By using the cloud computing platform that has achieved excellent commercial results to perform parallel classification processing of massive remote sensing data, it can meet the requirements of improving the parallel processing efficiency of massive remote sensing data. The purpose of this paper is to study the application of distributed cloud computing architecture in hyperspectral remote sensing image classification based on big data. The related technologies of cloud computing are expounded, and the model of SCSRC, a sparse representation classification method based on spatial correlation constraints, is proposed. By analyzing the principle and solution method of SCSRC model, a distributed classification algorithm DP-SCSRC based on spatial correlation constraint sparse representation is proposed on the Spark platform, and the following optimization methods are designed for the core steps. Finally, through experiments with different computing nodes and different amounts of computing data, it is proved that the DP-SCSRC algorithm has a good distributed speedup ratio and data scalability under the premise of ensuring the classification accuracy. © 2022 IEEE.

The paper presents a family of novel light blob shape descriptors for use in selected active safety algorithms used in Advanced Driver Assistance systems (ADAS). One of the motivations was to obtain a descriptor that would ensure low computational complexity. This makes it easy to implement both in software and hardware. One assumption is that the location of the center of a given light spot is approximately known. The principle of its operation is then to count white pixels in selected directions, starting from this central point. A key issue here is an efficient way of determining indexes of particular pixels belonging to the image patch, as well as the location of points representing places where the white area turns into black. In the case of a hardware implementation, this can be done using a parallel circuit operating in asynchronous mode, without the need for a control clock. © 2023 IEEE.

Aiming at the problems of high complexity and difficult deployment of sea surface ship model, a small target detection model based on YOLOv8 algorithm is proposed in this paper. In addition, Wise-IoU loss function is introduced, and Ghost convolution is used to replace the common convolution in the traditional algorithm. The experimental results on sea-ships data set show that compared with the original network, the detection accuracy is reduced by 1.3%, the number is reduced by 42.9%, and the floating point computation is reduced by 38.3%, which realizes the lightweight model.

In the low elevation angle height measurement problem of a very-high-frequency (VHF) radar, beamspace (BS) processing can reduce the computational complexity of classical angle estimation algorithms and lower the complexity of the radar system through dimensionality reduction. However, when the target is at low altitude, the angle measurement performance of classical BS direction of arrival estimation (DOA) algorithms will decrease due to the influence of strong coherent multipath signals. Therefore, we proposes a beamspace angle estimation algorithm based on deep neural network (DNN). The algorithm uses deep neural network to learn the potential features of beam domain signals and reconstructs the BS covariance matrix by enhancing the direct wave signal features. The simulation results and measured data show that compared with general classical physics-driven algorithms, this method not only reduces the complexity of radar systems, but also has higher DOA estimation accuracy and good adaptability to array defects.

In this research, we propose a new multi-channel adaptive filtering method with low complexity and optimized convergence rate. The basic strategy behind the proposed algorithm is to generalize the decorrelation technique used in FNLMS algorithm to the multi-channel case by estimating the prediction parameters for each channel to decorrelate the multi-channel input signals. In simulation we confirm the high performances of the proposed algorithm with comparison of the two dimensions multi-channel Affine Projection (multi-channel APA) and the multi-channel Normalized Least Mean Square (multi-channel NLMS) algorithms.

This work introduces a calibration algorithm designed to improve high-precision imaging in real-time MIMO radar systems. The algorithm applies the Inverse Fourier Transform (IFFT) and advanced signal processing techniques to efficiently extract and process key data from raw measurements, focusing on critical Regions Of Interest (ROI) while filtering out unnecessary information. A robust phase correction mechanism ensures precise calibration and alignment, preventing phase errors that could otherwise lower image quality. The algorithm provides an effective balance between computational efficiency and the high accuracy required by modern MIMO radars, paving the way for further improvements in real-time imaging.

In the design of conventional single-bit receivers, a high error rate is often observed due to interpolation direction errors near the quantized frequency points caused by the Rife algorithm. To address this issue, this study proposes an optimization technique using a mean filter. By integrating this technique with single-bit quantization and approximate kernel fast Fourier transform (FFT), a 38.4Gbps ultra-wideband single-bit digital receiver based on a single-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and field-programmable gate array (FPGA) is designed. Subsequent MATLAB simulation and FPGA validation demonstrate that this receiver can reduce the frequency measurement error to within 3MHz, meeting the real-time or near real-time frequency measurement requirements for electronic warfare applications.

This paper discusses the frontier exploration and application prospect of image recognition technology based on deep learning. Firstly, the application and importance of deep learning in the field of image recognition are introduced, and then the selection and construction of deep learning models are deeply studied, and a competitive image recognition model is constructed through a variety of research methods and experimental verification. This paper also focuses on the challenges existing in image recognition tasks, such as image recognition and image data processing in complex scenes, and proposes future research directions. Overall, this paper provides a useful reference for research and practice in related fields, and demonstrates the cutting-edge achievements and potential applications of deep learning in the field of image recognition. The image recognition technology based on deep learning has achieved remarkable results in the research, successfully realized the efficient recognition of complex images, and demonstrated amazing performance on a variety of datasets. By optimizing the structure and parameters of the model, the convergence speed and recognition accuracy of the model were improved. At the same time, the challenges and limitations of the model in practical application are also concerned, such as generalization ability, robustness, and computational complexity. In the future, we will continue to explore new algorithms and technologies to improve the performance and stability of deep learning models in image recognition tasks.

Nonlinear dynamical systems exist widely in nature and engineering fields, and the study of their dynamic behavior characteristics such as oscillation, chaos and bifurcation is still a hot topic in academic circles. The chaotic state of nonlinear dynamic system can be judged by images. Dynamics problems usually involve the interaction of multiple variables and complex nonlinear relationships, which may not be well dealt with by traditional statistical methods. The impulsive neural network and brain-like intelligence have the advantages of self-adaptability, nonlinear processing ability and parallel computing ability, and can deal with these complex dynamic problems better. In this paper, a mixed spiking neural network is adopted to classify dynamic system images, and an image-based mixed spiking neural network classification and prediction model is established. The performance of the model is analyzed by using nonlinear dynamic system cases, and the model generation parameters are modified to realize the classification and prediction of nonlinear dynamic system. This scheme has the characteristics of low complexity and strong anti-noise ability, and can play an important role in production and life. © 2023 IEEE.

Efficient and accurate extraction of image features is essential for ensuring high-performance information transmission in intelligent reading systems. This paper introduces a computer-assisted method for intelligent image feature extraction, specifically focusing on the Low-Rank Representation (LRR) approach. The study addresses challenges presented by noisy and diverse character or image data encountered in real-world scenarios. By employing LRR, the accuracy of image extraction, which includes object recognition and scene understanding, is significantly enhanced. Subsequently, the proposed techniques for intelligent image feature extraction undergo comprehensive evaluation, assessing both effectiveness and versatility through extensive experiment verifications. The experimental results validate the efficacy of the proposed method and demonstrate its superior image content extraction accuracy compared to existing methods. This proposed method provides crucial assistance to high-performance intelligent reading systems, thereby enhancing its applicability for potential consumers.
