Energy data, especially power data, has the advantages of covering a wide range of industries, high value density, and good accuracy, relying on energy big data can widely describe all kinds of terminal production and life activities. However, the privacy computing platforms of various vendors often adopt different technical architectures and algorithm protocols in the early implementation process, which makes the implementation of various platforms have great differences, resulting in the direct interconnection between heterogeneous privacy computing platforms of various organizations. Aiming at the interoperability needs and problems of energy big data privacy computing platforms with different technical architectures, this paper decouple the management plane and data plane of the privacy computing platform, and in accordance with the principle of business priority, proposes a new privacy computing interconnection model of “unified business collaboration component + flexible configuration algorithm engine” suitable for energy big data. Through the design of the east-west and North-South interface framework of the privacy computing platform and the security access principle of the algorithm engine, the whole process control, cross-platform interconnection, and internal and external network penetration modeling and analysis of energy big data collaboration with the outside world are realized, which meets the key data security protection requirements of the State Grid such as distributed computing and storage of data inside and outside the platform. It is of great significance to promote energy big data to empower external institutions such as governments, banks and operators.

Digital twin virtual-real mapping technology is the key to realize seamless connection between the physical world and the digital world. This paper aims to propose a digital twin virtual-real mapping framework based on cloud architecture by in-depth analysis of the advantages of cloud platforms in scalability and high availability, and apply it to the entire manufacturing process of airborne product Power Supply control Unit (PSCU) to build an efficient and reliable digital twin system for PSCU manufacturing. First, a twin model construction method based on point cloud data is proposed to achieve accurate characterization of the full-element twin model of the PSCU manufacturing process, providing a model foundation for digital twin virtual-real mapping. Secondly, a real-time data governance method based on the Internet of Things database (IOTDB) is proposed to achieve efficient real-time acquisition, storage, analysis and fusion of multi-source heterogeneous data of large-scale twin models, providing real-time data for digital twin virtual-real mapping. Thirdly, a digital twin virtual-real mapping method based on the cloud platform is designed. Through real-time data driving, model mapping, behavior mapping and state mapping in the PSCU manufacturing process are realized. And based on virtualization technology, the flexible deployment and application of the digital twin system are realized, making the airborne product manufacturing process transparent and visible.

This article presents an approach for using Multivariate Time Series Classification (MTSC) to determine the basic production phases from the data of a numerical control (NC) of a manufacturing machine. The milling process in a series production of a contract manufacturer in Germany was selected as the use case. The MTSC techniques LSTM, 1D-CNN, and LSTM-FCN were selected for modeling the classification approach. All modeling phases are explained and finally, these techniques are compared with a standard neural network approach that performs classification time-independent. Overall, using 1D-CNN networks showed a clear superiority over the other models.

This study presents a novel two-dimensional statistical pattern analysis (2D-SPA) method, specially designed to address the challenges inherent in monitoring and modeling processes within low-volume, high-quality food manufacturing settings. By ingeniously integrating robust statistical techniques within a two-dimensional sliding window framework, this approach significantly expands the analytical dataset by operating across both batch and time dimensions, effectively overcoming the constraints posed by limited batch sizes. This innovative strategy not only augments the detection and diagnosis capabilities for subtle process deviations and emerging trends but also capitalizes on the dynamic statistical variances observed across batches and over time, thus offering a comprehensive view of the process variability. The application of 2D-SPA is meticulously validated through an industrial case study focused on lactic acid bacteria fermentation, where it demonstrates marked improvements in accuracy and sensitivity for process monitoring. The results underscore the method's potential to significantly enhance quality assurance measures in food batch production.

Computer auditing quality has been defined by results obtained in the process. Meanwhile, multiple studies have been done to enhance it therefore, it continues to be a topic interest and research so it is worth mentioning that its quality relies on trained competent auditors and experts able to develop a process correctly, adapting to clients and to manage auditing inherent risks. According to results from the computer audit, low quality and security levels have been identified in terms of the human, technical and contextual factors, affecting audit quality. The objective of this investigation is to identify metrics and to determine their own corresponding factor applying an exploratory type of research. To achieve such aim, a targeted survey was designed and implemented at the Institute of Internal Auditors of Ecuador since they have the knowledge and expertise in the field. A factor analysis statistics technique was applied to data gathered to verify that it relates to the identified factors as dimensions are reduced, thus the most impacting metrics may assess the quality of computer audits. analysis results yielded a mean score for each one of the assessed metrics, concluding that the technical factor is the most significative since it relates roles and task performance during the auditing process as well as control procedures. Finally, most auditing quality-related issues are mainly the outcome of an inferior management auditing process, therefore it is crucial that collegiate groups and professionals in the field validate the auditing process.

