In recent times, the crops as well as the agriculture management is one of the important field to watch out, therefore the image processing business provide more benefit to the crops along with support precaution needs. In this research, an adaptive Kookaburra Optimization Algorithm (Adaptive KOA) is implemented for leaf disease classification using hyperspectral images for Sustainable Agriculture in *** first, the IoT modelis replicated and the routing is conductedto transmit the data from source to the Base Station (BS). Moreover, in BS the following steps are conducted. The input hyperspectral image (HSI)is subjected to a band selection module. The band selection is done using the implemented Adaptive Kookaburra Optimization Algorithm (Adaptive KOA). The developed Adaptive KOA is devised by incorporating Adaptive concept with Kookaburra Optimization Algorithm (KOA). The Selected bands are fed into the leaf segmentation module, where the Deep Embedded Clustering (DEC) technique is utilized for segmentation. Fusion of segmented image from different bands is carried out by the majority voting method. Finally, Leaf disease classification is carried out based on the 3D-Convolutional Neural Network (3DCNN) into normal and abnormal cases. The developed Adaptive KOA-3DCNN method has the maximum value for accuracy as 0.917%, highest value for True negative rate(TNR)as 0.927%, highest value for True positive rate (TPR) as 0.907%.

This research provides a revolutionary artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud-based system for assessing the severity of sports injuries in real time and tracking healing progress. The objective is to develop an AI and Cloud-based system for evaluating sports injuries in real time, providing accurate severity assessment, recovery tracking, and personalised treatment recommendations with powerful Natural Language processing (NLP) and image analysis algorithms. The proposed method uses modern NLP and deep learning-based image analysis algorithms to process and analyze data from a variety of sources, such as IoT-enabled wearable devices, medical reports, and athlete feedback. NLP is used to extract useful insights from unstructured text, while image analysis finds damage patterns in medical images. By combining these technologies with cloud computing, the system provides a scalable and economical solution for real-time injury assessment, including personalized rehabilitation programs and predictive modelling. AI enables automated, data-driven decision-making, which reduces human error while increasing diagnostic speed and accuracy. Future study will look at the addition of more AI algorithms, expanding the dataset to include more injury kinds, and improving the system's real-time feedback capability. This method aims to transform sports injury care and recovery optimization.

Aiming at the inefficiency of traditional protection systems in distribution network line faults, a distribution network line current automatic differential protection method based on DTW algorithm and phase characteristics is proposed. Firstly, a device framework integrating data acquisition, digital processing, and protection algorithms was designed to achieve precise processing and discrimination of fault currents and voltages. In terms of fault detection mechanism, differential protection criterion is introduced, which extracts current amplitude and phase characteristics, and uses line fault direction diagram to accurately locate the fault location and evaluate its severity. Innovatively applying the DTW algorithm allows for adaptive adjustment of the timeline length based on data features, thereby optimizing the similarity between data collection points and significantly improving the accuracy of fault feature recognition. By using the DTW distance as the objective function, this method can accurately calculate the position of short-circuit points, grounding resistance value, and fault phase current amplitude, effectively improving the reliability and efficiency of distribution network line protection. The simulation results have verified the improved protection effect of this method in terms of amplitude and phase difference, demonstrating the characteristics of rapid response and efficient action. Even in the case of frequent faults, its efficient performance can still be maintained.

Multi modal medical image fusion in, for instance, combining information from computed tomography (CT) scans, positron emission tomography (PET) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) into one single dataset, improves the accuracy of diagnostics due to atomistic and functional details of the images. In this paper, the role, importance, and effect of method noise in multi-modal medical image fusion, is considered to assess and improve fusion algorithms. The effectiveness of an algorithm can be determined in terms of its efficacy at preserving salient image content and removing unwanted artifacts while maintaining the former, which is defined by method noise, the residual noise after image processing. In this paper, I review the theoretical basis of method noise, discuss its function in both fusion and denoising processes, and discuss its practical and conceptual implications, showing its importance for quality assessment and algorithm refinement. We apply method noise to the Non-Subsampled Shearlet Transform (NSST) to demonstrate application in multi-modal medical image fusion. Comparative experiments using NSST based fusion with /without method noise demonstrate significantly different visual clarity and quantitative metrics as measured with different metrics. Results show that method noise both maintains image integrity by preventing detail loss and aids in the integration of complementary detail from different modalities. The need for method noise in advancing image fusion techniques is emphasized in this paper, and a framework for future research and application of fusion in diagnostic imaging is presented.

