In order to realize the rapid and stable recognition and automatic tracking of various complex roads by the intelligent vehicles, this paper proposes imageprocessing and cascade Proportion Integration Differentiation (PID) steering and speed control algorithms based on CMOS grayscale cameras in the context of the national college student intelligent vehicle competition. First, the grayscale image of the track is acquired by the grayscale camera. Then, the Otsu method is used to binarize the image, and the information of black boundary guide line is extracted. In order to improve the speed of the race, various track elements in the image are identified and classified, and the deviation between the actual centerline position and the ideal centerline position of the intelligent vehicle is calculated. Third, the discrete incremental cascade PID control algorithm is used to calculate the pulse width modulation (PWM) signal corresponding to the deviation. And the PWM signal is acted on the steering motor through the driving circuit, driving the intelligent vehicle to always drive along the middle road, so as to achieve the purpose of automatic tracking guidance. Experiments prove that the intelligent vehicle of this design can identify complex roads quickly and in a stable way, accurately complete automatic tracking, and obtain higher speed performance.

In order to solve the problem that the speech signal with noise in the communication, the paper proposes a method to reduce the noise of speech signal based on MATLAB & FDAtool. FDAtool is a GUI interface, which has the characteristics of graphic visualization, intuitive and effective to analysis of the system frequency spectrum. By analysis the time and frequency domain characteristics of speech and the noise signal, it makes use of the FDAtool and window functions to design the FIR filter to process the speech signal. The design results show that the combination of window function and FDAtool can effective perform signal processing and reduce the noise.

In the new media environment, the research of video content analysis and recommendation system is particularly important. This paper discusses how to use imageprocessing technology to deeply analyze and accurately recommend film and television content. With the diversification of presentation forms and communication channels of film and television content, the problems of information overload and uneven content quality have become increasingly prominent. This study aims to solve these problems and improve the user experience by constructing a video content analysis and recommendation system based on imageprocessing technology. The system includes four core modules: data acquisition, imageprocessing, content analysis and recommendation algorithm. By integrating imageprocessing, machine learning and recommendation algorithm, the whole process from data acquisition to personalized recommendation is implemented efficiently. The experimental results demonstrate that the hybrid recommendation strategy outperforms single algorithms in various evaluation metrics, including accuracy, recall, F1 score, and Mean Reciprocal Rank (MRR), significantly enhancing the precision of recommendations and user satisfaction. This study not only provides a scientific basis and decision support for content creation, distribution, and marketing in the film and television industry but also lays a solid foundation for building more intelligent film and television content recommendation systems.

This paper applies the original dual algorithm under the relaxed condition to the graph cut problem based on the Potts model, aiming to improve the computational efficiency of the segmentation. According to the previous research results, it is indicated that the original dual algorithm indeed performs better than the previous algorithms in seeking the optimal solution. On this basis, the method in this paper, through the original dual algorithm with relaxation steps, speeds up the search for the optimal solution of the graph cut problem based on the Potts model. We provide details such as the theoretical proof under certain conditions and the specific iterative steps when applying this algorithm in practice. At the same time, we simulate the scenarios where this method is used with different relaxation factors in image segmentation, proving the effectiveness of the relaxation steps and providing guidance for finding the maximum relaxation factor that converges in the future.

In the digital era, imageprocessing technology is crucial for key areas such as security monitoring, medical imaging, and intelligent transport. FPGA-based imageprocessingsystems have become the first choice for design due to their high parallel computing capability and programmability. However, existing FPGA-based imageprocessingsystems often need to compromise on system area and complexity to pursue high real-time and high performance. To this end, this paper proposes a hybrid interconnect architecture that incorporates ShareBus and Crossbar based on the Axi bus. The architecture assigns IP modules to the corresponding sub-interconnect modules according to the speed of the data transfer rate and introduces an arbitration module with weights and a caching mechanism with random access queues. The experimental results demonstrate that the two interconnect submodules, ShareBus and Crossbar, improve the performance by 14.7% and 5.5%, respectively, compared with calling IP, which overall improves the data transmission capability and reduces the complexity, achieves efficient management and scheduling, and provides a new way of thinking for optimizing the performance of the imageprocessing system.
