The green modern digital intelligent supply chain system is facing constantly changing demands and complex environments in practice, which is of great significance for the iterative upgrade algorithm design of the system. This study aims to propose a design method for the optimal iterative upgrade algorithm of a green modern digital intelligent supply chain system, in order to promote the efficient operation and sustainable development of the supply chain system. Firstly, through comprehensive analysis of various links in the logarithmic intelligent supply chain system, optimization objectives and constraints are determined. Then, based on genetic algorithm, design the optimal iterative upgrade algorithm model for the digital intelligent supply chain system, and optimize the solution space through repeated iterations to find the optimal solution. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed algorithm were verified through simulation experiments. The results of this study will provide decision support for enterprises in designing and optimizing digital intelligence supply chain systems, promoting efficient resource utilization. © COPYRIGHT SPIE. This article presents a line segments-based method for calculating the inertia load generated in the cable release system of vehicle latch systems during vehicle collision accidents. The method is proposed based on the theoretical calculation method recommended by GTR No.1 and provides a concise and effective approach for calculating the inertia force produced by the cable release system. It also considers the friction between the wire rope and conduit to prevent redundant design of the latch system. By extracting the spline curve of the cable in CAD software, points on the cable can be effectively identified to construct line segments. This approach saves time in the design and verification process of automobile door latch systems and allows for iterative analysis. © 2024 SPIE.

As the automotive industry continues to evolve towards electrification, interconnectivity, intellectualization, and sharing, the electronic and electrical architecture within vehicles is increasingly integrating with cloud-based systems. Despite its numerous advantages, SOME/IP, a protocol widely employed in vehicular network systems, is not without its security risks. This paper presents the design of an IDS for SOME/IP based on Suricata, capable of identifying and parsing SOME/IP traffic, scrutinizing various fields, and generating alerts in response to anomalous traffic patterns. Experimental testing was conducted to evaluate the system's ability to detect replay attacks, header anomalies, and SOME/IP-SD feature anomalies. Results indicate that the proposed intrusion detection system can effectively identify these types of attacks, thereby enhancing the security of SOME/IP communications within vehicular environments. © 2024 SPIE.

The Micro-Electro-Mechanical systems Fabry-Perot (MEMS-FP) filter is a pivotal photosensitive component within optical instrumentation, serving an integral role across various optical applications, including frequency selection spectroscopy and spectral analysis. The advent of MEMS-FP technology has significantly contributed to advancements in the optical field, underscoring the necessity for precise pre-fabrication theoretical predictions of device properties through finite element analysis (FEA). Nonetheless, the complexity inherent in three-dimensional modelling of MEMS-FP structures, coupled with the intricate nature of finite element simulations, presents substantial challenges that impede progress in MEMS-FP research. To navigate these challenges, this paper introduces a novel approach employing reinforcement learning (RL) for the automated design of MEMS-FP devices. This method encompasses the development of a Deep Q-Network (DQN) algorithm, the formulation of a tailored reward function, and an innovative strategy for updating the status of MEMS-FP devices. Various designs schemes of MEMS-FP devices can be acquired using MEMS-FP state search. The disparity between the MEMS-FP device design scheme and performance index can be assessed using a reward function. The DQN algorithm is crafted to update the network responsible for predicting Q-values. The agent trained by our method can rapidly calculate the MEMS-FP device design scheme that fulfils a specified performance index when provided with the performance index of the MEMS-FP device. By amalgamating reinforcement learning with MEMS-FP device research, this approach adeptly identifies optimal design configurations that meet specified performance criteria with enhanced precision and efficiency and promote the advancement of MEMS-FP devices. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