The growing importance of depth and dimension estimation in robotics, autonomous vehicles, and construction industries highlights the need for accurate environmental perception. Monocular depth-based cameras face challenges such as scale ambiguity and data scarcity, making precise distance measurements difficult. Stereo-vision setups provide improved scene information, thereby reducing the error rate. Deriving depth from stereo images using a Pseudo-LIDAR based approach enhances depth data. Pixel-to-length conversion from this depth information enables precise dimension estimation of objects. Developing a computer vision algorithm that calculates pixel-to-length ratios at various distances and adjusting for calibration discrepancies will streamline decision-making in autonomous systems, improving efficiency across industrial operations.

This paper puts forward a kind of digital protection system based on VR, which uses 3D modeling and dynamic rendering to provide high quality digital protection and exhibition platform. First, the cultural heritage landscape is modeled with high precision through laser scanning and drone photogrammetry technology to obtain three-dimensional point cloud data. Subsequently, an efficient dynamic rendering algorithm is designed, which can enhance the realism and immersion of the landscape by simulating physical properties such as lighting, shadows, reflection and refraction. To ensure that the system can still run smoothly under high load, image processing optimization technology is used to stabilize the rendering frame rate at more than 60 frames per second and perform well under multiple dynamic scenes switching. At last, the paper builds a virtual reality simulation environment based on Unity and Unreal Engine. The experiment shows that the system can reconstruct the cultural heritage scene exactly, the rendering effect is high, and the user experience rate reaches 92%.

Thermography is an innovative technique that creates a heatmap of different portions of the human body by using infrared (IR) radiation where color scales vary for various temperature regions. This work's scope aims to extend thermal imaging applications with machine learning algorithms in conjunction with Azure API services to analyze thermal images and return a preliminary diagnosis. The project consists of generating heatmaps for better visualization results, analyzing them through image processing techniques, and feeding the information to Azure’s Custom Vision API to detect anomalies and classify health conditions and finally producing a proper report. This research allows individuals and healthcare professionals to have a quick, non-invasive diagnostic tool that empowers health monitoring and preventive care. It combines the capabilities of contemporary technologies with uses directed toward health practice, leading to inimical patient outcomes and true practices.

The continuous advancement of modern integrated circuits has facilitated the emergence of three-dimensional Networks-on-Chip (3D NoC), characterized by their direct vertical inter-layer electrical connections, which significantly enhance interconnect density. The performance and efficiency of 3D NoC architectures are jointly influenced by routing algorithms and router microarchitectures, which exhibit a symbiotic and complementary relationship. Routing algorithms are instrumental in determining the pathways for data packet transmission, profoundly influencing network latency, throughput, and reliability. Meanwhile, the router executes these algorithms, optimizing overall system efficiency through judicious resource allocation and effective data processing management. In this survey, we categorize routing algorithms according to various criteria, providing a detailed analysis of oblivious, adaptive, and hybrid oblivious-adaptive algorithms based on their degrees of adaptivity. Furthermore, we examine router microarchitectures, classifying them into buffered, bufferless, and hybrid buffered-bufferless designs, depending on whether buffering mechanisms are employed. This survey offers a comprehensive analysis of the co-evolution and co-design of routing algorithms and router microarchitectures, emphasizing that the alignment of an optimal routing algorithm with the appropriate microarchitecture is critical for better 3D NoC performance. © 2025 Elsevier B.V.

Real-time video analytics (VA) presents challenges due to its computational intensity and latency sensitivity, especially when processed on mobile devices with limited local resources. We propose to offload VA tasks to edge servers with diverse computational capabilities. We present a "detect + track" approach with on-device object tracking and edge-assisted object detection. We formulate a long-term nonlinear integer programming to maximize the overall accuracy within detection frequency and latency constraints. We then design a queue-based online optimization algorithm to solve it: relax the original problem from the integer domain to the real domain, then employ a queue-based adaptation and randomized rounding strategy. Via rigorous proof, both dynamic regret regarding detection accuracy and the real-time requirement are ensured. Evaluation results also demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach.