In this paper, a model is proposed to improve the efficiency of IOT and Building Information modeling (BIM) techniques. First, this study uses the Internet of Things technology to achieve real-time monitoring of various equipment, materials, personnel and environment on the construction site, and uses BIM technology to manage the entire life cycle of the construction project, thereby optimizing the project decision-making process and resource allocation. The core part of the system includes an intelligent algorithm based on the combination of sensor data and BIM model, which can analyze various data in project execution in real time, adjust the construction plan and resource allocation in time, and ensure that the project is completed on time and with quality. This paper designed a variety of simulation scenarios for model testing. The simulation results show that the projects using this model have shown significant efficiency improvements in resource utilization, construction period control and cost management. The specific data analysis results show that the average project completion time is shortened by 15 %, resource waste is reduced by 20 %, and cost control accuracy is improved by 18 %.

Recent years have seen a growing interest in investigating visitor engagement in science museums with multimodal learning analytics. Visitor engagement is a multidimensional process that unfolds temporally over the course of a museum visit. In this paper, we introduce a multimodal trajectory analysis framework for modeling visitor engagement with an interactive science exhibit for environmental sustainability. We investigate trajectories of multimodal data captured during visitor interactions with the exhibit through slope-based time series analysis. Utilizing the slopes of the time series representations for each multimodal data channel, we conduct an ablation study to investigate how additional modalities lead to improved accuracy while modeling visitor engagement. We are able to enhance visitor engagement models by accounting for varying levels of visitors' science fascination, a construct integrating science interest, curiosity, and mastery goals. The results suggest that trajectory-based representations of the multimodal visitor data can serve as the foundation for visitor engagement modeling to enhance museum learning experiences.

The state-of-the-art modulation strategy of MMC is closely related to the quality of its output voltage waveform and system loss, and is related to whether the entire MMC system can maintain efficient and stable operation. In fact, all multi-level modulation technologies can be applied in MMC systems. To deal with the challenges, this study proposes a novel neural network-based MMC fault diagnosis (FD) and fault-tolerant efficient control (FTEC) algorithm. First, initial step for the modeling is to conduct the comprehensive analysis of the MMC architecture characteristics and prone faults. In particular, considering the schemes of open circuit (OC) and short circuit (SC) related faults, a model based on recurrent neural network (RNN) is established to extract and classify fault features, and the network structure of deep learning is improved. At the same time, an improved CNN model is applied to process the voltage signal of MMC sub-module. In improved part, efficient Softmax function is used to realize the probability distribution of multi-fault classification. The entire fault detection and analysis framework includes the following points: data collection, data pre-processing, network parameter initialization, fault feature training and classification decision. The experiment uses a self-built MMC simulation model to test the performance. At same time, in specific experiment, high voltage and low voltage are displayed independently to achieve a comprehensive analysis.

As a new type of geographic data source, real 3D models can effectively complement the lack of facade and environmental information in traditional aerial remote sensing data captured from only downward perspective. Currently, there is a comprehensive push for real 3D construction in China. However, there are limited industry standards related to the quality inspection of 3D model outputs, which poses a challenge to ensuring the production quality of real 3D models. This study delves into the principles and workflow of oblique aerial photography for real 3D modeling, particularly focusing on techniques such as joint adjustment of multi-view imagery and dense matching of multi-view images. It identifies and analyzes the critical elements of quality control throughout the entire production process of oblique aerial photography 3D modeling. These elements and their specific impacts on the final product quality are examined one by one, leading to a summary of quality inspection methods for the entire production process. By conducting a qualitative inspection and evaluation of highprecision, large-scale oblique aerial photography real 3D modeling production examples in Shanghai, this study highlights five key advantages and disadvantages of this technology and offers recommendations. These insights provide valuable references for the development of industry standards for the quality inspection of oblique aerial photography real 3D model outputs. Furthermore, they offer a more sophisticated technical means for natural resource investigations, contributing to more precise and efficient natural resource management.

The problem of advanced control systems modeling for feedwater-level control in steam generators of nuclear power plants is considered. To suppress disturbances caused by changes in reactor thermal power and steam flow to the turbine, the control system is built according to the combined principle and includes a dynamic disturbance compensator. Compensator design is carried out on the basis of inverse model control theory. Specialized software for modeling a feedwater control system has been developed, which allows feedback controllers and disturbance compensators to tune and study disturbances’ influence on control process performance. The results of the simulation of the effect of technological disturbances on the deviations of the water level in the steam generator and the pressure at the control feed valve and assessing the degree of their suppression are presented.
