Aiming at the limitations of traditional image recognition algorithms in the design of human resource management system, a design scheme of resource management system based on ant colony algorithm was proposed. Firstly, the influencing factors is accurately located through the colony foraging theory, and the indicators is reasonably divided to reduce interference, and the ant colony algorithm is used to construct the design scheme of the resource management system. Experimental results show that under certain evaluation criteria, the proposed scheme is superior to the traditional image recognition algorithm in terms of the design accuracy of the resource management system and the processing time of influencing factors, and has obvious advantages. The design of resource management system plays an extremely important role in human resources, which can accurately predict and optimize the growth characteristics and product generation of human resources. However, traditional image recognition algorithms have certain limitations in solving resource management simulation problems, especially when dealing with complex problems. In this paper, a resource management system design scheme based on ant colony algorithm is proposed to better solve this problem. In this scheme, the influencing factors were accurately located through the swarm foraging theory, so as to determine the division of indicators, and the ant colony algorithm was used to construct the scheme. Experimental results show that under certain evaluation criteria, the accuracy and speed of the scheme is significantly improved for different problems, and it has better performance. Therefore, the simulation scheme based on ant colony algorithm in the design of human resource management system can better solve the limitations of traditional image recognition algorithms and improve the simulation accuracy and efficiency. © 2024 IEEE.

In order to solve the problem of difficulty in segmenting the foreground of lawn weed images due to the similarity between the foreground and background grayscale, this paper proposes a Retinex enhancement algorithm based on local density fusion. Firstly, image preprocessing is completed based on local variance to realize prominent image foreground and smooth cluttered background;Secondly, using multi threshold segmentation and operational differentiation, pixels are divided into three categories: foreground, background, and pixels to be subdivided. Local density is used to extract spatial information of pixels to be subdivided;Finally, the sigmoid function is used to optimize the reflection component grayscale transformation coefficient, achieving the fusion of local density information and obtaining the final image. The results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper expands the gray difference between weeds and lawn grass while suppressing background noise;Compared with other enhancement algorithms, the peak signal-to-noise ratio, average running time, and segmentation accuracy have all been improved greatly. At the same time, through image analysis, it has been found that the algorithm results in occasional problems of uneven brightness and over segmentation of fine leaf weeds in the image. In response to these two problems, this article finally proposes two corresponding optimization measures, namely global brightness adjustment based on a new adaptive gamma function and Retinex reflection component saturation adjustment based on AHE. © 2024 SPIE.

This study focuses on enhancing the security of image transmission in Networking systems of Artificial Intelligence (NSAI) by implementing an advanced encryption algorithm (AEA) based on chaotic algorithms. The research begins by exploring the fundamental concepts, structures, and practical applications of NSAI. It then introduces the development of the AEA, specifically designed to safeguard image data during transmission. The methodology involves integrating a chaotic algorithm into the encryption and decryption processes, thereby improving the confidentiality and integrity of the images. Additionally, an encryption protocol consistent with NSAI specifications is developed to further enhance the security of transmitted images. Through simulations, the AEA demonstrates exceptional performance, with minimal errors, high accuracy, and outstanding efficiency in encryption tasks. Overall, this study concludes that the AEA represents a significant advancement in securing image transmission within NSAI, providing robust protection for future applications. © 2023 IEEE.

Palmprint recognition has gained increased attention as a novel biometric technology. Nonetheless, it faces a challenge in security as individuals may be able to forge palmprints for malicious purposes. To address this, it is essential to conduct palmprint anti-spoofing detection. Currently, there is a lack of datasets and algorithms in this field. In this paper, we construct a novel, large-scale palmprint attack dataset. Furthermore, we introduce domain generalization into the palmprint anti-spoofing realm. Domain-adversarial training and online triplet mining methods are proposed to enhance generalizability performance for unseen target domains. Experimental results show that compared to baseline, our method achieves superior results on the dataset.

