The task scheduling of administrative system makes use of the business transmission of data in the system, which brings an opportunity for the development of electronic administration. The task scheduling technology of administrative system refers to an optimization technology driven by administrative tasks and control requirements, which can eliminate constraint conflicts in the process of administrative system tasks execution and maximize the benefits of administrative system tasks and control by modeling tasks and resources. The decision tree (DT) algorithm is applied to it. The advantages of DT method are high computational efficiency, easy to understand, low computational complexity, and strong advantages for discrete data processing. The advantages and disadvantages of DT can be evaluated from two aspects: the correctness of DT and the testing of the sample library. This article uses the DT algorithm to analyze the task scheduling algorithm of administrative management systems and generate relevant DT. Afterwards, through the analysis of DT, it can help us better understand the key points of evaluation, so as to make more plans for our work and improve work efficiency.

It is a critical issue to accurately calculate and optimize the various performances of a heliostat field. This paper presents a model for calculating the cosine efficiency using vector computation. Subsequently, another model based on ray tracing is established to calculate both the shading and blocking efficiency and receiver interception efficiencies. Lastly, this paper has adopted a graph-theory algorithm to expedite the calculation process of the ray tracing model and has presented an optimization design strategy for a specific heliostat field, which has a radius limit of 350m and is located at a latitude of 39.4°. This have increased its average annual power generation by 31.66% and per square meter power lightly.

Injection molding of polypropylene was conducted using a heating device to control mold surface temperature over time. By varying the temperature and heating times, a significant effect on cavity pressures, temperatures, and morphology distribution in the resulting samples was *** University of Salerno's UNISA code, a simulation model for injection molding, was used to simulate the experimental conditions. This code incorporates a crystallization kinetics model that accounts for the competing formation of spherulites and fibrils from the same amorphous material, considering the effects of temperature, pressure, and flow evolution during different stages of the *** simulation results showed good agreement with experimental data for temperature evolutions within the mold and pressure variations at critical points during the filling, packing, and cooling stages. Additionally, the simulation consistently predicted the formation of a fibrillar layer near the mold wall. Overall, a comprehensive framework for understanding and simulating the injection molding process is provided, with relevant implications for the optimization of manufacturing conditions and improving part quality. © 2024, The Authors. The conditions are fatal and therefore the need for early diagnosis and accurate results to enhance on proper treatment. The modern advances in the field of Deep learning show great promises in automating the analysis of medical images and bringing accuracy to diagnostic levels. In this work, the performance effectiveness of the fine-tuned Xception model for classifying brain tumors based on MRI images is investigated. Using glioma, meningioma, pituitary tumor, the Xception model was fine-tuned as a transfer learning strategy to identify appropriate higher-level features that increases classification quality. To make the model less sensitive to both the image size and its orientation additional preprocessing steps were used: resizing, normalization and data augmentation. The proposed model provided approximately 96% classification accuracy, and it was faster than the standard CNN architectures. While precision, recall, and accuracy, as well as the F1-score, provided better evidence across all classes of the model's accuracy. The approach used in the current work demonstrates the effectiveness of using the Xception model in the diagnosis of brain tumors and the need to reduce the manual interpretation process in clinics. Future work also plans to use the framework in real-time diagnostic systems where a broader application of better medical imaging will be more available to the public.

Massive devices are expected to access Beyond fifth-generation (B5G) networks, establish connections and then request data transmission resources. Both the access efficiency and the data transmission efficiency should be analyzed and optimized. Yet, existing models considered the access process and the data transmission process as two independent processes that do not affect each other, which does not hold in practical networks. To address this open issue, this paper proposes an analytical model for a closed-loop B5G system by establishing a Markov renewal process for characterizing the Radio Resource control (RRC) state transition behavior from the device’s point of view. The processor sharing queueing model is embedded to approximate the variation of data transmission performance regarding the number of connected devices, based on which the mutual effect between the two processes can be further revealed. Our analysis derives key performance metrics (such as access throughput and energy efficiency) as functions of the system parameters (such as traffic rate, access classing barring factor and inactivity timer) in both processes of the B5G system, and verified via extensive simulations.