By 2050 the number of people over 60 years of age will grow exponentially, the population will be older, and the number of chronic diseases will increase. In this sense, providing technological solutions that help to improve the health and quality of life of chronic patients is essential to adapt to the new times. 17.5 million people die worldwide from cardiovascular diseases. The project shows the design of a system that allows the diagnosis and monitoring of patients suffering from CVD using a device;to develop a non-invasive optical technique that allows the measurement of heart rate to be interpreted using algorithms. The previous version of the low-temperature nuclear heating reactor, rated at 200 MW (NHR200-ii), was primarily dedicated to winter heating, hence limiting its applicability. Furthermore, the previous version of the steam generator within the secondary circuit was vertical and capable only of producing saturated steam. To expand its functionality, a novel superheated steam supply system has been integrated into the secondary circuit to generate superheated steam for an industrial park. This novel system comprises three crucial components: a preheater, a horizontal steam generator, and a superheater. The horizontal steam generator features effective fouling discharge, allowing the coolant in the secondary circuit to be softened water rather than the deionized water used in the previous vertical steam generator. NHR200-ii comprises the primary, intermediate, and secondary circuits. The primary circuit operates via natural circulation under all operating conditions, accompanied by two passive residual heat removal systems designed to extract decay heat after reactor shutdown. These passive residual heat removal systems also rely on natural circulation, with reactor decay heat serving as the heat source and air-cooling towers acting as the cooling mechanism. However, the intermediate and secondary circuits are driven by pumps, generating superheated steam for industrial park use. The pressure in the intermediate circuit is slightly higher than that in the primary circuit, ensuring that no radioactivity would be released into the secondary circuit. The entire system is simulated by using RELAP5 code, achieving rated power conditions by employing design values. The heat transfer between tube and shell sides for the three important heat exchanger is modeled using the 'Heat structure', while a 'Separator' model is utilized atop the horizontal steam generator to separate water and vapor. The straightness of the rail track not only affects the running speed and comfort of the train, but also leads to violent noise and damage to the accelerated train, and even endangers the traffic safety. Therefore, the detection of the rail straightness is crucial to the maintenance of the track. This paper designed a rail straightness detector based on laser displacement sensor. According to the detection requirements of rail straightness, through the design of the detector structure and hardware and software, the manufacturing of the mechanical structure of the experimental prototype and the debugging of the software system were completed. And the detection accuracy of the detector was tested experimentally. The results show that the rail straightness detector has the characteristics of reliable detection performance and many detection points, which provides technical support for the rail straightness detection. © 2024 SPIE.

For future networks to function properly, it is necessary to have synchronized clock and radio frequency carriers for precise positioning and highly dependable, low-latency communications. Multiple RF bands must be accessible by remote units (RUs) and wireless devices. Future 6G infrastructures face the challenge of offering precise clock and timing services to customers in addition to high rate data connections and to have such signals distributed widely across various parts of the network hierarchy. Radio-over-fiber (RoF) systems may be utilised to address such challenge, where RF signals are sent through low loss optical fibers, transmitted on optical carriers or frequency combs and received using broadband photodetectors. This paper deals with such systems, where a filtered optoelectronic frequency comb, with fixed frequency/wavelength spacing is advantageously used. The comb generates synchronized RF tones across a wide bandwidth. The work reported here allows multi-frequency RF signal transmission to several radio units. The study utilises cutting-edge RoF technology to combine optical and electrical signals and transmit them over fibre to radio units. In such RoF systems, however, extracting the desired electrical signal from the multi-frequency signal set suffers from harmonic interference, across a wide frequency band, which depends on the comb generation and the system frequency map particulars. For this work such band ranges from 5 GHz to 40 GHz. The work reported here considers the design and implementation of low-pass and band-pass filter combination for signal extraction and harmonic suppression, thus eliminating undesired harmonics and delivering the desired signals with frequencies at 6.25 GHz and 12.5 GHz. The paper reports the design method and experimental results, showing the efficacy of the techniques proposed. © 2024 IEEE.

To investigate the application effects and value of the refined management system for hospital consumables based on collaborative design of software and hardware, we selected the consumable management data from Shenzhen People's Hospital and divided the management modes into traditional and informatized ones. Through a comparative analysis of order confirmation time, inventory counting time, warehouse expenses, and other aspects, we aim to demonstrate that the refined management system for medical consumables significantly improves the quality and efficiency of hospital consumable management, enhancing the management benefits, social benefits, and economic benefits of medical institutions. © 2024 SPIE.

With the development of cloud computing, the Internet of Things, and other new technologies, people have put forward higher requirements for virtualization product services and management. Based on the SaaS model, this paper analyzes and develops a set of intelligent management systems based on desktop electronic science and technology ecological projects with practical application examples. The system uses the model framework to realize the collaborative control function between devices by studying data interaction and designing a digital virtual ecological product development intelligent system. Users can select the device and resource type of interest, add or download relevant hardware facilities and other information according to their own needs, and also monitor the storage and management resources in the virtual machine in real time. After that, this paper also tests the performance of the system. The test results show that the development efficiency of the digital virtual ecological product development and design intelligent system based on SaaS mode is more than 83%. © 2024 SPIE.