Improved fuzzy c-means (FCM) clustering algorithms have been widely used for image recognition and localization. However, in industrial assembly systems, the unsatisfactory pixel merging and segmentation results between local adjacent windows, combined with the differences in the shape, size, and material of parts, as well as variations in lighting conditions, make target image recognition and localization a challenge. Most algorithms struggle to achieve the expected results and have high computational complexity. In this study, we propose a super-resolution-based FCM clustering algorithm that is faster and more accurate for image recognition and localization in industrial assembly systems with irregular part sizes. We first use multiscale morphological gradient operations to obtain high-resolution images. Then, we use the fast FCM clustering algorithm to achieve the recognition and extraction of specific target images. Finally, we use the Sobel operator to determine the target's position. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm shows higher accuracy and efficiency in image recognition and localization for industrial assembly systems. © 2023 SPIE.

Artificial intelligence and intelligent algorithms have made remarkable progress in information processing. However, driven by the rapid development of the Internet, fake news interferes with people's access to accurate information. Aiming at the problem of false news detection, a multimodal false news detection model is proposed on the basis of the attention mechanism optimization bidirectional converter model. The designed model has an average accuracy of 98.61% in identifying news and an average response time of 1.74 seconds. It has a high recognition accuracy on various types of news data, especially on plain text news, with an accuracy of 99.82% and a response time of 1.15s. This shows that the new model can accurately and quickly determine the authenticity of news. This study provides an effective fake news identification tool that helps reduce the false information spread and improve the authenticity of network information. © 2025 SPIE.

China has seen an unheard-of surge in interest in deep-learning methods for image restoration in recent years. Most of these strategies draw inspiration from the established variational technique and related optimization methods for the picture reconstruction inverse issue. While using learnable components to create organized deep neural networks and using copious amounts of observation data to train the networks for the particular reconstruction objectives, these techniques resemble the iterative strategies of ordinary optimization algorithms. In many cases, they have proven to have far better empirical performance than the conventional approaches, and they also demand a lot lower computing cost. For various common networks in this subject, this research offers the specifics of the derivations, the network topologies, and the training protocol. The research therefore focuses on image processing algorithms based on variational and deep learning models. © 2024 IEEE.

Direction of arrival (DOA) estimation on uniform linear array with single snapshot has always been a hot topic in radar signal processing. The traditional subspace class estimation methods, such as multiple signal classification (MUSIC), and sparse recovery algorithms, such as subspace pursuit (SP) algorithm, are suitable for different situations, meanwhile have certain requirements for observation data and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). Combining the advantages of these two methods, a novel MUSIC subspace pursuit (MSP) algorithm is proposed in this paper. Firstly, an error evaluation function of the residual signal is constructed. The angles measured by both methods are replaced and selected one by one. And then, the framework of the greedy algorithm is iteratively applied until convergence. In this algorithm, the subspace information of the signal is added to the greedy algorithm, and more conditions are used to improve the angle measurement accuracy with single snapshot. Simulation results illustrate that the proposed MSP algorithm outperforms the SP and MUSIC algorithms at different SNR levels and it keeps the faster reconstruction speed of SP algorithm. © 2024 SPIE.

Score-based diffusion models (SBDMs) have achieved state-of-the-art results in image generation. In this paper, we propose a Non-isotropic Gaussian Diffusion Model (NGDM) for image editing, which requires editing the source image while preserving the image regions irrelevant to the editing task. We construct NGDM by adding independent Gaussian noises with different variances to different image pixels. Instead of specifically training the NGDM, we rectify the NGDM into an isotropic Gaussian diffusion model with different pixels having different total forward diffusion time. We propose to reverse the diffusion by designing a sampling method that starts at different time for different pixels for denoising to generate images using the pre-trained isotropic Gaussian diffusion model. Experimental results show that NGDM achieves state-of-the-art performance for image editing tasks, considering the trade-off between the fidelity to the source image and alignment with the desired editing target.

Nanocomposites offer a unique material choice for enhancing sensor sensitivity and stability in electrochemical measurements. Nowadays, the feature extraction and image processing of nanocomposites in electrochemical determination have serious problems of error rate and low efficiency, which have a great influence on the experimental process. K-means algorithm is mostly used for image feature extraction. In this paper, K-means algorithm is used to extract and process images of nanocomposites in electrochemical determination effectively, and conclusions are drawn through experiments. The algorithm greatly reduces the error rate of feature extraction and image processing, and the accuracy rate is increased to 99.4%. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.
