepting a defective batch), and simulates the sampling process to decide whether to accept a batch. Next, a cost optimization model is proposed to optimize production inspection and handling decisions. Through dynamic programming and expected cost analysis, the impact of different inspection strategies on total production costs and product quality is quantified. The study simulates six different production conditions. Finally, by comparing the total costs and defect rates of 16 different combinations of inspection and disassembly strategies, the optimal strategy is determined. These strategies include whether to inspect part 1, part 2, and the final product, as well as whether to disassemble defective products. This analysis allows for determining the optimal sample size, accurately screening qualified batches, improving inspection efficiency, reducing misjudgments, and lowering inspection costs and time investment.

In response to the issues caused by unclear knowledge expression during assembly process, an in-depth analysis was conducted on the sources and domain characteristics of fuze assembly process knowledge. Based on this analysis, the assembly process knowledge was categorized using ontology according to its characteristics. Attributes, relationships, and instances were extracted for the domain knowledge of fuze assembly processes, making thorough preparations for constructing the fuze assembly process knowledge model. The ontology for fuze assembly process knowledge was established using ontology modeling tools and the OWL language, creating a unified knowledge description system. Semantic annotation based on ontology was employed to resolve semantic information issues encountered by computers in understanding fuze assembly process knowledge. A knowledge management system for fuze assembly processes was developed using the Django framework, which realized the semanticization of fuze assembly process knowledge and improved retrieval efficiency.

The recent advancements in machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) have significantly expanded opportunities across various fields. While ML is a powerful tool applicable to numerous disciplines, its direct implementation in civil engineering poses challenges. ML models often fail to perform reliably in real-world scenarios due to lack of transparency and explainability during the decision-making process of the algorithm. To address this, physics-based ML models integrate data obtained through a finite element procedure based on the lower bound theorem of limit analysis, ensuring compliance with physical laws described by general nonlinear equations. These models are designed to handle supervised learning tasks while mitigating the effects of data shift. Widely recognized for their applications in disciplines such as fluid dynamics, quantum mechanics, computational resources, and data storage, physics-based ML is increasingly being explored in civil engineering. In this work, a novel methodology that combines machine learning and computational mechanics to evaluate the seismic vulnerability of existing buildings is proposed. Interesting and affordable results are reported in the paper concerning the predictability of limit load of structure through ML approaches. The aim is to provide a practical tool for professionals, enabling efficient maintenance of the built environment and facilitating the organization of interventions in response to natural disasters such as earthquakes.