Microbial fermentation is a typical microbial fermentation process. Microbial bacteria ingest the nutrients of raw materials in the fermentation tank. Under appropriate conditions, enzymes in the body catalyze complex biochemical reactions to produce microorganisms. In order to guarantee the quality of modeling data and meet the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data quality requirements, it needs to preprocess the input and output data. In this paper, the parameter model is solved by the particle swarm algorithm. Updating the parameter value of the next moment in real time constitutes a feedback correction to the prediction model. Theil inequality approach is adopted to test the tracking performance of the above model's adaptive correction method. The Monte Carlo method is applied to generate multiple groups of different kinetic model values, which are substituted into the fermentation kinetic model as the real model parameter values. After the experimental analysis, the measured value of the model established by the method in this paper is closer to the predicted value, which has the effect of feedback correction and optimal control. The external conditions in the fermentation process are optimally controlled to achieve the effects of shortening the production period. It improves the yield of fermentation terminal target products and reduces the consumption of raw materials.

The aim of this study is to explore the application of pneumatic muscles in a humanoid elbow joint, with particular attention to its hysteresis. The performance of pneumatic muscles during joint motion was analyzed Through establishing an experiment on pneumatic muscle output hysteresis and a pneumatic muscle pseudo-elbow joint platform. Pressure sensors and displacement sensors were used in the experiments to monitor and record the joint movement process, and the data were used to determine the hysteresis of the pneumatic muscles in the joint movement process. Through the study of the pneumatic muscle imitating the human elbow joint hysteresis, it was found that the pneumatic muscle has high flexibility and hysteresis, which can better simulate the movement characteristics of the human elbow joint. In this study, The hysteresis of pneumatic muscles imitating the human elbow joint was experimentally verified through isobaric experiments and isometric experiments, and its mechanism was preliminarily analyzed. To improve the accuracy in describing the hysteresis of pneumatic muscles, a new mechanical model is established, along with establishing the force-velocity relationship mimicking the motion process of skeletal muscles. The results show that pneumatic muscles have potential applications in imitating the human elbow joint.

How to effectively predict the manufacturing cost of products in the stage of product development and design is related to the market competitiveness of products, cost control in the stage of production and rapid feedback to customers in the process of order management. Therefore, it has become an important part of enterprise cost management activities and even business decision-making to predict the manufacturing cost of new products in the product design stage. In this paper, the product is taken as the research object, and the product manufacturing cost prediction model based on LS-SVM is constructed, which provides effective basis and information for business decision-making and cost control management. Product modularization and structure decomposition, analysis of the influencing factors of product manufacturing cost and LS-SVM prediction model are put forward, and the research ideas and technical routes are described. The solution and evaluation of the product manufacturing cost prediction model based on LS-SVM are explained. The basic process of LS-SVM prediction model is proposed, and each step is explained. The necessity of the evaluation of the prediction model is analyzed, and the evaluation index and calculation method of the prediction model are explained.

Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) are the most widely used and successful approaches for accomplishing the Facial Expression Recognition (FER) task. However, these technologies appear to have reached a bottleneck since the networks are becoming increasingly complex and heavier, yet the performance improvements remain minimal. The "black box" nature of CNNs makes it challenging to identify and address this crux. This paper aims to address the issue by utilizing the principles of data compression and discriminative representation within a plausible theoretical framework. We are employing an innovative computational framework, drawing inspiration from feedback loop control systems, to develop an interpretable closed-loop transcription model to generate a Linear Discriminative Representation (LDR) for multi-class real-world datasets. This model, comprised of an encoder and decoder that facilitates data mapping between the data space and the feature space, employs the output of the transcription system as feedback or guidance, with the objective of improving the accuracy and efficiency of the transcription process. The optimal LDR is learned jointly for all data classes through a two-player minimax game between the encoder and decoder for the learned representation over a single rate reduction-based objective. The studies conducted on the FER2013 dataset show promising results for the proposed closed-loop formulation. The visual quality of the learned decoder and the classification performance of the encoder are comparable to those of large and complex networks. An accuracy of 70.97% was attained on the FER2013 dataset by applying Principal Component analysis (PCA) to the learned representation.
